Fastrack — fast track watch stopped working after 2 months got repaired by service center then also same problem continuous

Sir i have purchased a fast track watch from prime time watch shop at shop no. 110 a market sec 6 bhilai durg chhattisgarh india.. I am truly not satisfied with the watch. After 2 months only the watch stopped working.. I gave it to the shop so that mine watch can get repair from the service center.. I received mine watch after 20 days... After one month the same problem again started... I have again gave it to the shop for repairment from the service centre but now i want a replacement of mine watch... I want a another watch in place of this one... I am not satisfied with this watch and your service center performance.. If the same happens like this i have to visit your service center in every month... I want a replacement of this watch so that the i wont have to visit your service center again and again..
