I have ordered for fast track female watches and the quality of product received is not good. I have paid inr1309 on delivery of watches.. But the watches i received was not of the same brand i have ordered also that were of poor quality. I wanted to be returned and get my money back. Please do the needful. I need to return it as i truely believe that this is cheating. When i called them they said to contact in another number and there is no other number that is avilableand i need to get it return

      I have purchased a "fastract upgrade" watch from snapdeal site. Few days ago battery cell has dead then i goes to the fastrack service centre but they refused to serve. They said this is not genuine watch of fastrack. I showed the invoice letter which is given by snapdeal but that service center authorities said that snapdeal is not the legal seller of fastrack watches and they denied serving warranty.

      I have purchased a fastrack watch but unfortunately the product resulted un water resistant.I visited service centre and after repairing the product it is still not water resistant .

        Which i had buy from central mall surat. Mr hitesh that executive had told me that if if you have to pay any charge then they will give a call with 3 or 4 day..

        But after 45 day a between i had call
        More then 10timein between also..
        But that person had told me that it free because you didn't get any call...

        After 45 days
        Now mr hitesh that executive is saying that you have to pay.1200rs for serving..

        So;did i get to know why after 45 day he is saying that i want to pay that money...
        I am send you my recipe copy attached.. I need a proper explanation in it..

        Please look it into my issue..

        Which i had buy from CENTRAL MALL SURAT.Mr Hitesh that executive had told me that if if you have to pay any charge then they will give a call with 3 or 4 day..

          I purchase a fastrack frame 9 month ago .i belive fastrack is a good company but after using the frame my frame is totally damaged from both sides .I did'nt excepted this from fastrack i purchase this from sonipat fastrack showroom.at that time they were saying the warranty of frame is 1 year and now they are saying only 6 month.

            Hi, i have purchased a fastrack watch in 2016. And in every six month period it gets off due to this i need to carry it nearest fastrack showroom for servicing.in december 2017 showroom changed the machine and still problem is still going on. Today i had submitted the watch to the same showroom and they again saying machine needs to be replaced.

            Due to this i am getting frusted and costly as well, so to avoid this request you to please replace my product and issue another one.

              I ordered a fastrack watch from online e-commerce company snapdeal.I went to the Titan showroom for the chain adjustment the staff of the showroom checked the watch and told me that the watch is duplicate.
              The staff compared the watch with the original one and showed me the difference.
              its shocking that the company like snapdeal is delievering the duplicate watch.
              May be its not the company fault but such a big brand should avoid this .
              snapdeal has a good image in the market so the company must take some strict action against the fraud happened.
              Hope my problem will be solved it will benefit the company and consumer.

                I am purchased fastrack watch from snapdeal. It delivered 13.07. 2018. But am not used suddently because of free size. After adjusting the strap and try to use. But the matter is that its not working properly and also its looking bad. I think its used damaged product. Infact i am already purchase same model product throung paytm mall. I just compared this two product clearly understand its used damaged product. I think it gives you a bad image. So the company must replace the fresh product instant of my watch.

                My new fastrack watch is not working. I am purchased fastrack analog watch from snapdeal. But its look not like a fresh product. But i am accepted it and try to use it. After adjusting the strap size i am try to use the product. Unfortunatily its not working properly. Here very cleanly cleared that its old damaged product. So you must change my watch and keeping your brand positioning. I am already submit a complaint and the company cant take any action. So you can try speed service for me.

                  I purchased fasttrack watch from central mall pimpri, got worst experience from customer care service from both central & fasttrack customer care service.
                  I purchased watch in nov 2017 after 3 months one part of watch missing, they took watch back to them for repairing, for repairing reason they took 1 and half month. When i took watch from them they told me part will not fall again.
                  But after 15 days part fell again.
                  Now they are not taking responsibility of that.

                  I'm totally fed up with your services.
                  I hope someone will contact ne regarding this complain very soon.

