Fastrack-tees wrist watch
I Bought this watch 2 months ago.from online store Flipkart.From that day my watch works well but yesterday I got disappointed with the watch when suddenly it doesn't work .I don't understand what's the problem. Company has gauranteed 12 months of the watch .I will say that the company will recover my watch as fast as possible.

      I had purchase a combo of HP Laptop Bag, Fast track Wrist watch and Samsung 128 GB Micro SD card. When I received these products, I found all the products are duplicate. I tried contacting online site team for replacement or to return back my money but they are not ready to go with any one option. I am continuously following up with them from 20th May 2017.

      HP team has clearly mentioned that this seller is not an authorized seller and the same has been mentioned by Mr. Girish from HP in the trail mail.

      We have no idea about the authorized seller. I purchased the products seeing the logos...

        I have purchased fastrack watch model no.NF3039SM03at 19/12/2015. The watch contains two clocks after few months of purchase the watch stopped working properly. I have send the watch to service center three times but still the defect is not solved and the shop owner told me that it is manufacturing defect. Still one of the clock is not working. Hell to fastrack watches. My 1895 got wasted buying ur product.

          I have purchased fastrack watch model no.30985102 at 28/11/2015. The watch contains two clocks after few months of purchase the watch stopped working properly. I have send the watch to service center two times but still the defect is not solved and the shop owner told me that it is manufacturing defect. Still one of the clock is not working. Hell to fastrack watches. My 3000 got wasted buying ur product.
          So why u write such rubbish promises in ur manual that watch is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defect. I didn't find anything.
          I congrats u for your poor quality of watches and never recommend anyone to purchase fastrack​watch. U are more worst than a road side brand.
          I[censored] have little bit of shame than resolve my problem and contact me.
          If i had time i must take u to consumer court.

            Purchased fastrack sunglasses in the last week of may from an authorised showroom of fastrack in pune. Its not even one month and facing problem so naturally went to the showroom and showed the glasses. Highly dissapointed and surprised with the response received from the showroom person. The sunglasses i felt were a bit loose so i told the guy to tighten the same. He told me that they cannot be tighened. I was zapped within one month only the sunglasses couldn't be tightened. Are the sunglasses so delicately made that the customer faces problem in the first month itself???

              I ordered a fastrack watch. Details: casual analog white dial men's watch 3121sm01. This was ordered on and got delivered on 30.3.2017 by amazon. Order was placed at amazon. There was no battery in the watch so i had put rs. 100 battery. The watch was ok for 5 days and then stopped. Again it started and automatically it stopped. I was out of town so could not post this. Please look into this immediately.

              I just had wend to Titan Showroom at Chinchwad Pune for replacement of my Fastrack goggle nose pad. But their representative is saying that there is no spares for the goggles. Now I have to throw the goggle.

              How can I throw goggle worth Rs. 1800/-?

                I brought a fastrack mno : 38020 pp 04c. On 15.05.2017. From pandian enterprises madikeri-571201 (Coorg). Till now i have purchased more then 15 watches at the same shop but this time i had gifted to my brother. Before 20 days from the purchase watch got repaired due to manufacturer defect. Now if i go to shop they are telling me to wait for 1 month. It's impossible to waste my time due your company issues. Worst service from a reputed company like fastrack.

                  I am purchased a watch model no. Dc725a analog from the world of titan, sco 348, sector - 9, panchkula vide b. No.[protected] dated 16.04.2017.
                  The dial of the same was unscrew due to manufacturing defect and stop third day after purchase.
                  A assurance was given by staff the same will be send to the company for replacement/repair.
                  A text message received on 02.06.17 sent by "titan service network" that "your product is ready to collect by your convenience".
                  I reached and ask about product the staff replied in rude manner the product is not ready and you reached without our phone call and denied any message.
                  After seen the message in my mobile staff replied that this one from the ambala branch not from our side.
                  In general unscrew of dial is a manufacturing defect so my watch should be replaced and staff should be trained about behavior to attend customer.

                      I am saro mohan, i purchased fastrack watch in fastrack showroom (Kalyani square, 151 vakkil new street, near chokkanathar koil, simmakal, madurai, tamil nadu 625001). After one year my watch is not working (My glass was not broken). I walked to my nearest fastrack service centre (World of titan, 184-a, north veli street, madurai, tamil nadu 625001). Then it functioned well for 6 months. Now i am facing same problem, they reported that my watch battery and machine is in good condition and couldn't figure out why this is happening... Now they are blaming glass breakage of my watch and not responding further.
                      So two days back i went to another customer service (Titan watch repair service, 16 mandayan asari lane, town hall road, madurai).. They responded well but they couldn't find the exact reason. They lubricated my watch and said that if this complaint exist again you should do full service... And the service cost is 1/3 of my watch price. If it so then what is the reason to buy such a branded item... Please tell some solution.

