I am saro mohan, i purchased fastrack watch in fastrack showroom (Kalyani square, 151 vakkil new street, near chokkanathar koil, simmakal, madurai, tamil nadu 625001). After one year my watch is not working (My glass was not broken). I walked to my nearest fastrack service centre (World of titan, 184-a, north veli street, madurai, tamil nadu 625001). I have purchased fastrack analog watch last year but it's stop working since last 8 days! Its is in warranty so i brought it to the service center of nirala bazar, aurangabad, maharashtra 431001.. I have also shown him warranty card but he is telling me that it can't be repaired because it is online purchased..!!! And if want to repair i will have to pay for it!...

I brought fast rack analog watch model 3076ssb at brand store now it is irritating my wrist and my wrist skin is become allergy.. And i afraid that it will cause problem more problem if i continue my usage.. And i use to take that watch occasionally & last 3 months only i'm using frequently..

I purchased a watch costing approx 3000/-. After a period watch case which is made of rubber is broken up. I went to titan stores for changing the broken part but they refuse to change. According to them the part is not available. Now they are offering me a buyback price of 300/-. I dont understand what kind of service are dey providing... Totally useless... Big brand with such a # services....

I bought a fast track watch on 1 June 2017, from a Titan store from our local market for my brother as a gift which he doesn't like. Now I want to return it and the sales man is not ready to refund the money and want me to buy something else, which I don't want to. How can I get my money back? Unfortunately the watch get stop after few days of Purchasing. So, on 12/01/2017, i brought it to Globe watch Co. I purchase this product on 28th feb 2017, and after 10 days it stopped working. i submit that product to service center in kolkata city center 2, they took 1 month to make it okey by saying they had changed the machine for this watch, but after 10 days it again stop working, i submit this product again to service center, again they took 1 week and told me that watch is ok now. now this watch is again stopped working....

I Purchased fastrack watch on Dec 2016. It stopped within 5 months. I took it to titan world for service. There they just used freeing machine to free it and simply gave back. I purchased fastrack sunglasses from Central, Vashi on 23rd Apr 2017.

I suffered from headache when I used the sunglasses.

I have spent approx 1100 rs on it and its quality is not even worth Rs. 100. Even non branded sunglasses provide better protection to eyes in comparison to what I have purchased.

I always prefer using your products but I had not expected such a low quality product from prestigious...

As i purchase a fastrack sunglasses from wave mall (Life style) jammu within a week i got problem with my sunglass fastrack logo and nor the sunglass is polarise. I return it and they told me to come back within a week but in return i got exect same as earlier.
I am good friend of fastrack product but now facing such problem i feel like i can never trust on such product..

My watch dial glass got broken. I wanted repair it as this product is in warranty.
And this was my gifted watch please let me know how much time it will take to resolve.
If is there any service center near noida sector 49 so that i can go there and can check with my self.

And it seems very bad product it was just 1 month and it got brock....

From last three months, I am getting verification code from fastrack. I have never registered on fastrack site, infact I have never purchased any fastrack product.

I have noted this thing to your customer care no. but still it continue.
It clearly shows that someone doing malfunctioning by using my mobile no.
