Sir I ordered a Fastrack watch model number NN38048PP01 from Amazon on 27-10-21 and it was delivered on 04-11-21.Since the watch claims to be water resistant but it got water inside on the very first day since then I haven't used it till now. The watch has 24 months warranty on manufacturing defects, so I want my watch to be replaced or repaired. Below are the pics of invoice and warranty card of watch please help me out.

I wanted to share and express my grief my worst experience in order to talk against this wrong thing happened with me.
I, Sneha Mukherjee resident of Kolkata visited Gorakhpur in the year 2019, december. I purchased a Titan Fast track glass from the shop 𝗩𝗜𝗝𝗔𝗬 𝗣𝗘𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗢𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗦, Golghar Gorakhpur. They are your authorised dealer. They have provided wrong and high power in my glass and also I paid them for High Index but they gave me a wrong, high power glass with very thick glass.
At that time they said they have done correctly and I will be used to it and glasses will be alright after some days. But unfortunately after coming in kolkata, I faced lots of headache and eye pain because of Wrong and high power glass, I had suffered a lot but I did not able to understand the problem. Then due to pandemic I did not able to go Gorakhpur and confront them. So due to very much eye straining and eye paing I went to eye hospital for eye check up and then I got to know that from last many days I was wearing wrong power glasses made by the VIJAY PEN CORNER AND SPECTACLES, authorised dealer of your company.
Please help me regarding this matter.
They have charged me 2500/- and my total money have wasted, I has only purchased from that local shop by seeing your company name. Sorry to say but how would I or my family, friends will able to trust your name, if this people misuse your name.
. Please do something as soon as possible.

Most humble and respectful I would like to say that I borrowed money from true balance which is registered with NBFC BANK. where they charge 0.5% /day interest (monthly-15% ) interest charged by them annually 155 % rate of interest charged .The rate of interest charged by them is much more higher by them .No one bank charged like this which one is registered with nbfc .Plz take an immediate action regarding this type of loan agency. So last year one of my relatives gifted me a Fastrack Reflex Beat_7E1A. But the problem is that the strap tore a few days ago. When I called the customer care they said that I can easily buy another strap. So today when I went to 3-4 Titan stores, they told me that Fastrack Reflex Beat_7E1A doesn't have strap replacement feature. So if you're creating a smartwatch which has no strap replacement feature then you should've provided a strong strap. If you're not doing that then you should've provided a strap replacement feature like Fastrack Reflex v2.0. So I demand a new strap or a new watch because if you don't provide me with a ₹350-₹400 strap, then I can't wear my ₹2, 195 smartwatch. You're practically robbing people. Also let me remind you that that was a gift from a relative. Also the shopkeeper didn't even give a warranty stamp.

I booked a cab from Kitchipalayam to dadagapatti Salem and only one person travelled in the cab.. The person who did the booking has not briefed about the luggage charges or anything.. While we were dropped in destination the driver is charging extra charges saying its for luggage where we had only two bags.. Totally unfair.. And while I raised it to the customer service team.. A blunt man is talking in flithy language and worse behavior and words.. Totally disgusting.. Should be punished these kinda people.. If customer travel does it mean he can behave any ways and charge them take things for granted.. Please teach them a lesson.. No other customers should face such issues..

My digital watch Belt has been cracked which was fixed with the dialogue box and under warranty and buy it through online platform from Flipkart.

How do i repair it under warranty.

My purple fast track band activity tracker has stopped charging. It is under warranty as bought on 18 November 2021

Some day ago my watch slow run 10min.. so I had shown to kouthroad service centre in Pune he told me need to replace internal machine so I agree with condition and replace it &he committed 6month warranty for this machine if any problems found in future that time replace it... but after that same problem observed then I had shown again at Chinchwad fast track service centre .. he keep 1month for service but after that again getting same issue...

My Fastract glasses has some manufacturing defect regarding alignment & product is under warranty but as company do not 've same product available or the parts they deny to replace or repair my product. Same has been confirmed by Titan store of CG road ahmedabad Gujarat that it is manufacturing defect.
What am I suppose to do?? I 've been chasing customer care since many days but only getting assurance to wait with new deadlines & not getting any concrete response.

I have a complain regarding my wrist watch which is broken dial glass and then the dial glass was different from the original one and the excuse was we are out of stock that's why we have to fix it with another one . Ok fine but the dial glass was not fitted properly and it is small in size . My invoice number is[protected]

I bought the Fastrack Reflex Vox watch from the Fastrack store ( Turquoise complex, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad) on 7th February 2022. Item number of the watch is 38072AP03. Issues : I am not getting any call notifications or any message notifications. I have checked that watch is not in DND mode and have allowed the same in the Android app. The watch also got disconnected 2-3 times. The battery life of the watch is also very poor. Either you solve all the notification issues and replace the watch or refund me my hard earned money.

Darshini & Muskan have not completed the above complaint. Supervisor level intervention required. Cheap frames, splits & causes danger of hurting near eyes.

I have one issue you guys mentioned on official fastrack website about reflex vox 10 days battery life and inside of the instructions book reflex vox box there is mentioned 7 days why you guys showing different online and offline please reply need fully ...

Hi. I have purchased Fastrack reflex 3.0 last week. When I am using it it is getting disconnected from Bluetooth repeatedly just moving a little distance away which generally never happened with my MI-band.
Kindly resolve my issue as the band was purchased so that I get notifications while the phone is not with me.

Sir i buy fast track fitness watch reflexe 3.0 but the straps not fitting for me and some not good quality

I'm Nazim from tumkur. Karnataka.
I'm purchased reflex smart band on March 09 2021 now band is working good but my band belts was cut. I went Fastrack showroom for replacing the belts but Fastrack exicutive say it can't be replace kindly replace your band or purchase another one... It's Fastrack don't provide band belts means how we thought out our working band it's cost of 2200rs when I purchased. Nw they asking it's no use...
