Fastrack — strip quality is not good | |||
I purchaged fast tarack watch item code (Ng38015pp01cj) on 30/09/2017 from world of titan sco 194-195 bridge road sector 17c chandigarh. They said the strip of watch is also had gurntee if any prob occur they replaced. But they lie, strip of watch is rubbed from side automatically, strip is in worst condition now, when we go to the shop for replace that, they said we have no gurntee of strip and they don't replace the watch. That means they lie to all customers for selling their product. You change our product and take action about that shop. Other wise i in consumer court about this. That's my bad experience with fasttrack i never purched any product of fastrack in future if you don't take any action about this. Was this information helpful? | |||
