This watch price is 3495/- and the color of this watch took place in 8 months and before i go to any other decision, you plan to apply to complain and in the hope that you will solve my problem.

    This is my second complaint now. This time atleast I want a good service. Within a span of 6 months, two of my watches are not working properly. How should I believe in Fastrack now? The second watch was a gift to a special one, it was so embarrassing that i had to face such a situation, where the watch itself broke near the belt and fell on the road. It was fixed till date with fevicol. How sad is this.

      The fasttrack sunglass i bought on jan 27th, 2018 which i use only while i drive car, safely handled and used in its string case. Today morning when i took it from case, noticed that its frame is broken. I am attaching the photo of my glass, its cover where i safely place when not in use and the warranty card.
      From the way its broken its clearly evident that its broken by itself with no intervention externally.

      I would like to hear from fastrack on what you advise to get me this replaced.

        The glass of the dial got damaged i went to every service centre in ghy.. They dont even care to tell what would be the cost neither they have the glass for repair or any technician..

          Very recently i purchased a watch variant: nk3117sm02. And just by using 1 and 1/2 months the mission was stopped every 5 to 6 days. I'm very much dissatisfied, i purchased the product only looking at brand and if this is your quality in your products, i'm totally dissatisfied and never i'll opt fastrack in my consideration for future purchases. It is very bad brand fastrack i'm sure

            I did purchase a Fastrack Reflex watch which does not capture my sleep data.
            I have the auto-sleep capture setting enable after i did sync the device with my iPhone yet it does not reflect any sleep data.
            Also it does not show call notifications even after being paired.
            It shows call notifications only when when i am a hand distance away from my phone.
            No such notifications is displayed when I am in the next room and my phone is in silent mode or so.
            When contacted my retailer in the showroom, I was told that reflex is not supposed to work with Iphone and it works with android device only.The same was not communicated at all when I purchased the device.
            This is a kind of cheating that the company is doing with users.
            It should be mentioned that the iphone users should not purchase it as it shall not work well.
            I am unable to use it since last 2.5months since I have purchased on[protected] from ITIKRAT Trading Pvt. Ltd., Shop No.1, 3, Niyoshi Park, Sanghvi Nagar, Aundh, Pune-411067.

            I have purchased a fastrack watch 2 days back. Watch strip material is defective so it has been damaged while wearing. Since it is a very bad product so please provide me the new one or new original strip should be provided. The shopkeeper denyed to change that. Please help me to sought out this case.
            In fastrack reflex I couldn't got any calling facilities they fooled us...

              Iam a retired engineer. On 23.3.2018 i booked a cab at 7.40pm. Domestic airport to velachery. Conformed to pick up id.38624 /. Otp also sent to me at 23.50. With vechile notn73h8587 and driver no. [protected]. At mid night 12pm i was waited with my family members. I ring to driver cell at12.06pm. He was not taken. Iam a regular coustomer of fast track. Such type of irresponsible driver staff i was suffered a lot. Take necessary steps against irresponsible persons.

                Very recently I purchased a watch and just by using 2 months the starp got black in color. I'm very much dissatisfied, I purchased the product only looking at brand and if this is your quality in your products, I'm totally dissatisfied and never I'll opt fastrack in my consideration for future purchases. I'm attaching the picture of watch with this complaint. I expect a gentle reply from your side
                I buyed a fastrack reflex watch yesterday. Since yesterday I am facing from connection problem again and again.The watch functions given do not work in actual and their fooling people selling this product.
                I am stuck and regretting buying this product. Please help or Else I need to complain case again this product.
                I bought a wrist watch from Snapdeal.But when I got that product, I have a doubt about its originality.so I searched barcode info.Info is very annoying.

                  Bought a fastrack watch (3157kka31) from titan showroom (Time galaxy / shop no. 20, bldg. D/17, opp. Sector-2, shanti vihar, mira road east) on[protected] as a birthday gift to myself. The watch stopped working in a couple of weeks. I took the piece to the same shop for replacement as the product stopped working within 15 days from the purchase date. The shop owner took the product & said would send it to the company for service but wont replace the same by giving some lame excuse saying that product can't be replaced but will make sure it gets repaired from the company. I got my watch after 2 weeks in working condition.in a couple of days the same time piece stopped functioning. I took it to the same shop, bursted out at him saying ' is this the way titan or fastrack provides service for their customers. The owner replied that he can't do anything as the product got repaired in the authorized service centers & and took the same to send it back. I got the same product in another 2 weeks time functioning properly. But again in a week it stopped functioning. Again took it to him he said the same to send it back but i ignored this time because i paid the price for the product & couldn't use it for more than a month.

                  The reason i took time to get back to you guys is that i was out of city for business purpose & luckily had an extra pair of fastrack with me.

                  I the undersigned need an explanation from titan/ fastrack as of why am i facing these problems even after getting it repaired from the authorized service centers. I paid inr 3200 for the time piece (Wrist watch) and got cheated as the product is of no use now. I want this product replaced with a new product as even after paying huge amount for the same i couldn't use it for more than a month.

