Fastrack — Fraudulent luggage and distance charges and very boorish behaviour

On last Fri Feb.10th, 11 am we booked for a taxi. The driver wanted extra rs.50 and compelled us to contact the desk even before reaching our home. The fraudulent reason was about our location which amt. we have never paid before. The driver was very boorish and behaved rude as though he was a cop checking our luggage. That luggage contained 50 palm leaf hand fans for a function. He then started to talk to the Desk giving very false information and asked whether its allowed to carry!!! with one passenger !!! When we cancelled he used foul language and he and the desk person forced us to pay rs.80 for cancellation. It was really a bitter experience for a senior citizen like me.
