Fasttrack Call Taxi — Failure to provide a cab despite confirmation

I booked a can for going from Mylapore to MGR central station at 4.45am on 2nd Jan 2023. The booking was done on 29th. I was told that cab and driver details would be provided on 1st Jan. I rang up on 1st Jan and asked for reconfirmation as I had to catch a train at 5.50 am, and we were 4 senior citizens travelling. I was told that details would be provided by 3.45 am on 2nd. At 4 am today, since there was no text message, I called again. I was told they would get back to me in five minutes. At 4.35, there was still no news, so I called again - this time I was told no cabs were available! I can understand this happening, but I am very upset that they did not alert me in time. All o[censored]s are over 65, and we had to drag our luggage to the main road to look for alternative transport, and the tension of missing the train was unbearable. I want compensation for the financial and mental agony we had to endure.
