Fastrack — Am complaining about my watch

I purchased a fastrack watch 8months back only
It will not work properly
I went four time titan showroom bennatghetta road every time they will check and they will tell its battery loose
Two times they told battery loose and again third time my watch is not working i went there they keep one week they told me mechine having problem they will change and give me after two weeks my watch is not working properly
I kept every reciept and biilll
Actually this watch i gifted my younger brother he will complaint me every week its not working
