In agartala ur showroom is the worst in all i had visited. All the employee specially technitions. They are lazy and always gossiping making customer wait for long hours. On 22 april 2016 i purchased a watch from agartala. Thi is my 4th watch from titan. Just after 20-25 days it stopped. When i came to ur showroom they told that it is diffective and not available in the service center and asked to come after 30 days. Now 30 days had became 90days but till now they dont have it. A reputated company like this dont deserve to behave to their customers like this. For this i think ur market is going to be hampered. Plz take required steps regarding this or i will be bound to take legal proccedings. This not even an year old watch. I put it on my wrist n it burns my skin & my wrist starts itching badly.
Its been more than 10 day m not putting this watch on my wrist still It has not recovered the scars.
