Yesterday i have sent one parcel from Rajkot to Ahemdabad paldi around 7 pm and they assured me tht parcel will be delivered around 11 am tomorrow without fail. Since morning i am trying to collect my parcel from Paldi office but they miss behaved with me and my wife. They rudely behaved and talked with my wife and asked to lodge a complaint. Even though they clearly stated that they won't give any assurity regarding parcel delivery. LR no - 19/02/55 . Parcel sent date 7th feb from Rajkot office. I want strict action against them else i will filled FIR against them in case of miss behave with my wife