                      Since then i am not liking the product at all.. It does not vibrate during the calls, it just tracks the steps.. I went to the outlet ibefore as well but no solution was provided. I am highly unsatisfied with the performance.
                      I would like the refund or replacement.

                      I have baught a new fast track watch NG3039SM08C from the shop Time palace -Thalassery.After two months of delivery it was dead and given the shop where i purchased.Now 16 days crossed, not get my watch return so far.I baught this for using not for keeping in your centre.I am totally dissatified with your product and the service.

                        I had brought a fastrack watch from snapdeal one month ago. My watch model number is fastrack 3039sm02. But it was not work properly. When i go to titan showroom, they said that this product is a duplicate. Afterthat i informed snapdeal customer care but they said if titan comany provide any written confirmation that this product is not genuine then this product will be return otherwise not. But titan employee denied to give any written confirmation. Invoice of the watch are attached with it for verification.

                          Fastrack economy 2013 analog white dial men's watch - 3099sl01 purchase on 09.07.2017. After 15 days watch regulary stop after some time. Many time i visited in service centre, 6 times. 4 time they handover my watch next day n said they resolve problem. 2 time they send for repair my watch to company for 50 days but still my watch problem was not solved.                               the above mentioned product which i purchased on may 2017, before the warranty period this watch is dead by two times i have contacted the service centre both times they told that it is due to machine complaint and have replaced that but still it got dead, i have purchased this product with high belief in your company (titan) with this error with my product how can i recommend your product to someone else

                                I had purchased a watch brand titan on dated 19.11.17. Model no - ng3088s202c bill no # from life style amritsar store (Trilium mall). But after 8 days the watch went wrong and out of order does not give correct time (Date time stoppage). I visited the showroom on dt 28.11.17 for repair the watch, but the dealing person had been repaired my watch. But i insisted on to replace the old watch with new one or refund my money, but he did not any response.
                                I again visted the showroom on dt - 31.1.18 invoice no 112/0008734 for repair of watch and he promise to get back on 31 march 2018. It is apparent from the above consiquences that the watch seems old and sold to me as new one. I is therefore requisted to your goodself that to refund my money, otherwise i will knock the door of consumer court amritsar.

                                  I had purchased a watch from fastrack showroom lulu mall, kochi. After a few days, i noticed that my watch was not working correctly. Three to four days later, i went back to the showroom for complaint. But the salesman told me go to titan showroom for the repair. He was not ready to change the piece though in warranty period. So, i went to the titan showroom lulu mall, kochi. They gave me my watch immediately after repairing. But after that also, it has stopped working within 20 days. It happened 4-5 times till now and they are not ready to replace my watch. People prefer brand because of the services provided and but i would recommend readers not to buy fastrack products.                                     I am very much disappointed about the watch purchased which bears the logo of fastrack from one of your exclusive showroom. The details of the watch is given along with its present photo. As one can see from the details and the photo that there is a severe damage on the strap of the watch. Now i can assure you that i have not mishandled or you may investigate by experts whether the strap was mishandled or not. Having said that the guarantee which the company provided strictly says the guarantee doesn't covers damaged caused by mishandling including damage to mineral glass or acrylic crystal and strap/bracelets. Any educated customer can understand this. The guarantee also says that straps are not covered.
                                    But my question is that when i purchased your product i purchased it for the quality. You assure me about the quality of the mechanical parts but i must say that the watch that i purchased from your so called exclusive showroom is a sub-standard product. The strap proudly bears the logo of your brand. But sadly doesn't bear the quality that a customers expects.

As expected the executives did not entertained me or my plea to change the strap of the watch. I am not at all wiling to pay a single paise for changing the sub standard strap and truly speaking i don't expect the company to change it for free.

                                    My watch glass was broken, if any spare parts I mean, another glass is needed to replace .so, the fastrack watch glass is available at fastrack showrooms are not .

                                      Sir i have purchased a fast track watch from prime time watch shop at shop no. 110 a market sec 6 bhilai durg chhattisgarh india.. I am truly not satisfied with the watch. After 2 months only the watch stopped working.. I gave it to the shop so that mine watch can get repair from the service center.. I received mine watch after 20 days... After one month the same problem again started... I have again gave it to the shop for repairment from the service centre but now i want a replacement of mine watch... I want a another watch in place of this one... I am not satisfied with this watch and your service center performance.. If the same happens like this i have to visit your service center in every month... I want a replacement of this watch so that the i wont have to visit your service center again and again.. Plzz see to it.                                         I have purchased a fastrack sunglass on 12th january 2017 but after 3-4 months the frame got broke and it was replaced by a new piece and i told them that to replace with a new model not that model because it can damage in the future also and the same thing happen in 20th december 2017, when i visited the store(Address: big ben fashions, 90/3, outer ring road, next to world of titan, marathalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037), they told me that next month the warranty will over.You can just imagine what kind of statement they are giving, i have few more days left for my warranty to over.please replace my product.
                                        I have brought fastrack watch on October 2017 CHAIN WATCH FULL CHAIN BROKEN in December 2017, I have given in showroom UpTo now I did have my watch... One of the worst service centres you are having ... Fastrack showroom amalapuram, amalapuram, east Godavari
