I had bought a ladies leather bag a year prior. My complain is that the leather is now coming of like peels of oranges, it has become of no use as the look of bag has completely change. i had purchased the bag for some more than 2 grand but the quality seems as that of street bag.. Very frustrated...

I have submitted my Bag to your kalyan fastrack outlet. They are still not clear what to do regarding this complaint. It has been 3 months now that I have submitted my bag for replacement. They are in regard not authenticating this mail conversation and are telling me to enquire to whom did i spoke in past. This is really frustrating, after seeing the condition of the bag also these people are interested in conversation of who is who... why not act and take decision, its past 3 months now. should i am suppose to keep script of what i talk and to who...

Dear Steve,

My complain has not yet been resolved, they are sending back my bag with same condition stating the reason of no warranty card. This is really poor service as you can see the condition of bag and after keeping the bag for 4 months into your custody, you r returning it for no warranty card. That reason I had given before submitting the bag i.e when I had launched complaint.

Note : I can't run more time on your service centre cause I am 60% physically handicap person, I attached watch paper & my handicap certificate. please find the attachments.       Variant Number - NE2394SM02 | Description - J764 | Cluster - ANALG Hi Team, I bought a wrist watch on 10th Oct'2014 from A.K.ENTERPRISES SHOP NO 13VIMAN NAGAR ROAD PHOENIX MALL Pune-411014 which has issues in getting locked/ tied on the wrist. I returned the watch complaining about the same on 13th Oct'2014 and the sales girl there told me that it would be replaced within 2-3 days. She mentioned that she would call & inform me. Now I got a call from Durgesh saying your watch is repaired where in I was told it would be replaced. So now either it should be replaced or I want my money back!!! Awaiting your reply.         I bought fastrack watch model-- NE1474SM02 on[protected] . My battery was dead within the warranty period ! i went to the retailer and i was provided with a replacement free of cost ! On asking for a receipt for the new battery i was denied one ! while buying i was told dat the battery wudnt die atleast for a year but was dead within 9 months ! And now during replacement i was told the same ! I wasnt even allowed to know if the battery was a new one, original fastrack, or some roadside battery dat wud again last for about 2 to 3 months after which my warranty period would be over . I request fastrack to loadge a complaint against the retailer and provide me with a new battery with a receipt showing dat it is original and will last for atleast a year !           i bought fastrack watch model no- 3099SM05 worth rs 2094 two months before and its polish get the metal color of my Dial has started vanishing off after a month. it is in warranty period bt i have not recieved any service from the company As per terms and policy of Warantee it comes under replacement but the denied to do that.

            Today (3rd Oct 2014) i used fast track car number TN22U6243, 1. I booked a package of 8 hour 80 Km but my car only run for 46 Km for 5 Hours when i said driver that you charge for 40 Km 4 hours so he started showing anger and said very rudely that you have to pay 8Hours 80 Km only. Than i called call center they are also supporting the driver and finally i have to make payment fo 8 Hours 80 Kms and when i ask for bill he was giving me the bill only for 6 Hours 50 Kms and even when i was get of from the cab driver give me call after some time and he abuse me over phone. what kind of services these people are trying to give the customers. 2. Driver is not shaved and not properly dressed up and as per their policy if the driver is not dressed up properly or cab is not clear their is discount of 50Rs but driver is not accepting it that is not dressed up properly. I really says its better for them to take a knife and start collecting money from the people that can save their diesel money. I NEVER RECOMMEND FAST TRACK CAB TO ANY ONE TAKE A AUTO IS BETTER THEN THEIR SERVICES.THIS IS REALLY VERY SHAME FULL FOR ME TO USE THIS SERVICES.

                Dear Sir, I had purchased a watch from Fastrack showroom ITIKRAT TRADING PVT. LTD., SHOP NO. 1, 3, NIYOSHI PARK, SANGHVI NAGAR, AUNDH, PUNE- 411007. PH[protected] . DOC NO :[protected], on DATE : 13/07/2014, TIME : 16.23 . After a few hours, I noticed that one of the watches from the above bill was not working correctly.Three to four days later, I went back to the showroom for complaint . But the salesman told me go to Titan Showroom for the repair . He was not ready to change the piece though in warranty period. So, I went to the Titan Showroom VISHWARAJ AGENCIES PVT.LTD., 1318, J M ROAD, SHIVAJINAGAR, PUNE - 5, on 04/08/2014 . They gave me the period of one month to repair my watch, but they have given no response till now. I tried calling them several times but later on they have started rejecting my phone calls and when I would call them from a new telephone number they pick up the phone. It has been 23 days above the delivery period. This behaviour of the staff as well as the brand is unacceptable. People prefer brand beacuse of the services provided and but I would recommend readers not to buy Fastrack products. Their services are not good. This is not what a buyer expects from a brand.                   Dear Titan, I have submitted my watch on 05/08/2014 at your Borivali Centre due to glass break. On 02/09/2014 I have received your watch with new glass but same was not in working condition. Again on 05/09/2014 I have re-submitted the watch at your Borivali Centre but still same was resolved. On 13/09/2014 I have visited to your Borivali Centre again but same was not resolved and your service team told me that same will resolve within 8 days. Receipt no - 13691. Today is 25/09/2014 and no one is giving proper answer. I am really irritated with your service and will not buy any titan watch in future. Also suggest my friends and Collgues to buy another brand instead of any Tital brand. Now tell me the solution or otherwise I will write to Consumer Forum department. I am ready to fight. I have been trying to get black strap which is broken, for my Fast Track watch 9253 PSA from your authorised service centres (Titan) at Anna Nagar & Pondy Bazaar (TNagar), Chennai. But both of them do not have the spare and also they could not tell me when it will be available and also do not have any equivalent strap. I have also tried with Fast Track showrooms at Anna nagar and T.nagar, but could not get. Can you help me to get the spare strap (black) and tell me how/where to get ?                       Iam searching for strap for my fastrack 9253PSA watch in all fastrack shorooms in Hyderabad.I didn't found that strap.they are saying they don't know it is available or not in all showrooms in INDIA. So pls help me for finding the strp for my watch ...

