Fashionclues — Request to refund

I have a same complaint against fashionclues on 20 Apr I got a call from Fashionclues from this number [protected] informing that u had purchased a VIVO phone from Paytm during that period we had fashionclues promotion offer so according to that u have to shop between[protected]rps from fashionclues... I[censored] did not like any of the product from fashoinclues u can choose from Amazon or Paytm or Snapdeal...and I[censored] order u will qualify to win a laptop or mobile or led TV or 18carrat gold plated jewellery... So I ordered product of 3029 rps then he told we have accept online payment to Bank Account Or Paytm I transefered the amount on Paytm No [protected] (Smart Choice)
I did it.. Then I got one more call informing that we have another offer...according to that Ther are prizes like 1st one car then 2nd one cash prize 3rd one electronic gajet...we are doing this to promote our company fashioncluesThen one more call informing that u have won rps 520000 rps ...and they told me that we will transfer the money today itself so please provide ur bank details... Then they told me we will provide u the flight tickets u should come to do the promotion Ther will be media people too... We will transfer the amount like 260000 and 260000 for that u have to pay the processing charges like 23000..i told I don't have money then they told me we r transferring 260000first so u can pay 11500...then once you received the amount again you can pay 11500...then at last we will refund ur 23000rps I told I will not be able to do... So I cancelled then I asked I did not receive any of the msg regarding ur products are booked of rps 3029 ...for that they said u will receive it in short period... But I did not receive any of the messages... Till now. today Wen I call the numbers all are switched off some are ringing but no one receives the call...and the numbers are +[protected]. [protected]. [protected],[protected]. Wen I call the fashionclues customer care number... They neglect the call.If Pickup they are giving me only next dates.
I am definitely sure that I am the victim of fraud.we dont kno that how many people will be cheated by them so Sir plz take it serious and try to stop this.
Please look into this matter and if possible, help me to recover my money please.
