I purchased one Fastrack watch model 9253PSA one year back. Now my watch strap got cracked and contacted your authorised service centre Pookooda Shopping complex, Salem-636009. They told me to wait one week and then week and then contacted they not at all interested to reply. They again told me to wait another 20 days. How many day without a watch we can to go office.
