I have booked through fast track app from my location to chennai airport on 09/11/19 at 11.15 p. M. I booked at early noon on the same day and i got confirmation message too. Till evening i didnt get the drivers number then i called them and ask about the status they said we cant check the online booking through phone call and your booking is confirmed driving will call you before 10 mins of pick up. I waited until 10.45 and i called costumer care and they were simply saying no cab is there around your location like.
Then i talked them very politely and explained to my situation its not possible to book by other cab now and i have many luggage with my family they repeatedly said we will arrange you sedan that too after 40 mins. After very long conversation they agreed to send a suv after 20 mins and they cut the call.

Then again after 15 mins they called and said only sedan is available no suv, again started arguing and finally they said they will arrange some other vehicle at least around 11.30 i got a call from a driving and speaking very rude and saying he may reach my location after 40 mins more. Really i got frustated too much and finally decided to quit arguement with them and i cut the call

I arranged some other local cab at that mid night and reached airport at the neck of moment and finally get inn.

My strong advise to all really dont book with this fast track at any cost if you have an emergency they wont worry about your personal commitments,

I can give negative 5 star for their services.

Worst attitude people working and they are not transferring calls to higher officials as well.
I brought dis glass on January 2019 just used for three times.. Now the glass screw s missing and all the screws were in loss your service center which s in royapuram branch telling tat it will not cover with warranty.. The glass worth s 2455 this s your quality product?? And good service centre responsibility.. I will never buy yo product..

    Drive came late and then misbehave and then stopped the cab on the street asking for money. No complaint calls also are taken. Very bad service. Pathetic attitude and very unprofessional. No respect and unsafe

      Hi i am rubban from kanniyakumari. My sun glass lens has damaged severely and needs replacement. For this i contacted titan eye plus store at nagercoil. But they told me that there is no spare for the model and also in addition they advised me to throw away and buy a new model.

        I have purchased on online fasttrack combo pack of 3 watches for women. They are worst in quality and not working from first day. At the time of order they show returns in one month, but after delivery that is shown return in two days only. This is cheating customers. Waste of money. I have purchased for 1200 rs. But the quality is not much/ worst quality.

          I have a brown strap fastrack watch, the strap is teared apart now i need to change it, so i visited a nearby titan showroom but the same material and quality of the strap is not present, so i visited a lot of titan showrooms nearby but still they don't have the same thing, the strap they are providing is of bad quality and also not the same as i bought it with the watch dial, and also they are charging a lot for that duplicate strap around 1, 050 inr for that normal quality strap... I also asked them that if they can provide me with the same strap as it was with the dial, even if it costs higher i shall purchase it, but they said that we don't have or provide the same material... So my question is why the hell do u gyzz cll urself a brand even when u are not able to provide the customers with their needs... So if a customers watch strap is teared so to get the same look he have to make the same purchase again... What a marketing strategy... Seriously...

          I have purchased watch by online last month but issue in its metal strip. It is so much irritating when wear. Hair of hand is continuously itching due to the metal strip of watch. Kindly pls help to solve it

              I am perches on men watch model no 3039sfc watch in 15th jun 2017 but using this product my recommendation do not perches this product use in minimum 6 month watch dial in very sharping cut to skin. I am purchasing date to till date 6 time to servicing this watch, i am very dis pointed in fast track company.
              My so many friend ask the how is watch my recommendation is do not buy this product you can see another product.

              This is not original product.this Product is VeryPouvar Qwolity plz giv me my mony back.
              My sound was on the repair they told me I should wait for 6weeks and now it's been 7 weeks I didn't get my sound so I'm not happy about that cause now I can't work and it been too long and that fast track shop is on tsakane mall in brakpan
              I bought a combo fast track watch via online on wrist factory .the product is damaged and it is duplicate fast track brand .take it return and refund my money back .
              I bought a fastrack watch NK1478SM02 day before yesterday, after using it for a day I realized that the design on the glass is confusing the time and there is no proper clarity of time in night as well.When I approached for return/exchange, they rejected for return. It is the model design problem not my eye sight problem.

