I have a brown strap fastrack watch, the strap is teared apart now i need to change it, so i visited a nearby titan showroom but the same material and quality of the strap is not present, so i visited a lot of titan showrooms nearby but still they don't have the same thing, the strap they are providing is of bad quality and also not the same as i bought it with the watch dial, and also they are charging a lot for that duplicate strap around 1, 050 inr for that normal quality strap... I also asked them that if they can provide me with the same strap as it was with the dial, even if it costs higher i shall purchase it, but they said that we don't have or provide the same material... So my question is why the hell do u gyzz cll urself a brand even when u are not able to provide the customers with their needs... So if a customers watch strap is teared so to get the same look he have to make the same purchase again... What a marketing strategy... Seriously...
