I was byed fastrack watch in that analog watches r there..in that two clocks one is working and 2nd one is not working after 4 days.. And i already showed in fastrack service centre he changed the battery and gived to me, at that time its worked.. After 2 days it again repeating the problem.. I never expect from the fastrack these kind of issues but iam facing the problem.. What should i doo

    My watch is "fastrack analog black dail men's watch", which is of cost 850 rupees.1 week back my watch has stopped working, i want it to be repaired. I have bought this watch through online from amazon on march 15-2017 and it had a warranty of 6 months. For more details: its stock number is 4170586. So please accept this request and get the work done soon.

    Last year i taken fastrack chronograph red dail watch .But last week suddenly strap will cuted i dont understand how is possible watchbis lokking gud but strap broken .i love my watch please as early as possible clarify my solution...thank you

      It has been 6 month now, i bought a new watch from fastrack. It stopped working for 4th time. The customer service center issued it is because of battery loose contact, after a visit is continue to works for a week and again stops working. At the 4th visit they told me it is due to some contact issue and submitted my watch for 3 days, and returned to me. What should i do. The cost of this watch is around 3000. I share this to my friends and some of them have the same experience with fastrack. I need a refund. I dont need any replacement from fastrack, the details are registered in the service center.
      Place of purchase: fastrack showroom, near kfc calicut, opp. Kurishupall, mavoor road.
      Service centre : near titan watches, opp. Ksrtc bus stand, mavoor road. Calicut.

        This is to bring your attention into a major problem faced by me for the last 16 months. I purchased a wrist watch (Model no 6004) from one of your dealers. Later the strap had a damage and it is not usable now.
        I visited many of your dealers in thalassery and kannur in kerala (Fastrack service centre in city centre kannur too) and they noted down my mobile number telling that they would ring to me. Till now, i have received no call from any of your dealers.

        I would like to point out that fastrack is an esteemed company and the good service after sale also is expected from you. But unfortunately that is found lacking in you. Let me remind you that for the last 16 months, my wrist watch is of no use to me.

              I booked a cab from thiruninravur (Near pattabiram) and took a package for 5hrs/50kms. Scheduled for 4pm pickup. However, due to some personal work, i informed driver to that i will board the cab by 4.30pm and boarded the cab at 4.45pm. The driver did not inform that the package time will start from 4pm. I completed by trip at 9.35pm which is 35 mins more that the package time. However, i used the cab for exactly 5 hrs/49kms only.

              The driver asked me to pay for 6 hrs which is rs. 160 more that my agreed package of 5 hrs. I call the fast track call center and informed on this issue. One of the person from the call center treated me to pay for 6 hrs or else go in for police complaint. I agreed the challenge and i said that i will go in for the consumer court.

              At last my parents told not to confront with these guys and then i payed for 6 hrs package.

              From my experience ola, friends track call taxi are good enough to travel.

              Fast track and drivers are "big cheaters". Please do not use fast track henceforth if you don't want to be cheated...

              No authorised showroom or service centre is able to provide a strap for my watch 3042SEA checked almost all of them in my locality.
              when asked them for ordering they take my order and no any response is received from the.

              currently watch is kept brand new aside without strap.

                Post resolution of this issue, Watch Crown got broken just next immediate day. the quality of service was very poor. Now services team is delaying this and asking for charges.

                  I recently bought a watch to gift smone but unfrtnately it was not her choice so i went to exchange it within 15 days bt frm there i got really rude rply tht we can not exchange the product now. D watch is as it is with tag attached to it but still they are not entertaining the exchange really dissapointed.

                    I have a costly watch in the Fastrack chronograph series and I recently went to customer service centre .I have been facing so many problems in the recent times due to the delay in watch repairs and they says they don't have the parts or stickers they had made for. It's absolutely a mistake from your side .U should provide correct stickers in the chronograph surface for servicing ..My watch is looking awkward with the bad sticker I had got. And time I spend for this was very high .. absolutely I'm am disappointed with the service .. I bought the costliest in chronograph series and now I'm disappointed with its look and non availability of sticker .. I request you to kindly give the correct service for my watch..

                      My wife and daughter boarded Fast Track call taxi service from Chennai airport on 2 June [protected]@ 8.00 am. The car met with a major accident due to the sheer negligence and reckless driving of the driver. She was admitted in Apollo hospital for 3 days due to serve injuries in head (stiches) and body. When I contacted Fast Track complaint cell they were very harsh and didn't even have the basic courtesy to reply properly. When I asked them to refund me my hospital claim (as it was a huge amount) they coolly said it’s your mistake why did you board Fast Track call taxi. Further they said that company runs for profit not for reimbursements, please contact the driver and claim your money.

                      These people are not only rude but have got the worst drivers in the city.

                      I would urge all people not to board such worst taxi service and risk your life or loved one’s life.

                      They are just trying to make money at the expense of human life.

                        My self sajeev kumar. I was travelling from chennai central to elango nagar. I am also regular customer for fast track in long. I am travel previous week 30.06.2017 same distance paid rs 255 only but after one week also booking same distance amount is rs 390. Iam shoked. I am tell booking lady this case she is give not satisfied answer so this is my last booking. I am unsatisfied with booking lady and over charge. Pls improve ur service booking. Customer is very value asset for ur happy service.^have a nice day..

                          I Bought this watch 2 months ago.from online store Flipkart.From that day my watch works well but yesterday I got disappointed with the watch when suddenly it doesn't work .I don't understand what's the problem. I tried contacting online site team for replacement or to return back my money but they are not ready to go with any one option. I am continuously following up with them from 20th May 2017.

                              HP team has clearly mentioned that this seller is not an authorized seller and the same has been mentioned by Mr. Girish from HP in the trail mail.

                              We have no idea about the authorized seller. I purchased the products seeing the logos...

                                  So why u write such rubbish promises in ur manual that watch is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defect. I didn't find anything.
                                  I congrats u for your poor quality of watches and never recommend anyone to purchase fastrack​watch. U are more worst than a road side brand.

                                    Purchased fastrack sunglasses in the last week of may from an authorised showroom of fastrack in pune. Its not even one month and facing problem so naturally went to the showroom and showed the glasses. Highly dissapointed and surprised with the response received from the showroom person. The sunglasses i felt were a bit loose so i told the guy to tighten the same. He told me that they cannot be tighened. I was zapped within one month only the sunglasses couldn't be tightened. Are the sunglasses so delicately made that the customer faces problem in the first month itself???

                                      I ordered a fastrack watch. Details: casual analog white dial men's watch 3121sm01. This was ordered on and got delivered on 30.3.2017 by amazon. Order was placed at amazon. There was no battery in the watch so i had put rs. 100 battery. The watch was ok for 5 days and then stopped. Again it started and automatically it stopped. I was out of town so could not post this. Please look into this immediately.

                                      Hi,

                                      I just had wend to Titan Showroom at Chinchwad Pune for replacement of my Fastrack goggle nose pad. But their representative is saying that there is no spares for the goggles. Now I have to throw the goggle.

                                      How can I throw goggle worth Rs. 1800/-?

                                        I brought a fastrack mno : 38020 pp 04c. On 15.05.2017. From pandian enterprises madikeri-571201 (Coorg). Till now i have purchased more then 15 watches at the same shop but this time i had gifted to my brother. Before 20 days from the purchase watch got repaired due to manufacturer defect. Now if i go to shop they are telling me to wait for 1 month. It's impossible to waste my time due your company issues. Worst service from a reputed company like fastrack.