                      This strap was available at Fastrack, T.Nagar, Chenai showroom. I had purchased 2 of them (one for immediate replacement and another spare).

                        model no FG NE 3039 SP01 D 328 Fast track watch cost 1295/- has been purchased from beauty times, seetha shankar towers, pulimoodu, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala - 695001 on 10 Jun 2014 and under guarantee period for one year. the watch was got stuck due to some manufacturing problems on 03 July 2014 and I, returned it to the beauty times, Thiruvananthapuram for repair/replacement( Because it is under guarantee period) . But till date neither the watch has repaired/replaced nor the shop where i, have been purchased the same has not given any satisfied reply. Whenever I, approach the shop for get my watch return they were using rough words and they told me that the watch will repair their own time and if the same will not returned back I, can not do an thing against them . so i, request you to take necessary steps so that i can relieve from my tension.                           i had purchased a fast track watch on 14/07.2014 and it got spoilt within 38 days ..so gave it in Thane service centre and they said your watch will be given back by 5-6 days ...10 days passed no calls from their side.then i had to call and the answer i got pleas give us 2-3 more days by 8/9/2014 you will get your watch..again no calls and when on 9/9/2014 i called and the answer i get is your watch has been given to another customer when he will return you will get..Is this the TITAN works and Replies to their customer...my watch was almost a Brand new and after keeping my watch in service centre for 25 days i get such pathetic reply...then also i waiter for 5 days and still no call when i visited service centre they are saying we cant help it when the customer gives your watch we will give you.It would be great if you people look into this matter and return me BRAND NEW watch because the customer has already used my watch for 4-5 days and i cant take the same watch now..lets hope TITAN looks into this matter..or else i would have to approach consumer forum complaint for further help...Very Very pathetic Service

                            I BUY a watch worth of Rs. 2995/- on 17/05/2014, when i started to use with in one month of time it is become to form a iron layer in STRAP AND DIAL BACK SIDE, while i buy the watch they told the watch is made of steel and they gave a oral assurance about that. But any how, because that problem, i return the watch to the same shop on 12/08/2014 and they told the starp will be replace within 20 days of time. 1. Fasttrack provided the BAD QWALITY OF WATCH. 2. They did not provided the watch with in 20 days of time, when i ask they simply telling like it will come today or tomorrow like that. Same time they telling a reason for delay is like the fasttrack industry does not have the replacement product for that particular watch. 3. On 11/09/2014 i went and ask they again told like to come tomorrow, but i ask him to pay back my cash or else to to provide the watch with same worth of cost. 4. But when i ask this, He(Manager) behaviour is completely rude to me. The same time he simply throw my cash on the bench. Any how i got my money back, but fasttrack is very popular company and making a bad quality of products. Other than that all, the behaviour and responding of manager is completely rude to the customer. If you take action or not, i am not mind about that, DONT repeat to this any of your customer. NO STATISFIED FROM THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT IN FASTTRACK. VERY VERY BAD RESPONSE HANDELED BY THE MANAGER TO CUSTOMER. Bad experience with fasttrack on time.

                            i have purchased fastrack whatch which will have 2 years of warrenty period in nagpur...bt i hve now problem in my whatch...bt the consumer in that office paid some rs for that problem...

I have guarantee card I have submit in your show room and they replied for me we will change the tial in one week.But they did not response for my question and taking delay.

                                On 09/11/2013 I bought a Fastrack watch Model No 3097SM01, after 3 months my watch body backside paint ( means that silver color coating ) got damage now that area is too sharp, i went to service centre, they told it will ready within 20 days, now its 24 days completed.                                 worst quality belt of p watch

                                I baught fastrack watch model no 3083SSA. the belt of watch is cracked within 2 months without any rough use. The belt has worst quality material.

                                    I bought a fast track watch and after a month its lock got damaged and the place from where i have bought it is inorbit mall hyderabad and from when i complained about this they said that u take this to service center we can help you out this is very upsetting and disgusting i went to the service center they took it and will give me back after 25 days such a bad service and i have spent around 500 rs to rome here and there to get this watch replaced or serviced this is pathetic and is really putting a bad name for fastrack brand you are spoiling the name o[censored]r company i feel that the future of this brand will be worst and nobody is going to buy if this continues if in one month this is happening then its useless to buy a watch or anything from fastrack. you should take this matter seriously otherwise this could lead to serious issue for you.
