Fastrack watch not running properly, i have purchase fast track watch from thrissur and with in 2 months it is not working. So i showed the watch to the shopkeeper. He repaired and gave it back with in a week time.
After a month the same not working so i spoke to the store keeper he told me we have to sen the same to company.
New india time house collected the watch 21-08-17 till this date i have not received any updation even though i called nearly thrice. No call back or revert form the center.
I would request you to take necessary steps.

    I purchased a fastrack watch on 6th october 2016. With in 2 months of purchase, the watch stopped. I went to the store and the mechanic has rectified it and gave it back. It worked for 15 days and again it stopped. I submitted it in the store again. They took it, let it with them and gave it to me back in 5 days. Then it worked for about 2 or 3 weeks. Again it stopped. I asked in the store what was the problem. It is not getting rectified. They took it. Said they will send to company and i waited for 2 months for the watch. They said u ll not get problem again. But the watch stopped again in a month. I got vexed up and went to the store. They took it, rectified it and gave me back in 3 days.
    Again after a week, it stopped working.
    Why is the watch bought by me not working properly? The same complaint is repeating. I had a positive opinion about fastrack. But with this, i see fastrack is cheating people with watches without quality.
    How can i resolve my problem.
    Because by october, 1 year will be completed and fastrack will say that warranty period is over.

      Dear team,

      I have purchase a wrist watch model no:- ng6111sl01c on 06.07.2017 however after 7 days o[censored]sages the time of the watch getting delayed for 5-6 hours. We have contacted with the outlet and they have taken the same for 24 hours. After 24 hours of investigation they told that there is no problem & returned the product to me. After 2-3 days we found the same issue and escalated to the store (Titan world) & they agreed there there is some issue with the product however they are only willing to repair the same instead of replacement. After buying a 2k products why should i go for repair where there is manufacturing defects found.
      Please help to resolve the issue at earliest

        I had complained regarding replacement of my watch on thursday 7/9/2017 not yet to get a call from there side, waited for 4 days no reply from their side very worst service. They had assured for a call from there service side regarding replacement of watch. Faced a lot problems in watch serviced for 4 to 5 times replaced total machine once but again same problem.           I bought a fastrack watch (3099ssb) few months ago and in all these months this watch is continuously having some problem, some time it get stuck suddenly some times the water get inside it and the display gets foggy, now i got a new problem the second hand and the minute hand doesnt' working they get stopped.
          No body wants to go service centre daily by leaving all works.
          Soo either u fix my watch or replace it with the good one.

            I bought fastrack watch (Model name 3006sm03) from krishnan nair watch house, kottayam, kerala 11 months ago. After a journey i saw that the black round piece on the top of watch got detached and fell away. I couldnt figure out where it fell. When i contacted the krishnan nair watch house, they just tried to sent me away without adressing my problem. Finally i had to make much noise before they asked to submit the watch and gurantee card. They finally said that they will sent the item to the fastrack service center. They also added that most probably the problem wont be resolved. The watch looks absoultely ugle without the ring. Hoping that my problem would be adressed.

            Not working efficently, watch stop working after some time and again starts working giving wrong time, poor efficency of watch, poor accurecy of watch, either cell of watch is weak or their is any fault in machine of watch
            My watch was stop working suddenly .. And I was completed this problem 2 and more time but no any change in it . I hope you give me the proper life time solution for it .

              I thought fast track is a good product and i preffered buying this watch dg680 i dont remember the exact model. I just purchased it yesterday not even 24 hrs in the watch, now the seconds hand gets struck after some time then i have to shake it insanely to make it run again. What the hell is wrong? I need an immedieate response. I dont know if this is the right place to write a complaint but i had to i am frustrated right now.

                I have purchased fastrack watch product code ng3098sl02c this product bought on[protected] now this watch belt got damaged becoz its not genuine leather belt just you written on belt like genuine leather and small dial not working, you are producing fake watch and delivering. For this give solution otherwise i will take serious action against ur product i will submit to all media and news paper those are in india don't buy fastrack watch i will give add... Give me the solution for this

                  I bought a fast-rack chronograph watch model no.-nd3072sm02, 2 months before though it is water resistant, it got wet in the rain when i was returning to my home from my office. It has been 10 days but still moisture stays into it. I tried to make it dry many times but it could not, i kept that un-wristed for 4 days but i did not get normal as it used to be before.

                    I have bought a watch in februay 2017 from fastrack store locted in infocity, gandhinagar, gujarat (Ground floor, shop no.26, super mall-ii, infocity rd, infocity, gandhinagar, gujarat 382006) and since then i visited the store five times for not working properly.
                    Last time when i visited the store on 28th aug'17, store employee said i can give you a replacement on 30th aug'17 for sure but do'nt tell/talk to compnay till this time (Two days).
                    So my first question is there any system in fastrack where store people can replcae item without informing to company?? I waited to check for this unethical practice.
                    Yesterday when i went to collect my replaced, he yelled at us said you have to give me time. It may take two months also. He also said go to company. They will not give you answer and will not replace your watch.
                    It's really heartbraking to hear such words. Is this a real image of fastrack where store people can tell customers that compnay will not give you a damn answer.

