[Resolved] Fastrack — Rude behavior by the seller | |||
To whosoever it may concernMy husband bought a fastrack watch for me for my birthday which falls on may 1st. we bought the watch on 29th April from Fasttrak outlet in Chrompet, Chennai.In two weeks after using the watch, it stopped working. Unfortunately I was in my husbands hometown for two months when this happened. I was unable address it immediately to the showroom.I went to the shop on 09th July 2014. First one boy attended me, he was asking my problem and asked me to contact the nearest service centre. well ok, , "a watch bought before two months, and stopped working in two weeks time, to be given to service centre what kind of machine would that be" was running in my mind. well that boy was polite atleast in telling me.suddenly, one person came, and asked what happened and pulled that bill from that boy. and turned to me and told "go the service centre, how can we replace for you" in a straight face. i havent talked about replacing the watch at all.i told, how can u be so harsh to your customer, i havent seen anyone so harsh while selling the watch? he said "we are not doing customer service here" take your papers and go to the service centre. You have warranty be happy about that". is this the way you speak to customer. i have atleast three fasttrack watches with me. they are in good condition. i know about the brand. this is the first time i faced problem with fasttrack, and there is no proper service for a loyal customer like me.After all this, he said, "some of the fasttrack watches are like this only. we cannot be responsible for all this". Well, he has not been loyal to the brand itself.Then I asked for his name. He said, Jagdeesh, and added, I am the manager here. (who bothers!!).I said, I did not ask that. i just asked your name.I am very annoyed with this behaviour. This is such a nice and reliable brand. Pl dont give it in wrong hands like this.I don't know how many customers he lost with this kind of his behavior.I would not recommend anyone to buy fasttrack for this outlet anymore.
