I have ordered two sunglasses but i have received only one.If i do not get the resolution in one day i will take this case to consumer forum court

Dear team,
I have fast track reflex 2.0 which has a display complaint which is also out of warranty. I recently visited one of our service center and enquired about replacing my reflex and was told that it will cost around 1650 rupees for replacing the old one with new one. But my concerns is that new reflex 2.0 only cost 1195 rupees only so kindly let me know if I can repalce only the module and not the band.

I'm from Srinagar Kashmir.
I bought a watch in November 2020, yesterday suddenly it's seconds hand stopped working, what am I supposed to do. I'm not able to locate nearby Fastrack service centre.

Today got delivery from Amazon Fast track Reflex 3.
Belt buckle tried to fix but not going inside.
Belt hole is smaller.
Please suggest

Myself Tarun Gautam from kota Rajasthan.I purchased Fastrack sunglass on 19/8/2020 from Goswami Opticals, when I weared it it's frame and lens of one side crack.Showrom owner said to the concerning person(Bhawar Singh) of fastrack at Kota but no response will be there. I talked to Mr.Vikas, Fastrack Jaipur he said that warranty is not of one year, it's warranty is only and only of 6 months( this is not true) and how...

There is no Timer or Stopwatch at all in any Reflex Bands, it is very essential, plzzz brin STOPWATCH or COUNTDOWN Timer in fitness bands

My fastrack reflex 2.0 band display is not working .

I have no warranty card and my watch display is not clear what should i do ?

My watch is out of warranty but my dial glass has alot of scratches now and want to get it replaces.

It's not even six months I bought this sunglasses. But now I am having many issues like
Glass crashes
Handle very tight
Not comfortable

I bought the fastruck Wrist Watch in December of its strap not right Change it

I have purchased the reflex beat smart watch from Suyog Watches which is at Kandivali (e), Mumbai - 400101 on[protected]. Its model no is SWD90066PP01.

After, within 1 months i was not able to get the notifications from the watch though it is connected to bluetooth, then I submitted the watch to the retailer he sent the watch to the company stating the same problem. This procedure took complete 1 month again but after receiving the watch I again find same issue. even the brightness is also low. And the Watch Strip was also broken after i got the watch from company. I am attaching the photo of Broken strip, the original bill photo & last warranty replacement challan with this mail.
Please may I get a resolution to this matter, either I get a new watch, or may I have my refund. Simple

On 12 Mar 2021 my fastrack Band stop working I gave the product to Rajkot service Center name World of Titan. They called me yesterday stating that I will not getting my band back and Fastrack just provide the credit.
I am having Covid +ve so I send my friend with the recipient.

But the female staff talk very rudely and deny to give the credit. They ask me on call which another model shall I buy. I said if I don't get mine I can move to reflex 3.0. But that lady staff denies to get.

Now help me how can I have my band or the replacement. I gave to Fastrack Service center they send the product to you and now I don't have my money nor product.

Let me know how you resolute it or where to complain further. Will I get the product or credit in my account or reflex 3.0 paying above amount or not.

Or return my band to me with proper functioning.

What about the rude behaviour of your staff?

Shall I have to include consumer forum or will get the resolution?

Your company is troubling a covid +ve person and talking improperly with his helping friends.

I have received a fastrack supershield mask as a compliment from fastrack for buying a belt, now my mask's adjustable nose clip is broken and is of very low quality, so please do the needful

Sir, my reflex digital watch model-swd90059 is not showing time, and when i want to connect with my phone its not connect, its show only lining on the display

My watch stops many times automatically and to be late to actual time.

My question is when I buy this both watches in Titan showroom last month, , , the showroom person tell the trap is good quality and long life, , , , , I know only warranty for watch machinery, , , , , but. When I fell for the customer with in a month the strap demaged means it's not a good quality, , , , 😷😷today I went ask about the issue they tell me only machinery parts only warranty, , , , , rest of all nothing do at all, , , , , my question even no warranty for strap it's ok, , with in a month it will happen like that means, , , , they can send a watch and bill to the headoffice.
