[Resolved]  Fastway — STB remote control out of order

My STB Remote control is not working since 12th Nov . STB no is MAC[protected]F. I stay in H.No-71 Raman enclave, Kharar. G Mohali. The cable is operated by a Kharar based operator. I have made complaints several times but they are not responding at all.