                I believed that fasttrack is good for packages trip. But they failed two times and they kept me in critical situation. Even if they not able to do they should intimate us in prior.
                I really dislike and disappointed with call centre people they always lie like cab is near by will be reaced in 5 minutes, but they will not share mobile of cab driver and making us fool.
                I will not try fasttrack hereafter.

                  I purchased a Fastrack women's watch on 28/05/2017, but it stopped working after the 3 months of purchase. I went to the service store and got it repaired and again it stopped several times and repaired almost more than 10 times.
                  Even after getting service from Fastrack service center many times, the problem is repeating several times.
                  So i want replacement for this watch.

                    I have placed an order online for sunglass model no NBP300GR3 on 1st Feb, 19 from fastrack official website which cost me Rs/- 1799. Since i placed an order amount got deducted from my card but didn't receive any order confirmation or order NO. Its been more the 6 days i am keep emailing them asking my order but NO RESPONSE at all. Here is a online inquiry ticket ID [protected]. i have no clue where the HACK my order is?. I also checked order history on my fastrack account and it's displaying NO RECORD. if there is NO RECORD then why i got charge in my card. such a ### service. I am expecting my refund back from you because this is worst experience i have ever had with any E-commerce website.

                          I have purchased a watch strap from titan show room (World of titan national electronics opp pgbt college tarbahar chowk bilaspur). After few weeks the strap starts cracking. I went to the shop as now i am sure they gave me a duplicate product but the shopkeeper denied of fake product and said it has serial and all mentioned in bill given to me and said this is company's problem you have to call them. I asked shopkeeper to show me the similar strap it had, he showed me one with a new watch. That one he showed is of good quality and looks genuine. I have a doubt that if shopkeeper is not wrong then company provide low quality product for loose selling or if not then the showroom is dealing in fake products.
                          Either of the case i suffered, not only lost my money, i lost trust. After getting product from authorised showroom with having perfect bill then also got these type of product.
                          I have no expectations of getting my money back after i googled the number of complaints and your responses.
                          Hereby am attaching the bill and product pick if something can be done.

                              Reminder

                              I was buy fastrack watch sino2, item code - ng2404sm01, hsn code - 9102, qty 1, amount-2995 from tarabai park, kolhapur shop which store state code is 27. I was buy this watch dated 15/07/2017. Back cover of the watch was loss by me. I went to your customer careat dasara chowk, kolhapur.. As my watch is in warranty period, he suggest me the replacement of watch scheme. I agreed for that. But after some days they told me that this can not be possible.
                              I want solution on this. First you give me spare of watch. If not possible then give me my refund money or replace watch as it is in warranty period. How you told me that spares are not available and replacement can not possible. If problem not solve i will never buy fastrack watch again. Not only this but also tell other people not to buy fastrack watch.

                                I take it to repair show and checked the cell but it was working fine but watch was not working.

                                Dear sir/ma'm. It is a matter of high irresponsibilitythat we are facing the problem due to the purchase of a branded watch i. E. Fastrack from world of titan, shop no.133/130, m block kidwai nagar, kanpur - u. P. 208011 ph: [protected]. The details of watch are as follows - variant: nk3142sm01, date of purchase-22/02/2017, jo no. Jo[protected] and uid no - no uid. We are facing the problem of being slow or being stopped in the watch frequently. We did not expect this kind of bad experience from such a established brand. It is to say don't make people fool by delivering branded yet costly yet worst products because you loose value in the eyes of your customers as well as your prospects. I invested rs. 3300/ — for the same piece and its not value for money.in the warranty period we went for its three times repairing still not working properly. Don't have a good experience with fastrack and will never go for it again. Replace the watch with new one or refund my money. Thanking you

                                    I have Fastrack watch model 1397SJA green coloured watch. But the strap is now worn out, so I searched a lot in titan stores but not got the strap.
