I had purchased a watch from fastrack showroom lulu mall, kochi. After a few days, i noticed that my watch was not working correctly. Three to four days later, i went back to the showroom for complaint. But the salesman told me go to titan showroom for the repair. He was not ready to change the piece though in warranty period. So, i went to the titan showroom lulu mall, kochi. They gave me my watch immediately after repairing. But after that also, it has stopped working within 20 days. It happened 4-5 times till now and they are not ready to replace my watch. People prefer brand because of the services provided and but i would recommend readers not to buy fastrack products. I was bought belt in dec 17 yesterday belt hook damaged ... hook damaged approx within 3 month ... quality of hook metal badly poor ...

    strap is not available

    I have purchased fastrack red color belt watch model no:ne6078sl09 around a year ago. It is working properly but the strap got damaged and i want to replace it. I have approached the service centre and they said that they will inform me once they receive the stock. Even after 5-6 months they are not saying anything. I have approached same service centre at different place, they are saying that it is not available, we will give coupons worth...

    I am very much disappointed about the watch purchased which bears the logo of fastrack from one of your exclusive showroom. The details of the watch is given along with its present photo. As one can see from the details and the photo that there is a severe damage on the strap of the watch. Now i can assure you that i have not mishandled or you may investigate by experts whether the strap was mishandled or not. Having said that the guarantee which the company provided strictly says the guarantee doesn't covers damaged caused by mishandling including damage to mineral glass or acrylic crystal and strap/bracelets. Any educated customer can understand this. The guarantee also says that straps are not covered.
    But my question is that when i purchased your product i purchased it for the quality. You assure me about the quality of the mechanical parts but i must say that the watch that i purchased from your so called exclusive showroom is a sub-standard product. The strap proudly bears the logo of your brand. But sadly doesn't bear the quality that a customers expects.
    For your further information i went to one of your service centre located in agartala. As expected the executives did not entertained me or my plea to change the strap of the watch. I am not at all wiling to pay a single paise for changing the sub standard strap and truly speaking i don't expect the company to change it for free.
    I want to convey that i am a customer of your product and i am not happy.

    My watch glass was broken, if any spare parts I mean, another glass is needed to replace .so, the fastrack watch glass is available at fastrack showrooms are not .

      9248pp02 watch strap is useless

      I have been using this watch since 4 years everything i love about this watch except the strap which i guess i have changed for at least 4 to 5 times and now the watch is not been used by me for past 1 and half year just because the strap gets cut into pieces after a month or soo. Even i[censored]sed carefully i had purchased original strap from a titan store itself for many times still very disappointed by the strap design... It is not affordable...

      Sir i have purchased a fast track watch from prime time watch shop at shop no. 110 a market sec 6 bhilai durg chhattisgarh india.. I am truly not satisfied with the watch. After 2 months only the watch stopped working.. I gave it to the shop so that mine watch can get repair from the service center.. I received mine watch after 20 days... After one month the same problem again started... I have again gave it to the shop for repairment from the service centre but now i want a replacement of mine watch... I want a another watch in place of this one... I am not satisfied with this watch and your service center performance.. If the same happens like this i have to visit your service center in every month... I want a replacement of this watch so that the i wont have to visit your service center again and again..         I have purchased a fastrack sunglass on 12th january 2017 but after 3-4 months the frame got broke and it was replaced by a new piece and i told them that to replace with a new model not that model because it can damage in the future also and the same thing happen in 20th december 2017, when i visited the store(Address: big ben fashions, 90/3, outer ring road, next to world of titan, marathalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037), they told me that next month the warranty will over.You can just imagine what kind of statement they are giving, i have few more days left for my warranty to over.please replace my product.

          I booked fast track call taxi on 24/dec/2017 at 9:51 pm with my pickup and drop details and it has shown the root to my home and shown rs 73.00 includes gst charges. I accepted and travelled to my home and when reached my home, i received an sms the cab travel charges is rs 156.68. I did not understand and handover the amount to taxi driver.

          Again i called fast track call taxi customercare and complain about over charging. They talked in an unprofessional manner and told that right time charges was added extra and also the amount was increased it seems. They did not convince me and stop talking the call.

          I was charged the double the amount from said amount.

          Kindly take necessary action and provide me the justice for over charged amount.

            No of times have to visit the service centre but no response from the service provider of fastrack watch. Product is not received back from service yet (3 months ago it was taken for service). Facing lots of problem because of this... A watch is a daily required assessory, unsatisfied with the service provided.. Not even provided... Watch still not received even after 3 months...

            My fastrack hand watch conditions is very poor, it is not working continuously one month, it stop again to again, and I send to repair to care again to again, I lost my money purchase fastrack watch. Fastrack design number 3119SL02
            I went to fastrack care to return or exchange hand watch. But they told me that watch can not return or replace.

              On last month it's belt buckle tip broken couple of days before while i enquire the store regarding this to fix it they havnt given proper response they havnt guide me how to get rid of this problem they just blabbering something...                   This is in context to the wrist watch i bought 5 months back. The babd of the watch is of very poor quality and it started wearing off in just 20 days o[censored]se. On asking upon the shopkeeper he said that there is no warranty for the bands it’s only for dail and battery. Then where should i go and get that band replaced? Being a renowned brand such poor quality products are a shame on you.

                          I have purchase a fastrack watch 1 apr 2017. After three month watch having technical fault. Reset bottom not work properly and push pin was open so watch band was open. Three times it was fall down on road. I have go to service center 4 times in patna. Two times job card open and two times they have not open job card. Every time service center told me this problem not happen next time but this problem was happen repeatedly. If we purchase so costly watch and every time we go to service center then sir you told me why we purchase fastrack watch? So i motivate all friends and colleague not to purchase fastrack watch.
                          I want to replace this watch.

                            I gave my fastrack watch to clean and service in kanchipuram showroom before a week. They said it will take 5 to 6 days. Today i got a call and i went to collect it. I mainly gave it to clean it but my watch remains same. So i asked about it. That service man talked with me very rudely and he angrily looked at me. You must take proper action on him. This is the way you treat your customers??? Disappointed with fastrack

                              Hello, i have purchased fastrack mens watch of worth rs.2400 last july 1 2017 in chennai, chrompet branch. After 8 months usage, outer case of my watch got rusted and rust mark wounded my hand which is a major health issue. So i went to fastrack showroom and explained with my warranty card, so they replaced new outer case and handovered to me, now after 3 months o[censored]sage again my watch outer case got rusted and wounded my left hand. I never expect from this fastrack brand and feeling shame to buy this kind of worst product. Also im going to complain legally regarding this. I need a permanent solution for this, otherwise you will face other consequences.

                                I have been using a fastrack 3099ssa watch for the past one year. Now it got water trapped inside the glass for about one month, i had tried some ways to get rid of the water inside it but it has no effect at all. This model is water resistant and how it got water inside? Please don't gave promises which you can't keep. I feel so ashamed of being a customer of fastrack.

Its getting stop now within 14 days of purchase and i have visit fastrack service center they inform me that dealer can replace this product within 30 days from purchase. But lifestyle is deny and he give only service for this watch. Why i should use serviced watch? Its defective for me.

                                    I have purchased a ladies watch from fastrack center at phonics mall, pune on 17th dec 2016. So far this watch got repaired by titan service center at the same location within 10 months itself. Now it is 5th time watch is not working.
                                    Guarantee card shows 2 yrs of guarantee. I want replacement for this faulty watch. Fastrack center says it can't be replaced only repaired. A ₹ 2000 watch stops working 5 times within 10 months from purchase itself. Why should we purchase such a faulty product at premium charges. So frustrated.
