Dear Sir / Madam,

I have taken a reliance data card 3G unlimited Pack of monthly rental Rs. 999 + Service taxes.
When reliance launched 4G, I was transferred from 3G to 4G.
Before converting my 3G to 4G I asked them about the pack. they said that you will continue with your old pack for six months and later we will let you know your new pack but within next month they changed my pack without notifying me and charged me heavily. I registered a complaint against this and they didn't reply the complaint and now they have sent me notice for payment of outstanding.

Please resolve the matter.
