Yesterday we purchased a Reflex 2.0 band, when we asked for features in comparison with 3.0, the staff said only look of the band changed and the features and all same. so we thought of buying 2.0 reflex band.
When we asked to check the product, she showed me and said the band is out of charge, after u recharge it for 2 hours it will work. she didnt show the product functionality.
I asked her if the product is not functional or any problem should i come here to replace it, for that two of the staffs in the showroom said you should go and check titan showroom for this. After billing their response is like this. I am a regular customer of fastrack, i have purchased 4 watches and one sunglass and i have never faced any problem. This is the first time i am facing problem. once i purchased the watch in chennai, i have replaced the watch as my sister didnt like the model. They kindly replaced the model without any argument, Here in pondicherry showroom, i have seen they were talking to previous customer like replacement is not possible. also they have printed in backside of the bill once purchased cannot be replaced, and there is no seal in backside. If the product is not satisfactory how can we use that product?
we have purchased it for 1645 Rupees.
Kindly help us to replace it with other product asap
