[Resolved] Fastway — Bad Service and Misbehaviour by Fastway Staff | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I'm a Fastway subscriber in Sector 68, Darshan Vihar Mohali and subscribed to Fastway Connection in the Month of Dec 2013 by paying up 1800/- for setup charges inclusive of new setup box fees. The Fastway staff gave me a used Setup Box of which the sensor was not working plus the box hanged a couple of times while watching and I had to manually restart it. I repeatedly called Fastway staff Jagpal at [protected] for replacement of setup box which he didn't. Left with no option I refused to pay monthly charges till my problem was resolved. Instead of replacing the setup box Fastway disconnected the connection though I told them I would clear all of my previous pending charges when my setup box is replaced. Now the service technician is not picking up my call and Fastway call centre no. [protected] is always switched off. Please state what legal action can I take up against the Fastway.
