Fastrack — Brightness problem in fastrack reflex

Hello sir /madam I brought fastrack reflex 2.O, and now
Band brightness is gone.
There is no service centre of fastrack reflex band company in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh where I live, so I request you to please solve my problem.
