I had purchased a watch from Fastrack showroom ITIKRAT TRADING PVT. LTD., SHOP NO. 1, 3, NIYOSHI PARK, SANGHVI NAGAR, AUNDH, PUNE- 411007. PH[protected] . DOC NO :[protected], on DATE : 13/07/2014, TIME : 16.23 .
After a few hours, I noticed that one of the watches from the above bill was not working correctly.Three to four days later, I went back to the showroom for complaint . But the salesman told me go to Titan Showroom for the repair . He was not ready to change the piece though in warranty period.
So, I went to the Titan Showroom VISHWARAJ AGENCIES PVT.LTD., 1318, J M ROAD, SHIVAJINAGAR, PUNE - 5, on 04/08/2014 . They gave me the period of one month to repair my watch, but they have given no response till now. I tried calling them several times but later on they have started rejecting my phone calls and when I would call them from a new telephone number they pick up the phone. It has been 23 days above the delivery period. This behaviour of the staff as well as the brand is unacceptable. People prefer brand beacuse of the services provided and but I would recommend readers not to buy Fastrack products. Their services are not good. This is not what a buyer expects from a brand.
