Fastrack — Product complaint

Hi
I Ms Sanjana Girdhole purchased a watch from our Virar West vendor ( Piyush New Titan Time) on 30.06.2021 of Rs 1450.
The watch has stopped twice working twice in a month.
When it stopped today ie 29.07.2021 I had to visit the shop.
The person out said that the watch need to be send to the company back to check on it for 10-12 days.
My concern is if the watch is having 2 years of warranty on the bill why couldn't the watch be replaced directly with another one with same price.
Warranty has no meaning then.
Warranty means if watch is broken or not working it can be repaired or replaced.
Then why replacement is not provided by the vendor Piyush New Titan Time Virar West for a watch which has stopped twice in a month from the date of purchase.
Why it has been send to the company for 10-12 days.
I want a replacement immediately.
