Sir. I purchased a sunglass from your orrisa bhuneswar store uni iii. Store state code is 21 with cost of rs 1345. Item code is p370br3f. Fastrack igear. Hsn code is 9004. On 15/08/2017.
Sorry to inform you that within a week ie. On 21st of august the frame of sunglass has broken. As i was on tour so not in position to go there again. When i contacted on mob. No the dealer of your co told that we are not liable. We can't help you.
As a good co. You must have a policy for replacement in this type of problem. I am not a child. I am a 58 year old person & know that how can handle the glasses. I always keeps sun glass in a box.
In these circumstances please arrange to provide the proper support, otherwise i think my money has gone in vain
Than i would never purchase any item of fastrack. I also advised to my friends. Nd use the so i am sites for awarding of other person.

    I have taken fastrack ng2394sl01 model watch from fastrack outlet in nizamabad on[protected] and it is not working from 30days and i have given in service center on[protected] and they said that we will give u by next week. But for today they are saying that it takes another week. And they are not giving proper response and they not even saying what the problem is?

      I bought a fastrack watch on 30/7/17.
      Model no.30395201c
      It's been not even a month and it has stopped working.
      The service centre is 30 kms from here and i don't wish to spend 500+ rs just to travel there and again bring it back after repair. It will be a sheer waste of time.

      I believe the company should take responsibility of picking it from my place and delivering it back.
      It comes under warranty. I find it disappointing to be handed over a faulty piece.

        Hi

        I am vikas from hyderabad. I have purchased fastrack reflex and the second day of its use i observed that the steps i took are not same as it is being displayed in reflex.
        Today morning that is the second day of purchase when i tied it to my hand and not even took 8 steps it started displaying 45 steps taken...

        Later in less than 1 hour it showed me 3567 steps taken and 2.6 kilometres travelled.

        What is this?? Being a top brand and having reputation in market i choose your brand besides having other options
        I am completely in satisfied with the working if this watch reflex which is displaying all false data, steps, calories burnt and all.

        What should i do now
        Will you rectify this or let your people take this return and payback my amount
        Most unsatisfied with your product.

        N its not properly working when any call comes on my cell... sometimes it shows sometime not...

          Fastrack — regarding the service of bag
          I had submitted my bag for repair work. It took around 45 days. But then also is not completed. Its not look like original product. Some of the real elements are missing in the bag.
          Really worst experience with the fastrack. I'm not expecting this from ur side.
          Again i returned back. Clarify the issue as early as possible.

          I purchased this watch on[protected] and one year has not completed yet and 2 times i need to go to centre for carbon clearing and 1 time for submitting it for machine replacement which took one month and again now its rotation is not working...
          How can anyone trust fastrack? Tell me now?

            I bought my fastrack watch on 1 years ago. Its strap had broken after 6 months of purchase. Immediately i visited a near by titan service center in kottayam. They told me that they had ordered the strap and it take almost 1 month to get. I came there after 1 months then also they are sticking on to the same reason. I am waiting for the stuff to come, i want the strap immediately. Ashamed of titan.

            I had submitted my watch which was not running and stops, to your repair center at Kanpur having Job Card No. JO[protected] dated 02/08/17 and received after repair on 13/08/17 (after 12 days). After reaching my home, I found that watch not running & it was stopped. I am really disappointed with your services.
            Fastrack watch is worst watch which I had purchased.
            I am again going to give this watch to your service ceter today, but don't know which type of service you will provide.

            I purchased fastrack watches on 4july but now it is not working. In fastrack warranty card mentioned that it is warranted for 12 months from purchase date.

              i will buy from vadodara . dalson showroom . alkapuri, vadodara
              but after 6 days in glass lots of fogg coming, i will give to dalson and tell the problem after 10 days they give me back and say ur problem is solve. that time its good. after 6 to 7 days again i got same problem again i give to dalson. and after 6 days they give me back.

              now yesterday its happen same problem and again i given to dalson .
              so now what will i do.
              i will buy a watch for wear not for putting in showroom. and no time to going in showroom for again and again for same problem, .

              so give me proper solution regarding this watch i will send bill copy and . i will wait for 3 4 working days after that i will give a complain further in court.,

              i m tired after buying this watch .and that dalson showroom people is not given proper response . so now i thing i make a mistake to buying a fastrack watch.

