He not solve the complaint on time and solve after 2-3 days and when i asked my complaint status he not give satisfactory answer and done misbehaved and not give satisfactory service
I am a regular customer of fast way for last 2 years please take necessary action
And give me a good, satisfactory and proper services

    Dear sir,
    Reference to my previous email sent in your customer care department and to mr. Manchanda but i am
    Sorry to say no action has taken by fastway transmission copy of previous complaint are attached
    Herewith for your reference.
    I am the customer of fastway from last 15 years but now as per tariff rates has revised by trai, my plan
    Is updated as silver pack rate of silver pack is rs.300/ per month with gst but my local operator is
    Charging rs. 350/- (Copy of receipts of rs.350/- attached with email) for the same pack i called at
    Helpdesk fastway at [protected] they said operator cannot charge any extra charges above the plan
    (Recording is with me)
    I asked at helpdesk to take action against this operator but till time no action has taken by your staff,
    You are requested to take strict action against operator m/s kukki hb 112 phase 1 mohali.
    As if operator having 1000 connection he is charging rs.50/- extra he is earning rs.50000/- per month as
    Black money this is not fare now in this case i have forwarded the email to customer care department
    My operator said they will disconnect my connection at end of april 2019. Disconnection this not the
    Solution of my complaint i want strict action against local operator.
    If fastway has no solution of this query than i will be forced to take action in ministry of communication,
    Trai and other regulatory authorities.

    Not provided all channels in silver pack of 300 rs ND showing 104 signal not found on free air channels. I have called many times to cable operator abt dis problem but they don't take any step please help us to solve our problem very well.

      After many time complaining customer care number they provide number of local operater, but is not in use. I have paid advance to company but not able to view most of channels. Worst service. When i call to customer care about non working phone number of local operater he just reply that is not our responsibility. I have almost 8 massage for soon resolving complaint but not even single time any complications resolved. Company just collecting it's money without any proper services.

        In punjab cable operator (Fastway) is not giving the subscribers the options to select their own channels. The packs are selected by them without the information and consent of subscribers. On demanding the options, the representtive of the company says that the procedure to take options from subscribers has not started. We are chargws heavily and channels of our interests are also not being shown.

          My self punjab singh dpe and nodal officer, bathinda. From more than 2 years my cable operator not register my name against my set top box (White). He always told me that i will registered your name but still my name register and in billing some amount still showing pending of my set top box previous owner. Now i am the owner of set top box but still my account speaking someone else's name. Please register my name or i will quit fastway. My set top box back side picture attach with this message.

          Please take a imidiate action.

            I want to complain regarding local cable operator. Last month I submitted complaint to activate a channel but after one month complaint not solved. And after paying my cable bill he discount my cable for 7-8 days. And when I'm trying to call on his number he is not picking any call.

              Since last 15 days i am regular requesting Fastway team & local cable operator to activate my choice pack as per TRAI new rule but in spite of my regular request Fastway has not activated all channels of my choice pack against my MAC no 08803934FC61 still some channels are not working But...

              Subject : monopoly of the cable operator leads to harrasment of customers - complaint against fastway transmission pvt. Ltd. Ludhiana, punjab and m/s oriental cable network, sco 284, sector 32-d, chandigarh/ the local cable operator
              Dear sir
              The govt. (Trai) should see that the monopoly of the cable operator leads to harrasment of customers. So the govt should break the monopoly of the cable operators and may allow more than one cable operators in all areas to avoid harassment by the single cable operator.
              You can see licentious behaviour of the cable operators in my case.

              My issue which is pendent since nov.2018 has not been resolved till date by m/s fastway transmissions private limited, ludhiana, punjab.

