Fast Track — cab service and driver behavior | |
I booked a cab (Chevrolet tavera ac, registration number: tn 31 ab 9669) via fasttrack villupuram area, while trip cab got the breakdown for 4 hours. After completing the trip total 40 hours and 506 kilometers usage for the cab. As per the fasttrack tarif[censored]sage of 500 km will the provide max 17 hours without waiting charge, so remaining 23 hours has to pay waiting charge of rs 80 per hour. But i aksed why i have to pay rs 320 for 4 hours break down. For this fasttrack ready to reduce 4 hours from that 23 hours. But cab driver/owner (Suthagar mobile number:[protected]) was not interested to reduce the amount. After i asked why i have to pay rs 320 for 4 hours break down. Cab driver shows his angry. He starts threatening me. My concerns about fasttrack service: 1. Fasttrack don't worry about the customer's safety. 2. Fasttrack don't have online payment, auto bill generation on online once trip completed 3. Fasttrack don't hire the professional drivers. 4. Fasttrack don't analyze and test the driver's behaviors. 5. Fasttrack don't guide the drivers how to behave to customers. 6. Fasttrack don't have the feedback system for customers My concerns about cab driver/owner: 1. Very very unprofessional behavior on speech 2. Lie many times while cab break-down 3. He does not switch on the ac until i request again and again 4. He switched on ac with less cooling so i traveled in ac cab with sweating. 5. To reduce the fuel consumption in the trip driver not switched on ac (Approximately: 100km in entire trip)/ but charging ac cab fare for total kilometers Was this information helpful? | |