                      I have bought fastrack watch of cost 2990rs. I have given it for service 4 times. I have ever seen this worst experience in my life. I gonna advice my friends not to buy this worst product anymore.
                      I felt very very bad with fastrack service. From the heart, i would say please respect the customers and hear their words. Please don't hesitate to answer the customer.
                      I have Fast track watch which I was repaired in authorized service center but there is again same problem occurs

                        I bought fastrack watch on 16august 2017 and i wore it on 18th of august for the first time and noticed that the colour was faded in just 2 days. That was surely a manufacturing defect. When i gave it to the store he said there is no warranty for the colour. It's been just two days i bought it. Then i forced him to send that watch to the service centre then he said it will take 40 days for the company to fully investigate then some decision will be taken. Please sir resolve this issue asap.

When i went in store they told me it's delicate we are not responsible for these. I have change crown from showroom for 3 times but i am not happy by service. I am fed up of this problem.                             Sir. I purchased a sunglass from your orrisa bhuneswar store uni iii. Store state code is 21 with cost of rs 1345. Item code is p370br3f. Fastrack igear. Hsn code is 9004. On 15/08/2017.
                            Sorry to inform you that within a week ie. On 21st of august the frame of sunglass has broken. As i was on tour so not in position to go there again. When i contacted on mob. No the dealer of your co told that we are not liable. We can't help you.
                            As a good co. You must have a policy for replacement in this type of problem. I am not a child. I am a 58 year old person & know that how can handle the glasses. I always keeps sun glass in a box.
                            In these circumstances please arrange to provide the proper support, otherwise i think my money has gone in vain
                            Than i would never purchase any item of fastrack. I also advised to my friends. Nd use the so i am sites for awarding of other person.

                                I bought a fastrack watch on 30/7/17.
                                Model no.30395201c
                                It's been not even a month and it has stopped working.
                                The service centre is 30 kms from here and i don't wish to spend 500+ rs just to travel there and again bring it back after repair. It will be a sheer waste of time.

                                I believe the company should take responsibility of picking it from my place and delivering it back.
                                It comes under warranty. I find it disappointing to be handed over a faulty piece.

                                  I am vikas from hyderabad. I have purchased fastrack reflex and the second day of its use i observed that the steps i took are not same as it is being displayed in reflex.
                                  Today morning that is the second day of purchase when i tied it to my hand and not even took 8 steps it started displaying 45 steps taken...

                                  Later in less than 1 hour it showed me 3567 steps taken and 2.6 kilometres travelled.

                                  What is this?? Being a top brand and having reputation in market i choose your brand besides having other options
                                  I am completely in satisfied with the working if this watch reflex which is displaying all false data, steps, calories burnt and all.

                                  What should i do now
                                  Will you rectify this or let your people take this return and payback my amount
                                  Most unsatisfied with your product.

                                    I had submitted my bag for repair work. It took around 45 days. But then also is not completed. Its not look like original product. Some of the real elements are missing in the bag.
                                    Really worst experience with the fastrack. I'm not expecting this from ur side.

                                    How can anyone trust fastrack? Tell me now?

                                      I had submitted my watch which was not running and stops, to your repair center at Kanpur having Job Card No. JO[protected] dated 02/08/17 and received after repair on 13/08/17 (after 12 days). After reaching my home, I found that watch not running & it was stopped. I am really disappointed with your services.
                                      Fastrack watch is worst watch which I had purchased.
                                      I am again going to give this watch to your service ceter today, but don't know which type of service you will provide.
                                      My no. is [protected].
                                      I purchased fastrack watches on 4july but now it is not working. In fastrack warranty card mentioned that it is warranted for 12 months from purchase date.
                                      Now I what to do ?

                                        I will buy a watch on ur name of fastrack. i think its good company a branded one..
                                        i will buy from vadodara . dalson showroom . alkapuri, vadodara
                                        but after 6 days in glass lots of fogg coming, i will give to dalson and tell the problem after 10 days they give me back and say ur problem is solve. that time its good. after 6 to 7 days again i got same problem again i give to dalson. and after 6 days they give me back.

                                        now yesterday its happen same problem and again i given to dalson .
                                        so now what will i do.
                                        i will buy a watch for wear not for putting in showroom. and no time to going in showroom for again and again for same problem, .

                                        so give me proper solution regarding this watch i will send bill copy and . i will wait for 3 4 working days after that i will give a complain further in court.,

                                        i m tired after buying this watch .and that dalson showroom people is not given proper response . so now i thing i make a mistake to buying a fastrack watch.
