I received a call today (15th november) from number[protected] claiming that i have won some prize for shopping online on flip-kart, snap-deal, amazon and other websites in e-commerce category. i have total of 87 points and i will get to go in some concert on december 1st. i was in top 5 in maharastra region based on spending and i can attend this concert for small fees in pune itself (he was aware about my name, address etc. - is there a way to stop people from getting these private information about anyone?).

When i said i have not heard about them and they can be fake, he asked me to go online and check the website while he is online. their site looked genuine however my browser pointed out the site connection is not secure and it is private, so it raised suspicion to me. i checked on consumer complaints and it showed ppl have complains on them.

So i asked this guy that people have made complaints about your site online and is your site fake. the person said no the complaints are never made on their company and only on employees. as sometimes employee of company lie and they don't send the product to customers and so customers can complain.

I asked him how it will be ensured if i buy something i will get my product. he simply disconnected the call without any explanation. - probably as i didnt come under his illusion and lie.

Reporting it so others who get similar calls can avoid this company and calls from them. i request your team to look into this matter seriously as the private information could be sold cheaply to these fraudsters and they cheat people for money.

Today I received a call from[protected].

This guy said that his company name is " fastdealstoday.com" rom Delhi, LaxmiNagar, they are in the market for last 1 year and they are running some contest in AndhraPradesh, where they are choosing on top 5 customers based on their last one year shopping history from AndhraPradesh

On the basis of last one year shopping, e-commerce website portals like flipkart, snapdeal, amazon are sharing details with this site and this site is giving shopping points to the customers.

My shopping points were 85 as of today and if I reach the 100 points first then I would be the winner of the contest. For this to happen I need to register with them by paying Rs/-499

First winner would get 5 Lakh Nissan CAR

Second winner would get 1.5 - 2L sports Bike

The rest 3 winners would get 50K - 1L home appliances gifts of their choice.

I received phone calls from the following phone numbers of fastdealstoday.com, new delhi from miss aditi sharma, mr. Kulwant singh, mr. Abhinav kashyap, mr. Sudheer, mr. George, miss keerthi etc.

I involved in this contest on her words, i believed her 100 %, she promissed on her son &

Courier, miss aditi sharma told me that datsun car of value rs 5 lakhs 100 % winned

& confirmed me. She told me that to get the rs 5 lakhs value datsun car, pan card,

Driving licence, aadhar card documents are reuired.

Then i sent all these documents through mail.

3) miss aditi sharma the told me that rs 50, 000/- required for new car registration,

Insurance etc.

Then i paid rs 49, 999/- & got 3 nos, 30 percent diamonds along with laptop,

Value of rs 25000/- through dtdc courier.

Then i paid rs 19, 999/- & got 3 nos. 30 percent diamonds along with mobile,

Value of rs 12, 000/- through dtdc courier.

I have purchased some products from fast deals today in the month of march 2016, at that time I used to have a talk with Mr.Abhinav Kashyab or Miss.Ishika, but got the wrong & useless items .I complaint many time on the phone to them, the phone number were [protected]/[protected] but not got any solution of it till today . They also told me that I have won a Nissan car as prize for the shopping I did as I completed my hundred points for the car they took Rs.30, 000/- as the registration amount and told that the car will be given to me on 10th August2016 for that they will call me, but I didn't got that also till today . Whenever I am calling them they are not giving any satisfactory answer to me .Tell me some solution for my problem .

Today i Received calls from landline numbers [protected] and [protected] claiming to be executives from fastdealstoday.com by the name of Abhinav and Neeraj Pandey. They told me that i have 83 reward points which i collected by spending money on online shopping websites and i'm amongst the top 10 customers in my state (actually i rarely buy things online). They offered a Nissan Car, an Apache bike or Rs. 50000 shopping as prizes upon paying registration fee of Rs. 1499 promptly as per their promotional offer. Both of these men refused to tell me Company's address and payment details unless I promised to make payment right now. Also there are no details of this offer on company's website. I have never heard of this website before and they're claiming to have tie-ups with flipkart, amazon, snapdeal, etc...Somehow they knew my present address, full name and mobile number. I have recorded the phone calls and upon request i will present the same.
I request ICC Forum to do the needful against the company and as these people should be punished for stealing consumer information, spreading wrong information and making spam calls.

Today i received a call from fastdealstoday, he told me dat i'm a valuable customer and i have received 87 points from shopping online from other sites, he said there are prices which i i'll get on registration of rs-1499. He said u will get 4wheeler datson car on completion of 100 points. This is fake. Please donor receive any calls from such companies.

I bought a product from fastdealstoday.com site on 22 april 2016 with the order number #[protected], which is of a combo (Shoe, aviators, watch, wallet and belt) of 4999/-. This site i came to know by the calls (From [protected] and [protected] offering some prizes, if we buy from them). I received only partial order after 7 days of payment.
Then i had followed up them for few days for the remaining products and finally they told me to deliver the remaining products of the order:[protected] with new order, if i go for a new combo order (Pre-selected by them (Cookware set of 5 pieces -1500/-).
I had no option to get the remaining product of my first order and hence i go for the second combo order:[protected] on 6th may 2016 with a condition that needed sandals instead of cookware. They agreed for the same and processed the order.
But in the confirmation calls they had asked me that whether i would continue with the cookware items instead of sandals due to non availability of sandals. I told them “no” and asked to cancel my order to get my money return. I got confirmation from them that they will be cancelling the order but no response from them for few days and finally they delivered the product (Cookware) on 11th of may 2016 without my concern. Hence i asked for the return pickup.
From that day onward i had been following with them until now by calls/mails but no response yet.
Please do the needful.

The above 2 orders were not reflected in my fastdealstoday.com account to cancel from account but i have mail proofs of those orders with me.

Offering a brand new datson 4wheeler car with a registration fees of rs.1499/- as i am a very valuable customer with online purchase experience and scored 85 credits through shopping in happy hours on different sites. He said their company is tie up with snapdeal.com, flipkard, amazon, shopcluse and is highly reputed company.
After registration amount paid with in 2 days they will call you back and say you are at 91 points and you need more 6 point to win the car. To get 97 points you need to pay 10000 threw ecommerce website and then bang...

It is very dangerous to the innocent people. Please be aware of that and i have a request to the cyber crime to take a strong...

Incident: Received more than 30 calls till date on even after categorically saying not to call. Every time I receive call from different number. These numbers are not even registered for promo call. They are giving various offers and give option to transfer certain amount into their account. When I asked for their office address, they are not sharing the same. There address is not updated on website also.
Resolution: Investigation team must visit location of this company to stop such activities.

Here i am raising this case after repeated warning to the caller[protected] said to be FAST DEALS TODAY. i have many times rejected their calls saying not interested but still keep getting calls from the same number almost everyday.

Frustrating part is though its warned that will complaint against still they do not care so i believe this is the way go ahead as they seems to be not understanding my words. Need some...