                        Hi, I bought fastarck watch 2 months back and its been in 3 months only and we used three to four times only but suddenly it got damage like that chain cuts from the edge. Kindly suggest me service at chennai. It have 6 months and 1 year warranty.
                        I have purchased fastrack Sunglasses polarized one, the nose pad with pad arm completely came off from the frame, I visited many fastrack showrooms requesting them who can repair/solder it neatly, one year not completed & I am ready to pay the charges.

                            I purchased a watch costing approx 3000/-. After a period watch case which is made of rubber is broken up. I went to titan stores for changing the broken part but they refuse to change. According to them the part is not available. Now they are offering me a buyback price of 300/-. I dont understand what kind of service are dey providing... Totally useless... Big brand with such a # services.

                            The glass of my Fastrack watch broke. The glass of the dial not in stock. Went to 3 different Titan/Fastrack showroom no one had the glass for the model of my watch. Such a poor service. Where glasses for all watches are there specifically my watch does not.

                              Want to return my watch and the store is not ready to refund it

Now I want to return it and the sales man is not ready to refund the money and want me to buy something else, which I don't want to. How can I get my money back? The watch is in exact same condition as bought, not even a single time used....

                              The sunglasses which i had bought from fastrack brand which is costing to me rs - 1495 are damaged and not proper fitting to me, so next day i went to the store which i had bought i explaind them what is matter but the sales girl refused to the sunglasses and told there is no exchage of sunglasses there is exchange syatem only on watches and the sunglasses manufacture date was 2015 which has not shown in sales time, so i kindly request the fastrack team to give me a good result please

                                I had purchased a Fastrack Watch (model:NG3099SM04C) from Globe Watch Co. Guwahati, Assam on dated 26/11/2016.
                                Unfortunately the watch get stop after few days of Purchasing. So, on 12/01/2017, i brought it to Globe watch Co. They took 10 days to repair it and return back to me after repair. 2nd Time, on March the same problem occured again. this time also i took it to Globe for repair asking to replace it. But they deny to replace it. Again they utook around 15 days to repair it and return bach on 25th march. and 3rd time it get stop on April 2017. This time i request them to replace it. They argued with me not replace it. Its still is that shop.

                                What to do?

                                If this time the same situation will occur again, I will proceed legally.

                                  I purchase this product on 28th feb 2017, and after 10 days it stopped working. i submit that product to service center in kolkata city center 2, they took 1 month to make it okey by saying they had changed the machine for this watch, but after 10 days it again stop working, i submit this product again to service center, again they took 1 week and told me that watch is ok now. now this watch is again stopped working. I want my money back as it is not possible to run every time to service center as i am not having any confidence to your services and products. please stop harassing customers .
                                  I had very bad experience with fastrack watches. product quality decreasing day by day. next time i wont buy Fastrack for sure.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    My self Sameer kale, from pune. I have purchase fastrack watch 3147KSA in 11 November 2016. But it has stoppage problem so that i have return for repairing on 29 Dec 2016. They tooks 1 and half for repair, but same problem arise in 2 February 2017 and again i have submitted to showroom for repairing. Now minute arm totally separated from machine. This is third time of stoppage problem. From purchase i have use this watch for 4 months and 3 months tooks for repairing. This is totally inappropriate and I don't have time for such things. So please cooperate and replace this watch as soon as possible. Otherwise i will takes some action regarding this. I will post bad feedback against fastrack watches on social media. So please don't allow me to do that. And replace my watch.
                                    I've purchased new reflex on may 12
                                    Today suddenly on watch time was disabled, then aftr that put to charge.. It is charging and not even pairing with b.tooth

                                      I Purchased fastrack watch on Dec 2016. It stopped within 5 months. I took it to titan world for service. There they just used freeing machine to free it and simply gave back. When i asked them they just saying its small stuck but the watch is again getting stopped intermittently. Now they saying i have to give them my watch they will send it to company which will take 20 to 30 days to get ready. This is really frustrating, they saying me to be without watch. Is this how the BRANDED watch companies work???.. They should investigate and resolve the problem in service center itself right, Even if they need to change machine they should do it within an hour and return to customer..This is really really frustrating.. Never ever but any Titan or fastrack watched again.

                                      Hi,
                                      I own a ng6015sl02 watch but I can no longer use it as the straps are damaged. I reached out to a service center to get new set of straps but they were not available. Could you please let me know where can I get a new set of straps for the model.