              The issue is as under:

              My issue started with cable connection not working (Poor signal or no signal) from the last week of nov. 2018.
              Local cable operator of fastway took advance subscription fee for the month of december 2018.
              But signal was totally not working from 2nd week to 4th week of dec 2018 before that signal was very poor.
              Realising their fault, no one from local cable operator office came at my place to collect subscription fee in the month of january.
              Local cable operator impended that they will not refund/adjust the fee of the month of dec 2018 and pressurise me that i have to pay fee for the period the cable was not working to get the cable signal restored.
              Reason for this is monopoly of fastway and i am unable to change the cable operator as there is only one cable operator in the area.
              I observed that they are doing such illegal activities so freely as if no one will take action against them.
              For the non-operative cable period fastway is not liable to charge subscription fee and should have refunded or adjusted the subscription fee received by it in advance
              Then i repeatedly made telephonic complaints from 4-12-18 onwards at fastway toll free no. [protected]. Every time i was told that the cable connection will be repaired within 4-6 hours but the cable was not repaired by fastway/local operator till second week of january 2019 (For about one month).
              I also made repeated complaints at fastway email [protected]@fastway.in from dated 4-1-19 onwards.
              At the end of 2nd week of january the cable connection was restored. But again after about 10 days time the cable signal was cut off by fastway/local operator without intimating any reason. Till date the cable signal has not been restored by fastway.
              When i inquired from fastway customer care ludhiana, i was told to contact local operator.
              The local operator when contacted impended that they will not refund/ adjust the advance fee taken by them in the month of dec 2018 and revealed that i have to pay fee for the period the cable was not working to get the cable restored.
              Which is illegal and unethical practice adopted by fastway in collusion with local cable operator.
              This is a routine practice adopted by the fastway in collusion with local operator that if the cable connection is not repaired by them in time (Even for 45 days as in my case) they do not adjust the advance monthly subscription fee taken by them against the period for which the cable is not working.
              Generally what happens is that if the cable connection is not repaired by fastway or local cable operator within the stipulated time set by trai and in case customer ask the customer care fastway /local operator to adjust the fee, instead of adjusting the fee, the cable signal is disconnected.
              The customer in order to avoid harassment of the family for continually remaining without tv, under duress has to pay the fee for the period cable connection was not repaired. Fastway work in collusion with local cable operator for unethical money gains by taking advantage of subscriber’s psychological distress that the family have to remain without tv for days together.

              Now in my case unless i pay the fee for the period the cable remained out of service, only then the fastway /local operator will restore my cable signal.
              Which is an unethical means of collecting money from the cable subscriber.

              Previous year also a problem emerged due to fault of local operator for not collecting the subscription fee and thereby the cable signal was disconnected for the months of jan, feb, and march 2018 and moreover the local cable operator m/s oriental cable network, sco 284, sector 32-d, chandigarh issued me a forged receipt for the months of jan.2018 and march 2018. Later on local operator accepted its fault and restored the signal. I was assured by local cable operator at that time to take my complaint back and the mistake will not be repeated in future but they are repeating the same kind of act now.
              The main reason behind such licentious behaviour of fastway transmission pvt. Ltd. And its local cable operators is it monopoly in chandigarh.

              There is no other cable service provider in my area so the customer has no choice for changing the cable service provider. Dths do not provide some local channels. So i cannot shift to dth.

              Monolopy of the cable operator leads to harrasment of customers as in my case.

              So the govt. (Trai) should allow more than one cable operators to avoid harassment by the single cable operator.

              I am continuously lodging complaints to fastway transmission pvt. Ltd at its land line numbers, and email but the complaint is not resolved.

              Kindly refer to my complaint dated 7-4-19 against FASTWAY and its LCO M/s Oriental Cable Network, SCO 284, Sector 32-D, Chandigarh
              I again wrote emails to FASWWAY at [protected]@fastway.in on dated 6-4-19 and 7-4-19 to adjust the amount of the period for which the cable was not repaired by them and wrote to restore the signal but this time FASTWAY instead of questioning its LOCAL CABLE OPERATOR for its illegal practices, now wrote me to submit the fee for last two.
              But for the last two months my cable connection remained disconnected by FASTWAY.
              It is illegal on its part for demanding money for the period it did not provided me its services.

              Kindly take immediate action against FASTWAY Transmission Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana, Punjab and its local operator M/s Oriental Cable Network, SCO 284, Sector 32-D, Chandigarh for their racketeer behaviour with customers due to its MONOPOLY in the area.

