            Was in elbridge ny and the manager was more worried about making out with boy friend in parking lot being a place of business i don't think that's appropriate for customers to see while your working and with the covid 19 virus around it's not good for business from my perspective i have been a loyal customer since it opened never had a problem till now this should be resolved immediately out of respect of the customers in the area

              We have booked a taxi from fast track on 10th mar 2020 at 1.45 pm for our mother-in law who is 60+ yrs old and having leg pain.

              The driver is unaware about the place and even after continuous guidance he didn't reach the pick up point and stopped before 500 ms and requesting us to come and board.

              He is shouting when we ask for the reasons and not even have guilt that he made a mistake.

              Fast track management should appoint proper drivers who have basic humanity and aware about the routes in chennai.

              We felt bad on booking through fasttrack and the driver should be punished for his rude behavior...

                I was trying to order a fastrack watch worth rs. 1115. For this i hve made a paymnt of 1115 from google pay upi. The transaction is showing successful from my source paymnt gateway but after dis no order is paced.. There is nothing showing at my order section page... Where did my money go if the order has not been placed... I have all the proofs that i have made paymnt to titan company limited

                  Fastrack reflix x beat is fake fitness tracker.
                  1. It counts heart rate after taking out from hand only just need any stuff close to sensor to show heart rate.
                  2. It shows that you are on sleep even you are awake. False sleep tracker.
                  3. Steps counts are not accurate.

                  Request you, kindly don't fool customer s only to stand in market and make money. If you're not competent don't make it but don't break the trust of customers.

                    fastrack reflex band display is not working

                    Hello sir /madam i brought fastrack reflex band 10 month ago, as it is in warranty period, i talked to c. C about my complaint but did not solve my problem
                    Band display is not working it doesn't show anything on it.
                    There is no service centre of fastrack reflex band company in akola, maharashtra where i live, so i request you to please solve my problem....

                    I purchased a watch worth ₹1, 650/- and didn't like anything about it, was already on, there was no screen protection foil and packaging as well was poor, i return the watch and now they mailed me after 1 week that the product is not same, variant is different and all. M pissed of by listening that. I want it to be resolved. M seeing so many complaint here. They supposed to refund my money but they are making lame excuses.
                    Worng product nose smart whach not provide
                    The cab was booked from my father's number. The driver was too rash in driving. He was using his mobile alover the ride. He was watching a movie aloud. I will post his picture in Facebook with his complete details if compensation is not paid. Unable to load the picture since the size is large. I need an immediate call to my number.

                          Recently i have purchased one fastrack bag pack from titan showroom on dated 30/11/2019 but suddenly get crashes on it. Not satisfied with the product. They have charge me around 1300 something. Not possible to visit that shop again. Kindly assist on same.

                          16 December, 2018(Invoice no-DEL[protected], (order no[protected]), (Order date is -16/12/2018)is under warranty period and water resistance. I am tried to charge it many times but it's tap button has stopped working .I purchased it from AMAZON shopping . Please replace or repair it as soon as possible.

                            I bought a pair of fastrack sunglasses on jan 2019. I have always kept it in the pouch provided by fastrack when not in use. However, one fine day, i took out the sunglasses from the pouch and found that the frame had cracked near the nose pad. I took it to showroom, they directed me to titan eye care somewhere else. When i went there, they say that breakage is not covered under warranty. It is ridiculous that the frame just cracked without any mechanical damage. Proof of this that the frame or the lens are not scratched/damaged in any way. Fastrack has lost a customer forever, due to poor quality of product and pathetic service.

                              I purchased an eye gear of fastrack on may/2019. Within a short period the frame above the right side lens cracked on its own, due to quality issue of the product. It was not mishandled or anything like that. I took back to the shop where i purchased. But the warranty denied. Though it's quality issue of the product. Cost of that eye gear was 1400 rupees. Now what should i do?
                              I've ordered two watches in december 3 and it has deliveried to me on dec 8 but i have received only one product that i've ordered so i am requesting you to refund me

                                I purchased sunglasses from here about two months ago. At the time of purchase, these storekeepers talk very politely and to convince you to buy from their store. I also fall in and purchased sunglasses in just one month the logo of fast track dropped down. I thought it might happen but after some days it broke while opening. When i went to the store they talked very rudely and refused to service even my product was in the replacement warranty.
                                I had Received fake Product From Flipkart Online Shopping site, Flipkart sold fake products instead o[censored]sing Brand Fastrack
                                I'm the Loyal Customer Of Fastrack
                                I have All proofs, I had verry bad experience On Flipkart And also share my Invoice also check the seller and confirm me it is Original Or not

                                  Hey hi.
                                  I bought a reflex 2.0 smart band in midnight black with neon green accent swd90059pp05.in a nearest store in trichy, tamilnadu.

                                  My purpose of purchasing the watch is to track the caller while driving. Watch has a call notification.

                                  While purchasing i specifically asked the shop sales guy, does it works always?
                                  He said yes.

                                  But now call notification sometimes coming and other times not coming.

                                  So i went to the shop where i purchased, that time another sales guy says that this call notification will not work always. Connection between the watch and mobile disconnected while not in use for few minutes.

                                  Again we need to manually pair the watch with the mobile app reflex2.0

                                  So i requested to returning the watch and also i said i would purchase different watch.
                                  But shop sales guy not accepting.

                                  I bought just few days back.

                                  I don't want this watch.

                                    I purchased a fastrack reflex 2.0 4 months back. Its tap button has stopped working. How can i get it replaced. My order id from fastrack official website-876836 dated back to 31/7/19. The model was working fine. But automatically it went in sleep mode after which i could use the tap button. Though it is in sync with the mobile app. Do probe in the matter asap
