L have orderes for fastract combo an[censored] people r very good u all gave fake and third class three watches so pls dp the need full refund my amount or else u will be in mess bcoz now its me as lawyers i will ruin ur companys life short means wat u wat me write an autobiography just a cheap reply dont even feel that ur company is geniune fake people received fake 3 watches from fake company timemachine99
I have purchase my fastrack watch 11/11/2017 this watch cannot working propely . I have submited my watch warranty repair but this not repair propely
i have submitted watch warranty repair but delivery very very delay . Very poor service on fastrack company
i have call our customer care but this is not ansering right and & properly.

    I gave my watch at the service center. I shifted to other city. After few months i went to the service center were i gave my watch but i didn't had the bill. The service center didn't provide me any other details. I requested them to check in their data base, with unique key such as my mobile phone number but they said we keep upgrading our data base, so your number has lost from our side and we can't provide you with any thing.

      Fri, 11th may ko maine flipkard se fastrack watch parches ki thi. Jo mujhe tue, 15th may ko delivered hui thi. Jiska model no. (Fastrack ng3039sm03 upgrades) hai.
      Fastrack ne is model ko 50m wr btaya hai par ye watch water resistant nahi hai kyuki is watch me water problem aa rhi hai.
      Kyuki fresh hone par bhi is watch me pani jaa rha hai...

      Please solve my problem...

      My watch is in under warranty but my warranty card has been lost. Now i am facing third time repeative issue in my watch but service center is denying to replace that watch. I asked another option to replace my watch. They are denying.

        My fastrack watch had a defect.
        I went to titan care they take my watch and kept it for 3 months
        And they said there is a machine problem in it. It can be claimed in warranty or exchanged with the same place
        Now they are saying they will give only 50percent of the purchase price only.
        I don't understand one thing that the problem is with the hardware and it's a fault from the company.
        I need the full refund or replacement.

          I brought a watch in 2013 from a shop. I have a warranty card with validity 5 years which includes servicing also. The watch stops working after one year. After servicing the watch works only for 11 months and need servicing. Servicing coordinator lady does not give satisfactory service. And watch is malfunctioning. As i have paid lot of money for buying watch of the brand i deserve good servicing.

            I have ordered combo of women watch but i got men combo watch,
            so please take it back n deliver me the women watch, or else please refund my amount.
            I have never expected this type of service from your side.

            I visited one of the franchise if fastrack at pvp mall vijayawada the staff mr sai was very arrogant the very motive of shopping is lost advise staff to have patience arrogant person

              In face book a site(time machine99 .com) is selling their products by displaying fastrack products on their pages and stating that limited offer combo pack (screenshot attached) for Rs.1286/-. But delivering some obsolete items. Thus affecting your image and goodwill. Please take some necessary action immediately.
              How can they cheat public by using your brand value.

                I purchaged fast tarack watch item code (Ng38015pp01cj) on 30/09/2017 from world of titan sco 194-195 bridge road sector 17c chandigarh. They said the strip of watch is also had gurntee if any prob occur they replaced. But they lie, strip of watch is rubbed from side automatically, strip is in worst condition now, when we go to the shop for replace that, they said we have no gurntee of strip and they don't replace the watch. That means they lie to all customers for selling their product. You change our product and take action about that shop. Other wise i in consumer court about this. That's my bad experience with fasttrack i never purched any product of fastrack in future if you don't take any action about this.

                  I have purchased a wrist watch on 03.02.2016 item code: nf1474sm02 and it was get repaired 02 times in show room both the delears said that machine complaint and it was replaced now it will be working well as delear said but after some days same complaint repeatedly occuring now watch is not under warrenty. Last service only is under warrenty. Get me solution on priority or else change the complete watch

                    Hi,

                    my watch again stopped working few days ago. Now tell me what to do. This watch has stopped approximately more than 5 times in the warranty period, the service center people has told the last time they have changed the whole machine inside the watch, then how could it stop now also. this is a defected product by titan which is sold by the showroom. I just want replacement of watch this time otherwise i will not be able to trust this brand anymore. please do the needful atleast for customer satisfaction. this 1400 watch has not worked even a year properly. it has stopped many times. is this how fastrack watches works most oftenly? i want the answer for this useless product by fastrack.

                      On dt-2/5/18 i bought a fastrack wristwatch model no. NG38003PP05C from a local store. I wore it and walk in the rain just about 5 mins and the next day i saw some kind of a water droplets inside the face of it. So i took it to the store from which i bought the watch and the shopkeeper told me that the company put some kind of a glue to make the product water resistance and it take about 8/9 months to dry that glue.
                      Is it true, what the shopkeeper said or is hejust cheating? Am not happy about the product. Because its not even one month from the date of purchase that the problem starts, i haven't done anything to void the warranty. The shopkeeper didn't take my complaints seriously. Is it gon be my lost???
                      Is there anything that i could do against this?
                      Please help me am desperate.
                      I submitted my watch 5-6 times in service department.They keep it for 15-30 day and after that they told that problems gets solved.After next day problem is as it is like before. They told that we changed the entire machine but the problem is at it is.If you are unable to provide service properly then why the hell you keep my watch for a month.

