Fastrack — Delay in response to complaint no.1225162 | |||
Respected sir/madam I have mailed a detailed complaint on 10th july, 2016 on the following email id's- [protected]@titan.co.in [protected]@titan.co.in However, till date no response has been made to the complaint which is as follows: This is to inform the relevant authorities of fastrack that i have had a very disappointig experience having shopped a laptop bag at your kamnla nagar store. i raise a complaint having no, 1225162 on 3rd july at your customer care, spoken to ms. lakshmi however did not get a call back till date despite of letting them know about the urgency attached to the matter and expiry of the validty on 17th july 2016. The aforesaid complaint relates to the purchase of a laptop bag model no. a0522nbr01 which prooved to be of substandard quality and did not last for much time. it was purchased on 06/03/16 and a replacement slip was raised on 17.04.2016. this is evident that the product which is so expensive could not stand by company standards and customer satisfaction. On my frequent visits to the store withing the validity of the raised replacement slip, i did not get the same model. the same was told to me to be out of stock and subsequently your company has stopped this product. The present scenerio is that i am not in a need of a laptop bag anymore, and neither do i trust the quality of bags of fastrack anymore. so i request that do not cause further suffering and mental harrasment to me and blocking my money to the idea ' replacing a bag against bag'. i shall be obliged to replace the laptop bag with any product of fastrack accessories watch. Also do i want to bring to your notice that the language used in the replaced slip is misguiding to the consumer. it says- Dear sir Kindly replace a fastrack accessories watch against replacement policy to ms. aparna... The word 'watch' here is misleading and confusing, however as told to me by the staff at the store it a standard layout for all replacement slips and that the word' watch is not a part of fastrack accessories', thus it is mentioned separately, however if that was the case then even sunglasses should have been mentioned explicitly. It was further told to me that the word watch is a part of the company name as-titan, which is a world renowned watch dealer which happens to be the parent concern of fastrack accessories. however as per my limited knowledge of english grammer, any pronoun starts with a capital letter. say for example, oxford university, jane, duke, so if watch is a part of the company tittle, it is prima facie misleading the consumer since it does not start with a "w". Kindly do the needful. Thanking you Kindly look into the same as priority looking at the soon expiry period of the replacement slip on 17th of this month and unsatisfying costumer experience and after sales service.
