Ft booking id-12596, on 23-apr 04:45.. Kindly pay trip fare only after receiving trip sms at your drop place. Customer care:[protected],[protected]. This is complain that the above mentioned booking driver calls me at 425 am to cancel the booking as he could not make it in time to pick me up at 445. On calling up the fast track i was told they cannot provide any other vehicle as there was no driver near my area. I am in a hurry to reach central in time and the staffs flippant attitude of ditching me at that moment in spite of my sincere request, clearly shows how unprofessional your team is..
