Fashionclues — Online fraud | |||
On Thursday 9 march 5 pm, I received a call from fashionclues person saying that I am selected for some assured gift. To avail my gift, I have to make purchase of[protected] and then my gift will be confirmed. They accept online payment, so I transferred 3000 to their Paytm number [protected] to confirm my order. After confirmation, they booked my gift . Now, they don't send my product and not refund my money. I asked to give me my money back, but now they are saying that they have to go through some procedure ans they are still not giving me perfect answer. Now, I am definitely sure that I am victim of fraud call. I have all proofs against them (messages and transaction details). Please look into this matter and if possible, help me to recover my money.
