Fashion2Hub.com — Not working for refund as per the policy

I got a call from this site on 25/03/2017 regarding a offer that if i buy one of the items i will be getting assured gift that is free of cost. And so i ordered one through their representative and i paid an amount of 899 through my debit card. After few hours i recieved a call from them citing that i have to pay for the taxes of the assured gift and adding more terms and conditions. And when i asked for order cancellation and refund, they said that it cannot be done. According to the return policy in their website, it clearly mentions that cancellation and refund of the order can be done within 10 days of purchase directly. And now ehen i am asking for cancellation & refund, they says it cannot be done and they are mentioning additional policy details that are not mentioned on their website. Please see to it as I want my money back.

So .. The same happened with me today. Got call to do online purchase with assure cash or laptop gift. Obviously when someone gives you[protected] cash for 600 rs wallet thn all knows its fishy. Just when I was on call, I searched for reviews on google for this site and found it and told the girl that site reviews are bad ..she said, "sir kuch log hote h jo bura hi likhte h " and after exchange of few sentences she annoyingly said, " Jb pata hi tha to online kyu aaye". got call from[protected].