                        I booked a cab (Chevrolet tavera ac, registration number: tn 31 ab 9669) via fasttrack villupuram area, while trip cab got the breakdown for 4 hours. After completing the trip total 40 hours and 506 kilometers usage for the cab.
                        As per the fasttrack tarif[censored]sage of 500 km will the provide max 17 hours without waiting charge, so remaining 23 hours has to pay waiting charge of rs 80 per hour. But i aksed why i have to pay rs 320 for 4 hours break down. For this fasttrack ready to reduce 4 hours from that 23 hours. But cab driver/owner (Suthagar mobile number:[protected]) was not interested to reduce the amount.
                        After i asked why i have to pay rs 320 for 4 hours break down. Cab driver shows his angry. He starts threatening me.

                        My concerns about fasttrack service:
                        1. Fasttrack don't worry about the customer's safety.
                        2. Fasttrack don't have online payment, auto bill generation on online once trip completed
                        3. Fasttrack don't hire the professional drivers.
                        4. Fasttrack don't analyze and test the driver's behaviors.
                        5. Fasttrack don't guide the drivers how to behave to customers.
                        6. Fasttrack don't have the feedback system for customers

                        My concerns about cab driver/owner:
                        1. Very very unprofessional behavior on speech
                        2. Lie many times while cab break-down
                        3. He does not switch on the ac until i request again and again
                        4. He switched on ac with less cooling so i traveled in ac cab with sweating.
                        5. To reduce the fuel consumption in the trip driver not switched on ac (Approximately: 100km in entire trip)/ but charging ac cab fare for total kilometers
                        Water clots are forming on the dail glass in the morning please reply me with an action

                          I have been suggested always to change battery from authorized service centres and becuse of that i went to store to replace battery of my chronograph watch but i was told it would cost me near 400rs i thought battery itself costs that much but to my surprise when i got bill battery cost 60 rs and labour cost 250rs that too for a 2 min work... Got to know then that i was being cheated by the store people taking 250 rs for 2 min battery changing... And giving 400rs totally for a 60rs battery

                            I brought fastrack watch with model no.NG38022PP08 on 18/09/2017.with the use of one month i got the issue about the watch stoppage i contact the titan service center, they resolve by loose contact of battery.again with in 15 days stoppage this time they said battery dead, they resolve by changing the battery.again 10 days stoppage this time they send the watch to main service center they handover my watch after 21 days.this time again stoppage, they said we will send to main service center by issuing the receipt.
                            i need a perfect response from your side regarding the issue.

                              Ft booking id-12596, on 23-apr 04:45.. Kindly pay trip fare only after receiving trip sms at your drop place. Customer care:[protected],[protected].
                              This is complain that the above mentioned booking driver calls me at 425 am to cancel the booking as he could not make it in time to pick me up at 445. On calling up the fast track i was told they cannot provide any other vehicle as there was no driver near my area. I am in a hurry to reach central in time and the staffs flippant attitude of ditching me at that moment in spite of my sincere request, clearly shows how unprofessional your team is..
                              Please instruct your team not put the customer to such a stressful state at the last moment.
                              I bought one Fastrack Night vision glass (P293YL3) from NARAYAN PARASHURAM NANNURE, Pune. he assured me its best to use bike in night. but its not even antiglare. the light rays coming are scattering. So I m not using this product bcoz its not working for what it was purchased.

                                I have purchased a fastrack watch at 25/07/2017 and the model no. Nj9463a108ac it is a good product but before 2 week ago the dail of the watch is mismatch so i went to the fastrack authorised office at kota (Rajasthan) first they give me sympathy for repair they call me more then 2 time but i did not get any solution. And after they damaged my watch more then before. And told me we can not do this at the end
                                I want to complain against the that fastrack center at kota jahawhar nagar kota and i want my watch for repair

                                  I have purcahsed on Fastrack Sunglass and with in a month its frame got cracked. I always used to take full precaution i.e. keep the sunglass in its case only. Put Off with all care and precaution but one morning I found its frame was cracked.
                                  Once again keeping in my mind the brandname I again purchased one more but this time I was surprised to see that the frame again got cracked from the same location.
                                  I am confirmed that there is some quality issue. Now neither I am going to purchase any other product of this company and nor I will suggest any body to do the same.

                                    Very poor case, after using 1 year watch case become very sharp edge.
                                    Its serious issue, some time its creating wound to my skin.
                                    Some time it create very big scratch.*
                                    I purchase Sunglasses in shop no. 7 "A" wing, premier plaza, Mumbai-Pune Road, Chinchwad, Pune -411019. on[protected]. My sunglass has broken. I visited the showroom, they were asked to go to the service center but they gave one year warranty. They are not responding properly What can I do? please solve my problem .

                                      It is under warranty then why should i pay that amount.

                                        Till now have given to repair three times to showroom
                                        Fastrack is selling damage product

These people are selling the damaged useless products from the past year. many of the watches have stopped working as you can see the complaints about fastrack watches. how can we trust this brand if they can offer replacement also for their damaged product. i suggest everyone not to buy any fastrack product.

                                        if they can't give us replacement, we should not trust their product. they will sell costly watches which will not work even a year properly.
