Fast Track Roadside Assistance — refund not provided

I have submitted a complaint against "fast track roadside assistance" on december month where they charged me for service but didn't provide that service. This was the clear case of fraudulent.

Then i asked them to refund my money and cancel my membership, their hr person called me and promised for refund within a week.

Still i am following with them but no refund received yet.

I am attaching e-mails exchanged between us where they are quoting for refund within 15 days.
