[Resolved] Fashionclues — Fraud | |||||
On Saturday, I received a call from fashionclues person saying that I am selected for some assured gift. To avail my gift, I have to make purchase of[protected] and then my gift will be confirmed. They accept online payment, so I transferred 3100 to their Paytm number [protected] to confirm my order. After confirmation, they booked my gift and asked for service tax of amount 8470 which I transferred through Paytm. Now, they are asking me to pay for insurance of my gift. I denied to do so and asked to give me my money back, but now they are saying that they have to go through some procedure ans they are still not giving me perfect answer. Now, I am definitely sure that I am victim of fraud call. I have all proofs against them (messages and transaction details). Please look into this matter and if possible, help me to recover my money. Mar 4, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Yesterday I received a call from company person to start process of my refund. They refunded amount of 8400 through Mobique yesterday. On today morning, they refunded amount of 70 through Paytm and promised to refund 3100 before 2 PM.
Now, I am satisfied with the company process and their customer care services.

On Next Day i.e Wednesday[protected], I again received call from fashionclues person that i have won prize money & to avail this offer i have to pay Processing fee Rs. 19000 & Service Tax Rs.16000 .
I paid the amount through NEFT in IDBI BANK . When I called them for my winning prize, they again said to pay me another tax amount . But I denied to pay & said to Refund my amount . but now they are saying that they have to go through some cancellation procedure they are still not giving me perfect answer. & also not even receiving my calls .
Now, I am definitely sure that I am victim of fraud call.
I have all proofs against them (messages and transaction details). Please look into this matter and if possible, help me to recover my money.
