[Resolved] Fastrack Watches — Very Unhappy Customer and will never purchase a product from them again | |||
Hi, I had purchase a watch from Fast Track a few months ago .The Watch stopped working in a months time .I took the watch to the closest "World of Titan" (kamanahalli) where the service center check the watch and asks me to go the place where the watch was purchased.I took it the Fast Track Showroom in Phoenix Mall. Spoke to the Store manager called "Srini" who says that in a 1000 watches that we make there will be 1 that will be defective.There is nothing he can do even thought the product in well within the warranty.He initally asked me to check with the service center and when informed that we have done that he wanted us to take the watch to Safina plaza in shivajinagar and have it serviced there.We have infromed him that it has been done once already but he says there is nothing he can do .. We have paid 1300 rs for the product and this is the way we get treated ... The store manager doesnt agree to do anything all he says is he cant do any thing, . Please help us with issue. Regards.
