Fastrack — I am complaining about my watch stopped working twice | |
I Neelima mishra purchased a watch of fast track model no NG6078SMO3 on dated 17 Sept 2016 from Titan model store nasik maharashtra. The watch stopped working after 3 months of purchase. I am posted out of nasik at the moment and hence and I was unable to reach store immediately. But I contacted them over phone n told about the problem . In Feb when I went nasik I gave the watch to the store They said it will take time to rectify the problem. I gave the watch to them n I got the watch back almost after 2 month. Now again it stopped working in July n I am trying to contact the shop person but they are not responding me properly. Now I am fed up of this. M feeling bad after purchasing this watch. Now I want You to rectify the problem and give me a solution to it otherwise I will b forced to take a legal action against the compny Was this information helpful? | |
