Dear Sir, I have purchased fasttrack 9336sl01 watch from Vijay Watch Agencies, Solapur, Maharashtra. It was not running well. I have given for repairy for 3-4 times. He given me telling that now its resolved, but its was not resolved. At fourth time he given me the watch by changing second hand of the watch. The previous was red colored second hand, and he given me with yellow color second hand. I asked him about this then he told me that it is not changed. Again I was having same issue with the watch. It was not running good. Then he told that we will send it to company and machine will be changed. After one and half month he given me the watch by chaning the hour and minute hand of the watch. When I asked about that he is telling that it is not changed. Your model is having same minute and hour hand. When I asked to show same piece, in that piece the hands were different. I asked him about this he is telling me that the changed this. We dont know about this. At that time i told him about last time you have changed the second hand, at that time he accepted that they have changed it. This time whatever the minute hand and hour hand is, it is not matching the watch. It is not looking nice. So please look into this issue. It is very serious issue. He is making people fool.     I bought a fasttrack handbag worth rs. 2000, model no. : On 22nd december 2013 around evening 6_8:30 pm from shoppers stop outlet at Dainik Bhaskar Mall, Bhopal (M.P.) I have lost the bill and the guarantee card handed over to me has not been sealed. The material of the handbag started to come out on its own, neither it got scratched or something, just the top layer is getting worn since july 2014 The bag appears uneven/rough. what can be done now ?

      To the concerned, I had purchase a Watch from Fast Track last year 2013(with 2 years warranty) After 1 month Watch color got fed and when I went to Fast track shop( Disha Time Point Janak Puri District Center Delhi) they told me to use sketch pen to fill watch fed color (This is completely unacceptable) but somehow I managed. Now my Watch straps has come out and unfortunately I lost my bill and warranty card. This time I went to same fast track shop and spoke to the shop manager who says we sale many brands so its difficult to manager every customer bill record because we do it manually so it might take 1 month to pull out record. I am fail to understand why they do bill record manually this should be systematic bill system so that it won’t take 1 month to fetch customer bill record. Top of that He did not want to listen anything from me, was trying to blame me that I am defaulter because I lost my bill and warranty card. I understand I lost it and I accepted but that does not mean they don’t keep record in a proper manner to fetch bill details of customer its also their responsibility but he could not admit or ensure anything which feel customer relax and better and he was too loud and just trying to make customer unhappy with his unprofessional behavior which badly leads a worst customer experience. I have paid around 1800 rs for this Fast track watch and this is the way we get treated ... The shop manager doesn't agree to admit or assure anything all he says its customer mistake, .         Hi, I had purchase a watch from Fast Track a few months ago .The Watch stopped working in a months time .I took the watch to the closest "World of Titan" (kamanahalli) where the service center check the watch and asks me to go the place where the watch was purchased.I took it the Fast Track Showroom in Phoenix Mall. Spoke to the Store manager called "Srini" who says that in a 1000 watches that we make there will be 1 that will be defective.There is nothing he can do even thought the product in well within the warranty.He initally asked me to check with the service center and when informed that we have done that he wanted us to take the watch to Safina plaza in shivajinagar and have it serviced there.We have infromed him that it has been done once already but he says there is nothing he can do .. We have paid 1300 rs for the product and this is the way we get treated ... The store manager doesnt agree to do anything all he says is he cant do any thing, . Please help us with issue. Regards. As i am not satisfy with the service given by ur service centres in pune. Same problem has occurred for the another gifted watch.             I bought worth Fastrack 9732Ql02-Dc458 Black/Black Analog Watch worth rs2000/- at VEDAM MOBILES AND WATCH STORE phone no[protected], MADANAPALLY ANDHRA PRADESH in the month of February of this year(2014)...And from that month too till now i had to take it to the shop 4 times for servicing, they take it and say tat it has got some problem in the engine and sending it to the company for servicing each time and wont respond me back for months..when i cal them myself get it from shop it wont work for even 24hrs..i dunno whats wrong with them they say "company not responding to us"..i am vexed up with these..it never worked from the day i bought. when i asked for replacement they are saying its applicable for only "warranty" that a period of 1year..in these 9 months it was under servicing process in that shop for almost 5months...so my question is "why should we spend rs2000/- on non working metal thats of no use?" i am very frustrated.

              I brought 2 fastrack watches worth Rs. 2753/- and 2830/- both had same problems. After one year one month i faced corrosion problem and as 1 months passed after free servicing period i paid 1200/ for repairing the dyle . for another watch it got corrosion within an year but failed to reach the service center as i was out of india. after returning i visited service center in KALYAN, TAITAIN SHOROOM, but as 1 year 1 month is passed from buying date they asked me to pay for the same. i gave my watch to repair but after a month they have returned me as it was, saying the parts are not available with the company one.               I was purchase Fastrack 3099SL02 Sports Analog Watch - For Men on 4-Apr-2015.
              but now back surface of this watch kindly rough. so when wear this watch that time on hand surface damage.

                I have submitted my Bag to your kalyan fastrack outlet. They are still not clear what to do regarding this complaint. It has been 3 months now that I have submitted my bag for replacement. They are in regard not authenticating this mail conversation and are telling me to enquire to whom did i spoke in past. This is really frustrating, after seeing the condition of the bag also these people are interested in conversation of who is who... why not act and take decision, its past 3 months now. should i am suppose to keep script of what i talk and to who...

                My complain has not yet been resolved, they are sending back my bag with same condition stating the reason of no warranty card. This is really poor service as you can see the condition of bag and after keeping the bag for 4 months into your custody, you r returning it for no warranty card. That reason I had given before submitting the bag i.e when I had launched complaint.

