dear sir, i am writing this letter for the poor response from the side of company and the dealer. i have bought a fast track watch model no.1478sbc(chain) watch from haldwani (dist nainital) uttatakhand from one of the dealer, before 1 an half year . soon it started giving problems may be the piece was defective from starting though it is 60 m water resistant but whenever it rains or in cool temp like in ac or hills it started developing moisture or water vapours and form a white colour layer which make it very uncomfortable to judge time..the glass is inside full of mist and, the time cannot be seen clearly . i bought it around 2700 rs an still it has 2-3 months warranty left i approached to dealer many times he make temporary solution buy just cleaning the glass everytime so for a permanent solution i forced him to send the watch to company. . so after i month when i got my watch back, i thought the problem was now solved but again it started giving the same problem . i think nothing has been done to overcome the problem instead they just wasted the warranty period . the company is not taking any action after demanding to resolve the problem and soon it is going to loose its warranty period so i want the strict action against the company and want the watch to be replaced. please let me know how to act against these cheaters and to make a permanant solution for this problem within this warranty period FROM ANIL KUMAR BANSAL mbl-[protected], [protected] [protected]@gmail.com [protected]@gmail.com address- tikonia chauraha gupta compound haldwani distt-nainital state-uttarakhand thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
