Hai sir, , , , I am Rajkumar from thanjavour, , , I buy in your showroom two FasTrack watches last month, , , , one I buy for my wife for Valentine's gift, , , another one my friend buy for his wife birthday gift, , , , because I recommend fast track brand name and quality and long life, , , , but within a month my watch strap was little bit demage, , , , , means strap quality not good, , , , , why I strongly told that my wife gift for me 6 years ago fast track watch, , , still it's good, , , only I change strap after 4 years, , , , , , now also it's look like new, , , , , another one three years ago buy one FasTrack black dial watch, , , , also working good and good quality, , , , , . My question is when I buy this both watches in Titan showroom last month, , , the showroom person tell the trap is good quality and long life, , , , , I know only warranty for watch machinery, , , , , but. When I fell for the customer with in a month the strap demaged means it's not a good quality, , , , 😷😷today I went ask about the issue they tell me only machinery parts only warranty, , , , , rest of all nothing do at all, , , , , my question even no warranty for strap it's ok, , with in a month it will happen like that means, , , , they can send a watch and bill to the headoffice. How days to service the watches

My fastrack reflex watch display is not working .Even the charging socket is also not working. I can't able to see the time .So I request u to look into thai matter ...

My watch britness is very low I can't see time in normal room light...
Well i try to see the time in watch ...the ..is blank

I sent my speaker for repairs at Fastrak in KwaMashu Bridgecity, the manager logged it on the 15/01/2021 and promised to have it back to me the following Friday.
I have been waiting for it and it's the 07/02/2021 now. What upsets me the most is that this matter is not treated with urgency, I'm not receiving any feedback or any updates as to the whereabouts of the speaker or how far they are.
I'm just told it's coming the following Friday. Today when I went to check, the gentleman I spoke to said I must wait for Lungi (the manager) tomorrow because maybe she will be able to say where the speaker is.

Please may I get a resolution to this matter, either I get a new speaker, or may I have my refund. Simple

I have been using my fasttrack watch regularly from the past 2 years. due to regular usage the strap of my watch has worn out. i need to get it replaced with original fasttrack strap so the durability of my wrist watch remains intact. when i asked for service assistance at the fasttrack service center the personnel there said that this perticular mode no 9203PP01 is out of production and nothing can be done unless the product is in warranty...

I wore this watch while swimming, after nearly 1.30 hrs the watch stopped working.As the company claims the watch is 50M WR, the watch even didnt go 10M underwater, it stopped working.

COMPANY PROVIDES ANYTIME CAB SERVICE AT NOMINAL RATES WHICH MUST BE APPRECIABLE .BUT THE DRIVERS ! This was my experience to complain about .
Booking ID APP2207932.Travelled between chennai central station to Ponneri at 20:00 PM with my mother. The driver (MUKUNDAN)was in lungi and was too abusive.He brought a different vehicle (TN10BB5125) whereas his fast track registerd number was TN18AR8534 and there was no headlight in this non registered vehicle. He stopped on road multiple in between to repair lights, to urinate, to split.Are we paying you fast track to tolerate.When questioned, he answers if you dont wish to travel, just get down in a abusive.He was been yelling all the way to us though we quit. After all I have a lady with me and its night in a lonely raod, so I completed the travel without taking any actions.Now a days fast track drivers becoming more abusive. Recently Booking ID : APP2207932, driver argued me to pay 200 extra from bill amount which was refunded after complaint to FastTrack .Do customers need to raise for travel stuffs which they pay too ?

I ordered watch fasttrack but what I asked for did not come in. I got the wrong material.

The strap of my Fastrack Reflex Beat got damaged and I have visited the near by store for replacement, since it's in warranty period. But the store executive had replied that the only provision is to fully replace the band there is no option for strap replacement, but we need to pay around 1700 rupees.

So I have dropped a mail to Titan Customer service and they have raised a complaint and the executive had contacted me. They also replied the same, this is really sorrowful that such a reputed company is offering such a disgusting service.

How can an ordinary man can afford this amount?

Either company should provide full replacement or they need to provide strap to purchase for low amount.

I purchased a fasttrack analogue watch from amazon store...I am totally upset when i opened the box, the glass were scratched ..I tried to return the watch but no one came for the pickup so i want to claim warranty for the product..so please do the sufficient act.

Reflex 2.0 .sir buy a reflex 2.0 watch and after 3 to 4 months its strap got broken. I want a new strap how i will get a new strap. Please tell me

Sir fastrack reflex smart watch I bought after them watch not working properly. I complained costumer care his not reply positive. During Corona I'm not going service center. But some time after I'm going service center his telling me paid service my watch is warrantee parade sir service centre not coprate me I'm 5, 6time call service center but I'm not satisfied I'm telling please forward my call your senior officer but his not forward my call I'm telling please arrange call back his taking yes but call not arrange... please solve my problems

मेरा स्मार्ट बेंड watch working condition में थी only screen पर हेयर लाइन आ रखी थी, मुझे costumer care की ओर से कोई संतुष्ट जवाब नहीं मिला रहा हैं, ना ही मेरी कंप्लेन ले रहे है ओर उप्पर से वारंटी में होते हुए service के पैसे मांग रहे है मेरी समस्या का समाधान करे ... धन्यवाद

The underside plate of the watch is supposed to be stainless steel and should not get corroded. But how come mine is getting corroded few weeks after buying? You must look at this problem as soon as possible as this watch is right now not worth wearing. What's the point of paying so much if it gets corroded even when I never wore it once.
