They fraud me i want to return that watches and want my money back please don't do these kind of things i am a middle class boy that caused a very intense family issues between me and my family i want that money back i seen a advt on instagram and opened that website i ordered that watch they send other damaged watch of 1650/- rs website name is coolwatches

    I have purchased a wrist watch for my daughter on date 22/9/17 during one year interval it's stopped I think battery not good so replaced it by new one from nearest place but it's again stopped I again contact to same shopkeeper then he adviced batery is in good condition your watch is defective then I contact tocompanys show room sheetalwatch company but they returned it for want of original bill after many search I found it then they said your waranty may be closed
    But today only 4 days extra and I am punished from last six months due to non availability of bill

    My watch is 30m water resistance but always water goes inside even if I wash my hand or due to rain. When I went to the fastrack care store the told me that the watch is waterproof due to this I am not able to wear always as water store at watch glass.

      I ordered watch of edifice and received a fake and damaged fastrack combo set of 2
      The website i ordered was thestyleindia.com and there are no ways to contact or mail them, i want a refund and requesting them to please take back the fake and damaged combo, i request you to take action against such frauds and ban their website and help people get back whatever they've lost.

        Dear sir,

        My name is vijay nistala, and the cab driver riding cab # tn22- cb 1085 did fraud with me giving me incorrect information and telling me a lie.

        The moment i reached chennai station he insisted me to sit in his cab to go till koyemdebu bus stand, the moment we reached out he kept my belongings in the cab and started to ride telling me that the total cost for travel would be rs 700. I agreed and believed him, in the middle for petrol he took 500 rupees from and at the koyembedu bus stand he unknowingly i gave him 700 rupees again, i also gave him my phone number.

        However, he never returned the extra money that i paid him, also later on when i confirmed i got to know that he charged extra then what was supposed to be charged. He was accompanied by another person, who had a tattoo on his body (Probably on the neck)

        In the name of the bill, he gave a receipt of fast track call taxi.

        The incident happened in the morning at 7 am.

        I request you to kindly catch hold of this cap driver and return my money back to me. Else i have to lodge a formal complaint against the cab # to the police.

                    Hi m sabnam from darjeeling. I' ve recently bought a watch from titan showroom in darjeeling near rink mall, its just been 5 months, i had bought in febuary (8.2 2019) but after keeping away while diswashing and washing clothes, then also the water get inside the watch, this is the 2nd time as i beleive the watch is water resistance,
                    If this used to happen by spending this much of amount, then would've bought the branded watch. And the man over there in titan showroom he is also very undisiplined, he don't know how to talk with ladies.
                    I just want to request, please take strong step for this type of making fool and doing fraud to the customers.
                    And i would like to suggest people, please don't ever buy fastrack fake watches, especially in darjeeling showroom.

                      I am mr. Denny from pondicherry i bought a fast-track watch model no. N414745moz from swarnam times located at phoenix market city chennai on[protected]. Now the colour in the dial has changed and it is looking awkward. The person told that there is coverage of warranty for period of two year.
                      The thing is the watch has been bought just two months back and i have rarely used it so how this can occur??. Also if people make it ready i don't know wether it will function as before?? I just need you to clarify my doubts and also give explanation for the same

                        I have purchased a bag on 27 feb 2019. After 15 days i find a problem in bag left side stripp near strech problem so i go to the fastrack store and i submit my bag and that time he told me sir its take to for exchange your bag minimum 30 to 45 days so i reply him ok. So after 30 days i call him so he says sir you need to wait more 15 days than you will get a new bag again
                        I said ok.
                        So after 45 days i go to the store for my bag that time he told me sir you got a credit (My bag price) your bag. So you have two option you take as your same model bag (Au696woyo1) or you can buy a new another one bag. So i told him i want my same model bag i dont want to take any other model beg. He told me ok sir i will you call becz still we have not in a stock so i willl call you maximum 1 week. I said ok so i complin in 2 time fastrack customer care but their reply is same sir your complain is open we will help but nothing revet. And after 1 week menase last months (15 / june /2019) i go to the store for my bag than he agin said sry sir company is not revert to us so you need to wait it. Again i called in customer care he say sir we will revert u in next 48 hourse but nothing reply. After wait 2 weeks 4 july 2019 i called him store manger nitin than he said me sir we have recived your bag i said ok i will come 3 or 4 days when (08/07/2019) monday i call him and ask may i come for my bag he said me yes sir. So in evening at 6 o clock i go to the store that time he told me sir sorry bymistake our employe is sellout your bag so you need to wait 3 days.