                  Last year i taken fastrack chronograph red dail watch .But last week suddenly strap will cuted i dont understand how is possible watchbis lokking gud but strap broken .i love my watch please as early as possible clarify my solution...thank you

                    It has been 6 month now, i bought a new watch from fastrack. It stopped working for 4th time. The customer service center issued it is because of battery loose contact, after a visit is continue to works for a week and again stops working. At the 4th visit they told me it is due to some contact issue and submitted my watch for 3 days, and returned to me. What should i do. The cost of this watch is around 3000. I share this to my friends and some of them have the same experience with fastrack. I need a refund. I dont need any replacement from fastrack, the details are registered in the service center.
                    Place of purchase: fastrack showroom, near kfc calicut, opp. Kurishupall, mavoor road.

                      I visited many of your dealers in thalassery and kannur in kerala (Fastrack service centre in city centre kannur too) and they noted down my mobile number telling that they would ring to me. Till now, i have received no call from any of your dealers.

                            I booked a cab from thiruninravur (Near pattabiram) and took a package for 5hrs/50kms. Scheduled for 4pm pickup. However, due to some personal work, i informed driver to that i will board the cab by 4.30pm and boarded the cab at 4.45pm. The driver did not inform that the package time will start from 4pm. I completed by trip at 9.35pm which is 35 mins more that the package time. However, i used the cab for exactly 5 hrs/49kms only.

                            The driver asked me to pay for 6 hrs which is rs. 160 more that my agreed package of 5 hrs. I call the fast track call center and informed on this issue. One of the person from the call center treated me to pay for 6 hrs or else go in for police complaint. I agreed the challenge and i said that i will go in for the consumer court.

                            At last my parents told not to confront with these guys and then i payed for 6 hrs package.

                            From my experience ola, friends track call taxi are good enough to travel.

                            Fast track and drivers are "big cheaters". Please do not use fast track henceforth if you don't want to be cheated...

                            No authorised showroom or service centre is able to provide a strap for my watch 3042SEA checked almost all of them in my locality.
                            when asked them for ordering they take my order and no any response is received from the.

                            currently watch is kept brand new aside without strap.

                                I recently bought a watch to gift smone but unfrtnately it was not her choice so i went to exchange it within 15 days bt frm there i got really rude rply tht we can not exchange the product now. D watch is as it is with tag attached to it but still they are not entertaining the exchange really dissapointed.

                                  I have a costly watch in the Fastrack chronograph series and I recently went to customer service centre .I have been facing so many problems in the recent times due to the delay in watch repairs and they says they don't have the parts or stickers they had made for. It's absolutely a mistake from your side .U should provide correct stickers in the chronograph surface for servicing ..My watch is looking awkward with the bad sticker I had got. And time I spend for this was very high .. absolutely I'm am disappointed with the service .. I bought the costliest in chronograph series and now I'm disappointed with its look and non availability of sticker .. I request you to kindly give the correct service for my watch..

                                    My wife and daughter boarded Fast Track call taxi service from Chennai airport on 2 June [protected]@ 8.00 am. The car met with a major accident due to the sheer negligence and reckless driving of the driver. She was admitted in Apollo hospital for 3 days due to serve injuries in head (stiches) and body. When I contacted Fast Track complaint cell they were very harsh and didn't even have the basic courtesy to reply properly. When I asked them to refund me my hospital claim (as it was a huge amount) they coolly said it’s your mistake why did you board Fast Track call taxi. Further they said that company runs for profit not for reimbursements, please contact the driver and claim your money.

                                    These people are not only rude but have got the worst drivers in the city.

                                    I would urge all people not to board such worst taxi service and risk your life or loved one’s life.

                                    They are just trying to make money at the expense of human life.
