Date:- 05.05.2017 dear sir/madam, i bought order id 98679235 dt 13.09.2016 and Rec d the product as on 20.09.2016 micromax 49.53 cm (19.5) Mm195hhdm165 backlit led monitor with hdmi but i not received Invoice and warranty card. Shop[clues denied to issue invoice and Warranty card and return pick up initiated on the basis of when product Afely received in shopclues godown then my money will be refunded. But i can not believe on the shopclues policy that they sell in the Market duplicate product due to this they are unable to issue invoice as Well as warranty card. Therefore i want to refund my money earlier Before pick up the product otherwise issue a cheque for rs 4999 in Favour of me and then pick the product.