                        Fastrack need 45 days for exchange but i am waiting for last 115 days (4 months) for my bag but stiill not received my bag. That service is soo poor. So i want my money either i want same model with extend 4 months warrenty.

                          When i purchased a watch from the store at thane station for my husband i asked the sales person if it can be exchanged if the person doesn't like it as it is a gift. He said yes it can be exchanged in a month. However when i go back within 3 days they say you will have to purchase in same range which was not mentioned earlier due to which i am forced to buy something i dont like. Really very bad service. Ideally people specify if such terms are there to the customers when they buy the product itself.
                          Device not charging sometimes.
                          Straps got cut and cracked so need to buy new band.

                            Did you hear the word rusted, omg unbelievable did fastback watch watch rust for 1 year. I had cross checked that is it original fastback on your authorised dealer they told me it's orginal then how it is possible. Stainless steel and water resistant watch rust i have not having habit of playing in water or swimming then how it rust??? (Attached pic) i am using ng1474sm01 from 3 years and nk3120sl02 no issue with this or with my mom watch which is still old but why my new watch rust then what's this build quality, i can wear the watch it leads to skin damage,,, i will expect solution from you as a manufacturer.                               On 12.6.2019 i had booked a fast track taxi for 12 hour from 08:00am to 08:00 pm by calling[protected] for the next day, i. E 13.6.2019 for an important official work. The lady who attended told me that for 12 hours and 80 kms the charges will be rs 2200/- and beyond which i will be charged to which i agreed. She told that i will be receiving the vehicle number and otp the next day morning, i. E on 13.6.2019. Accordingly, on 13.6.2019 at 07:07 hrs i received a message on my mobile number as the vehicle no is tn 02a 73279 and the mobile number of the driver as [protected] and the otp as 5028. Following which the driver from the said number called me and i explained the way to reach my place and he informed me that he will reach by 08:00 am as per schedule. Subsequently at 07:16 am, i received another message in my mobile no. As the vehicle number is tn 22dd 5614 and mobile number of the driver as [protected] and the otp sent was 1096 and followed by which the driver from the assigned number called me and i told him that already i received a call from a driver and already received an otp, to which he told that then the first driver will pick me up. I waited till 08:00 am and tried calling both the drivers in their assigned number and the drivers told me that since its for 12 hours they will not come and asked me to contact the fast track no. Accordingly i called the registered number of the fast track at[protected] and 24732020 where a male person picked up the phone and he informed that another vehicle will come and pick up and asked to wait for half an hour. Accordingly, i waited till 09:00 am and none turned up, in between i tried to call fast track numbers-044-.28889999 and 24732020 at least 20 times, but none picked up, from which it is obvious that they had noted my number and willfully did not attend my call. It is also clear that the fast track taxi services are under the control and mercy of few 10th or 12th pass salaried rouges, who doesn't care of any body and also do not have the minimum courtesy to inform that the vehicle will not come due to some reasons, which i can understand... Its totally unreliable taxi service.

                                Given for service at world of titan, near vijay charrasta, ahmedabad, when got back the dialpad had fingerprints type of scratches & also a scratch on the minute hand & slight scratch on second hand of watch, wasn't accepting the mistake & arguing back. I just want my watch repaired in good condition, i'm complaining here as to get clear & prompt solution

                                      Booked cab for my elderly parent (Father physically challenged too) to drop at chennai central on 25.06.2019 7:45pm.

                                      After drooping he communicated to them that the network is off so can't show you the amount in display but you have to pay 530 (In place of 460) and finally they run around to get the change and paid him since it was late for them to board the train.

                                      Atrocious, instead of this he could have begged for 50 rupees... Highly unprofessionalism... Raised a complaint...

                                      Because of this i decided to stop booking with fast track in future.

                                        Today in the afternoon around 2pm I visited one of your fast track store at Big Bazaar Netaji Subash chandra Bose arcade CUTTACK but the Games of thrones collection Sunglasses we’re not available and the concerned person in the store said the collection is not available as the stock has not been sent to that store.
