Hello,

My name is Apoorva and I am from Gurgaon. I recently (24/2/21) got the GPS device installed in my car from Fast Track Roadside Assistance. My car did not start from next day.

I have been trying to call the call centre executive (Divya - ph no. [protected]) who had made the booking and the technical guy (Shubham Yadav - ph no. [protected]) have stopped attending calls.

I tried calling them multiple time but to no avail. I sent my brother to their office address mentioned on the receipt which was in Badarpur but no office existed there.

This seems to be a totally fraudulent company and their numbers should be traced and the legal cases should be carried out against these people.

Sincere request if people can be pulled up and company license evoked so that they are not able to fool more people.