                    I had purchased Fastrack watch item number NK3089SL05 on 11/5/2018 at fast track showroom, Jayanagar 3rd block, Bangalore the watch stop working so today dated 17/7/2018(Tuesday) to the same above mentioned showroom at 1:45 PM the sales agent Mr.Kiran as he said giving irresponsible and misguiding us and not having minimum manners to talk to the customers hence we are regular customers for Fastrack and expecting your response at the earliest.
                    Hence we request to resolve the problem or replace the watch he behaved very rudely by using uncomplimentary words.

                      I had purchased a watch from thane fastrack store some time ago. I am really satisfied with the quality and functioning of your product but during recent time my watch strap is broken and the belt of the same watch is not available in any of the fastrack and titan stores .Please help me with this issue.

                      Hi sir, this is visu i am a fasttrack customer i have purchesed watch from online on 29th of july 2017, when i am purchased in this watch i had given to service 3 times because watch is not working its stoped and also recently (7th of july 2018) went to service station in t nagar in chennai i had given the same watch for service they said due to low battery reson this watch stoped will change the battery and guven back to me and they charged me Rs.100/- but after 3 day again the same problem so kindly replace the watch.                           This is to inform you few online companies are making customer fool by selling fake product on the name of Fastrack. This is really bad impression going to the company reputation and market.
                          6 Days back i placed one order from www.worldoftime.co.in there there were showing fastrack wrist watches spacial offer. I placed the order when i saw the name of Fastrack. And i am also very old customer of Fastrack and using fastrack watches.
                          How come these type of fake companies can put your brand name on their website and sell fake product on the name of Fastrack.

                          Request you to kindly investigate and su them why are the making Fastrack genuine customers fool..This might lose your genuine customers.

                          This is very ridiculous which these type of companies put your name to sell their fake product by making fake name of Fastrack.

                          Please take action immediately to avoid future lose of genuine customers.

                            I bought the watch an year ago and i gave it to service for at least 7 times. Still the complaint remains same. The watch gets stop working suddenly and never runs again. When i gave it to an authorised service centre they said its okay and restarted it. And this happened many time. For the last two times i gave it to the service centre and i get it back a month later, and they said they changed the machine and there wont be further problems....

                            My watch has 50M WR. But, when i took it in water, the water went inside the watch stopped working. I thought that it would come outside itself but after 3 months of not using it, there is some green and blue coloured material inside which has jammed the dials and now it is not working. I want to get it repair and I bought this year only so it is in coverage of the warranty period.

                              I was buy a fastrack glasses in fastrack showroom in kadapa, before buying the glasses, they said for stratches 6 months warranty or replace is there sir like that they told, for cleaning the lenses, the straches are increased, i went there and asked in showroom, now they are saying that for bubbles only replacement is there sir like that they are saying, while saying to me they are laughing and discouraging in the mobile while they are talking with their colleagues, i want to replace my glasses and customer service number also not lifting the call, no response for anything, i want my glasses back as they said to me like before, otherwise i will go through consumer court

                              I bought fastrack watch from hyderabad titan showroom rs 1115 and date :4/2/2017And where I should get 8 time general checkup 4 times machine replacement and steel not working so I want to be replacement my watch.

                                Once I went to fastrack service center at Pondicherry to change the nail in the metel chain of my fastrack watch. The service assistant told that, they will not change the nail, i[censored] want to change
                                u can buy the whole metel chain for cost of 800 rupees. Before also I went the same service centre to change my broken glass of my watch. They kept my watch with in the service center for near to two months and gave it back without changing...

                                Yesterday i bought a new fastrack watch
                                (Nk3099sl01) in fastrack showroom g15, ground floor, brookfield mall, r. S. Puram, coimbatore.
                                In my watch there is only one free loop available.
                                But, when i check in website in that image there is 2 free loops available.
                                I think my watch is defective product.
                                Kindly help me to get a replacement or solution.