I returned the watch complaining about the same on 13th Oct'2014 and the sales girl there told me that it would be replaced within 2-3 days. She mentioned that she would call & inform me. Now I got a call from Durgesh saying your watch is repaired where in I was told it would be replaced. So now either it should be replaced or I want my money back!!! Awaiting your reply.                       I bought fastrack watch model-- NE1474SM02 on[protected] . My battery was dead within the warranty period ! i went to the retailer and i was provided with a replacement free of cost ! On asking for a receipt for the new battery i was denied one ! while buying i was told dat the battery wudnt die atleast for a year but was dead within 9 months ! And now during replacement i was told the same ! I wasnt even allowed to know if the battery was a new one, original fastrack, or some roadside battery dat wud again last for about 2 to 3 months after which my warranty period would be over . I request fastrack to loadge a complaint against the retailer and provide me with a new battery with a receipt showing dat it is original and will last for atleast a year !                         i bought fastrack watch model no- 3099SM05 worth rs 2094 two months before and its polish get the metal color of my Dial has started vanishing off after a month. it is in warranty period bt i have not recieved any service from the company As per terms and policy of Warantee it comes under replacement but the denied to do that.

                          Today (3rd Oct 2014) i used fast track car number TN22U6243, 1. I booked a package of 8 hour 80 Km but my car only run for 46 Km for 5 Hours when i said driver that you charge for 40 Km 4 hours so he started showing anger and said very rudely that you have to pay 8Hours 80 Km only. Than i called call center they are also supporting the driver and finally i have to make payment fo 8 Hours 80 Kms and when i ask for bill he was giving me the bill only for 6 Hours 50 Kms and even when i was get of from the cab driver give me call after some time and he abuse me over phone. what kind of services these people are trying to give the customers. 2. Driver is not shaved and not properly dressed up and as per their policy if the driver is not dressed up properly or cab is not clear their is discount of 50Rs but driver is not accepting it that is not dressed up properly. I really says its better for them to take a knife and start collecting money from the people that can save their diesel money.                             i bought fastrack watch model no- 9462AP01 worth rs 1896 two months before on 28 july 2014and its polish get the metal color of my Dial has started vanishing off after a month. it is in warranty period bt i have not recieved any service from the company As per terms and policy of Warantee it comes under replacement but the denied to do that.

                              Dear Sir, I had purchased a watch from Fastrack showroom ITIKRAT TRADING PVT. LTD., SHOP NO. 1, 3, NIYOSHI PARK, SANGHVI NAGAR, AUNDH, PUNE- 411007. PH[protected] . DOC NO :[protected], on DATE : 13/07/2014, TIME : 16.23 . After a few hours, I noticed that one of the watches from the above bill was not working correctly.Three to four days later, I went back to the showroom for complaint . But the salesman told me go to Titan Showroom for the repair . He was not ready to change the piece though in warranty period. So, I went to the Titan Showroom VISHWARAJ AGENCIES PVT.LTD., 1318, J M ROAD, SHIVAJINAGAR, PUNE - 5, on 04/08/2014 . They gave me the period of one month to repair my watch, but they have given no response till now. I tried calling them several times but later on they have started rejecting my phone calls and when I would call them from a new telephone number they pick up the phone. It has been 23 days above the delivery period. This behaviour of the staff as well as the brand is unacceptable. People prefer brand beacuse of the services provided and but I would recommend readers not to buy Fastrack products. Their services are not good. This is not what a buyer expects from a brand.                                 Dear Titan, I have submitted my watch on 05/08/2014 at your Borivali Centre due to glass break. On 02/09/2014 I have received your watch with new glass but same was not in working condition. Again on 05/09/2014 I have re-submitted the watch at your Borivali Centre but still same was resolved. On 13/09/2014 I have visited to your Borivali Centre again but same was not resolved and your service team told me that same will resolve within 8 days. Receipt no - 13691. Today is 25/09/2014 and no one is giving proper answer. I am really irritated with your service and will not buy any titan watch in future. Also suggest my friends and Collgues to buy another brand instead of any Tital brand. Now tell me the solution or otherwise I will write to Consumer Forum department. I am ready to fight.                                       model no FG NE 3039 SP01 D 328 Fast track watch cost 1295/- has been purchased from beauty times, seetha shankar towers, pulimoodu, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala - 695001 on 10 Jun 2014 and under guarantee period for one year. the watch was got stuck due to some manufacturing problems on 03 July 2014 and I, returned it to the beauty times, Thiruvananthapuram for repair/replacement( Because it is under guarantee period) . But till date neither the watch has repaired/replaced nor the shop where i, have been purchased the same has not given any satisfied reply. Whenever I, approach the shop for get my watch return they were using rough words and they told me that the watch will repair their own time and if the same will not returned back I, can not do an thing against them . so i, request you to take necessary steps so that i can relieve from my tension.                                         i had purchased a fast track watch on 14/07.2014 and it got spoilt within 38 days ..so gave it in Thane service centre and they said your watch will be given back by 5-6 days ...10 days passed no calls from their side.then i had to call and the answer i got pleas give us 2-3 more days by 8/9/2014 you will get your watch..again no calls and when on 9/9/2014 i called and the answer i get is your watch has been given to another customer when he will return you will get..Is this the TITAN works and Replies to their customer...my watch was almost a Brand new and after keeping my watch in service centre for 25 days i get such pathetic reply...then also i waiter for 5 days and still no call when i visited service centre they are saying we cant help it when the customer gives your watch we will give you.It would be great if you people look into this matter and return me BRAND NEW watch because the customer has already used my watch for 4-5 days and i cant take the same watch now..lets hope TITAN looks into this matter..or else i would have to approach consumer forum complaint for further help...Very Very pathetic Service
