I bought a ft smartband in delhi, bill sl no. 649 on 7th oct 2018, since then it was working fine but on 10 th eve just after four days of purchase it stopped showing anything and even not connected with phone, i thought might be battery drained out. So plug in for recharge but display showed but not connected. I tried again several times but in-vain then i register complaint on phone they told me that you contact world of titan. On 10th evening i visted world of titan show room sco 367, sector 8 panchkula. They said that the person concerned is on leave so that please come on the next day. After calling and confirming from there the presence of the authorised person i again visited to the show room and submitted for repair. They have given aslip and said that i have to come on 25.10.2018 on 24.10.2018 one call received from the show room that your fast track watch repaired but i was not in panchkula. I came back on 01.11.2018 and again visited there for collecting but the show room person told that it will take 7 more days. How the watch was repaired on 24.10.2018 and the same is not yet reapired. It is showing lacklustre of the company after selling the goods, if the product is not good why the company is selling in the market. Please replace the watch or refund the money as it not worked even for three days. Please do the needful urgently. Was this information helpful? | |||||
