I Purchased fastrack watch on Dec 2016. It stopped within 5 months. I took it to titan world for service. There they just used freeing machine to free it and simply gave back. When i asked them they just saying its small stuck but the watch is again getting stopped intermittently. Now they saying i have to give them my watch they will send it to company which will take 20 to 30 days to get ready. This is really frustrating, they saying me to be without watch. Is this how the BRANDED watch companies work???.. They should investigate and resolve the problem in service center itself right, Even if they need to change machine they should do it within an hour and return to customer..This is really really frustrating.. Never ever but any Titan or fastrack watched again.

I bought Tees bear black mugshot men's watch 3-5months after .After using it the secand hand came out, from the middle & is stuck in the dial itself & i want to fix it, my watch is in warranty but the bill is not with me plz help...

I own a ng6015sl02 watch but I can no longer use it as the straps are damaged. I reached out to a service center to get new set of straps but they were not available. Could you please let me know where can I get a new set of straps for the model.

    Complaining about color fading issue

    I bought fastrack watch from Titan showroom, BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore on 12 march 2017, After 15 20 days color outside the dial was fading so i went to showroom again to show this to the guy from where i bought that watch.
    He assured that i will get a new piece of watch in 15 days.
    after 15 days every 2nd day i'm going to check whether watch came or not but still no response from their side.
    I asked if you can't provide...

    I purchased fastrack sunglasses from Central, Vashi on 23rd Apr 2017.

    I suffered from headache when I used the sunglasses.

    I have spent approx 1100 rs on it and its quality is not even worth Rs. 100. Even non branded sunglasses provide better protection to eyes in comparison to what I have purchased.

    I always prefer using your products but I had not expected such a low quality product from prestigious brand like fastrack.

    Please replace it with some other model or refund my money.

    Watch rate 2000 rupees. My money fully waste. Worst product. I feel very sad because I am buying fast rack brand. Very poor.
    Where does the fastrack hand watch's model no situated on the watch...please let me know. how can I know my model number without the warrenty card.

        As i purchase a fastrack sunglasses from wave mall (Life style) jammu within a week i got problem with my sunglass fastrack logo and nor the sunglass is polarise. I return it and they told me to come back within a week but in return i got exect same as earlier.
        I am good friend of fastrack product but now facing such problem i feel like i can never trust on such product..

          Sir,

          I would like to inform you that, the complaint regarding products and services by fastrack authorized dealer shops/showrooms. I purchased the fastrack watch with serial no nf-38015pp01 on 10/12/2015 at shakti marketing, kempegowda commercial arcade, k g road, bengalore-560009 ph[protected]. After 2 weeks watch automatically stopped working and i visited the shop he informed it was some loose connection in the battery side and repaired. Last 4 months back again it stopped working and i visited nearby fastrack centre and replaced the cell. Since last 15 days watch stopped working and i visited rajajinagar 1st block titan show room (Oppossite to gokul veg) they informed cell is in good condition and watch machine is problem and they told to go shakti marketing for service where i purchased the watch and speaking so arrogantly and telling that shakti marketing is lied we cant service your watch and you have to go there only to get serviced and he is also shore that he will get same watch for 300 rupees which i spent nearly 2500 rupees. If really this happens for customers at your doorsteps its really illegal. Hence my humble request is company should come forward to rectify the issues for selling duplicate watches and do not trouble the customers as i am 12 year satisfied customer.

                  From last three months, I am getting verification code from fastrack. I have never registered on fastrack site, infact I have never purchased any fastrack product.

                  I have noted this thing to your customer care no. but still it continue.
                  It clearly shows that someone doing malfunctioning by using my mobile no.

                  If any fraud happens to me, I am not responsible for this and I am not going to bear anything from this fraud.
                  So, do take some action.
                  I was using fast track watches regurly for the past 10 years. But the watch that was using now it made small injury... Due to heavy wear in case ...I felt really bad o[censored]sing this product..the case u r using is very low steel ...kindly make necessary action

                    I buyed Fastrack watch on 11th Dec 2016 from SUYOG WATCHES, KANDIVALI EAST, MUMBAI 400101. After 15 Days when i was travelling to Kerela i found my watch stopped working between 2 - 4pm and later it started running on time but it was an 2 hours late. I took this issue seriously and when i back to Mumbai i complaint this issue to the store manager of SUYOG WATCHES. He then checked and said there is some mistake near key due to which your watch stopped working.

                    I accept his suggestion and took my watch back as he assured me the problem will not create in future.

                    On 18th March 2017, I face the same issue and later my watch stopped working totally. On the same day i submitted to SUYOG WATCHES and he then inform me to write this letter to you.

                    I trusted this brand Fastrack and never expected that it may be such an headache to me. Its my humble request you to please help me with replacing this watch as soon as possible.

                    My self Ravi boora I ordered a fastrack watch on 13 03 2017 and I receive my watch on 20 03 2017 but i see that watch is duplicate and my order no is [protected] and the Awb is[protected] and my mobile no is [protected] and plz refund my money and take your order back I think u help me to give my money back
                    Fastracl reflex is not ay all user friendly and no one should buy it .instead use the calorie track and fitness app in your mobile phone.it only provides basic feature like number of steps and calories burned.
                    Im very unhappy with my fastrack watch. I bought it on dec 2017 and completely stopped working on july 2018. Im disappointed now. Why you dont have any service centre in purulia and bankura of west bengal. Kindly response.

                          Before 1 month my watch stop working, i have went to shop owner from whom i have purchased that watch and he send that watch for repair, i got my watch after 5 days, i have asked him about the issue he told's that he don't know . Now 2 days before again my watch stop working. So now again i have to follow same procedure till my warranty is active but what after warranty.

                                A fast track cab driver was driving rash, honking constantly, and was on a call.

                                He also drove close to several two wheelers and blared his horn, making them jump out of their skins.

                                He posed a threat to a lot of people. He was driving a white Chevrolet Tavera. Vehicle number is TN22CR6113. Request you to warn the driver accordingly.

                                Incident happened at around 5.00 p.m.

                                  With reference to my previous complaint registered, would like to inform you that the same problem I am facing once again with the product received last time from you against faulty product, as a replacement.

                                  The coating of dial's edges has got weird and it's irritating on wrist and further resulting to allergy. I would like this product to be replaced with different model as I dont have any trust left on this model any more. Model Number and other details of products are Fastrack Watch (model no-3076SSB)—50MWR. My handphone number is [protected].                                     My sunglasses have turned bubbly and scratchy, it's polarising cover on glasses has also damaged now fast track showroom at paud road not giving me the glasses replacement as they told me that they don't have glasses and also not giving me deprisiation in price as I want to buy new fastrack goggles, tha product kindly look into the service and revert back to me at earliest

                                      Wrong booking made, didt give driver details, no call from driver, bad & harmful communication by custer service persons. Around two hours waste of time with fast track, now my option will never go for fast track, even for a small ride, on before i'm using your service in frequently, but hereafter i it never happened again because of your unsatisfied & inconvenient service
