    I have purchased Fastrack IGear Item No-SWD002BK1V on 01/03/2021 and now I am facing problem in left hand side speaker it’s not working.
    I have given the product in titan eye plus on 25/08/2021 they have not taken the product and said we are registering complaint regarding this and u will get phone from above and then only we can do any further help.
    Today I called them asked regarding further process they are not properly and said 6 months over from your purchase and we can’t do anything.

                      I Ms Sanjana Girdhole purchased a watch from our Virar West vendor ( Piyush New Titan Time) on 30.06.2021 of Rs 1450.
                      The watch has stopped twice working twice in a month.
                      When it stopped today ie 29.07.2021 I had to visit the shop.
                      The person out said that the watch need to be send to the company back to check on it for 10-12 days.
                      My concern is if the watch is having 2 years of warranty on the bill why couldn't the watch be replaced directly with another one with same price.
                      Warranty has no meaning then.
                      Warranty means if watch is broken or not working it can be repaired or replaced.
                      Then why replacement is not provided by the vendor Piyush New Titan Time Virar West for a watch which has stopped twice in a month from the date of purchase.
                      Why it has been send to the company for 10-12 days.
                      I want a replacement immediately.

                        I purchased a fast track watch on 30.06 2021 from our virar vendor Piyush New Titan Watch
                        The watched had stopped working twice from the date of purchase. When today 29.07 2021again second time it stopped I visited the vendors shop.
                        They said that we cannot do ant thing we need to send the watch to the company.
                        On the bill we have 2 years warranty written.
                        My issue is if the watch has not worked properly within a months time.
                        Could they not replace and hand over the new watch.
                        Instead of sending the watch to the company for 10-15 days.