              It is in continuation to my complaint dated 7-4-19 against FASTWAY and its LCO M/s Oriental Cable Network, SCO 284, Sector 32-D, Chandigarh.
              Few days back I received a call on behalf of FASTWAY. I again explained my grievance to the person calling. He told me that he will listen to the Local cable operator and will then decide the action.
              But till date my connection has not been restored. I have been continuously harassed by both the parties in order to harass me to get illegal money gains.
              The FASTWAY is working in Collusion with Local Cable operator to harass the customers for making delays to restore the cable connection.
              The cable operator is demanding fee for the month when M/s Fastway Transmissions Private Limited did not provide me it services.
              Kindly take strong action against M/s Fastway Transmission Pvt. Ltd. Ludhiana Punjab and its LCO- M/s Oriental Cable Network, SCO 284, Sector 32-D, Chandigarh so that they do not harass the customers for illegal money gains.
              It all is due to the MONOPOLY of FASTWAY.

              Previously a FAKE RECEIPT (Copy attached) was issued to me by the Local Cable Operator as if they have no fear of Govt. Agencies.

              They can harass customers to any extent as if they have no fear of GOVT. agency controlling them.

              Kindly look into that matter seriously for the sake of customers.

              Only two channels give this error

                regarding not following the trai regulations for cable services

                Fastway in amritsar, punjab is not going on as per the regulations of trai. It has mentioned on its website that customer can choose first 100 channels of his choice along with 26 dd channels which are mandatory, but in reality, the local cable operator has no option of customizing the first 100 channels. Me and my family is forced to watch the first 100 channels on tv as fixed by fastway. I am feeling helpless as fastway is not replying...

                My cable network not working from last 7 days approximately and showing error 111.
                After making payment I complained regarding the same to the customer care almost 3 times and to the local dealer DS MULTIMEDIA ZIRAKPUR regarding the same that to also for almost 6 times.
                They have no solution to this and no one is taking responsibility regarding the same. They have an excuse that site is not working.
                Then i requested to disconnect my cable network. Even then no one has arrived even after 2 days.

                    I got this fastway cable connection from a local cable operator name- balaji enterpries contact:-[protected], [protected] address: Balaji enterpries Bharat nagar, ludhiana, punjab

                    At the time of connection my cable operator takes a security deposit of 850 rupees for the set top box and said the amount will be refunded when i give up the connection.
                    Today (25/3/2019) i want to give up the connection. He said that no security...

                    I had bought at set top box last year. From last two i had ask my operator for 130 rs trai pack. But he refused regularly. When i ask him for refund of security amount he again refused me and misbehave with me. After that i go to the fastway office ludhiana.                       Before trai new rule. I have pay 350 rs for same pack as i am using now. But now i have to pay 420. Rs for the same.

                        Fastway transmissions pvt. Ltd is completely flouting trai guidelines and i am surprised that authorities are not taking any action. I am sure that like me there are subscribers who are not getting the bills from the operator with gst details. Local cable guy simply gives a receipt in which customer details, stb s/n, subscribed plan, taxes etc. Are not mentioned.
                        Also the operator is not giving access to the channels as per wish of the consumers.
                        Writing to [protected]@fastway.in and nodal officer (Vivek. [protected]@fastway.in) yield no outcome. Incase you try to reach the helpline [protected], they simply reply technical snag in the system and ask to call later.

                          We filled the form and selected channels according to the TRAI new rules, payment of channels has been done, but still our cable operator is not providing the channels, we contacted the company many times but they are always saying "we will check" from 1 month. We are getting channels which we dont watch and didnt paid for it, they are giving channels of there own choice only.

                            Dear sir

                            I got connection (Set top box) of fastway transmission on dt.17/03/2019 vide connection no.83200191 and paid full payment rs.1600/- to cable operator. The set top box was not activated at that time and cable operator told me that it will be activated withing 15-20 minutes. But we surprised to see that till now set top box not activated.

                            I approached many times to cable operator as well as customer care but no proper response. From last day of noon cable operator is not picking my phone.

                            Now i am very fed up from fastway transmission and i think my decision to get connection from fastway was wrong. I will never suggest to any one to go with you.

                            We request your goodself help me to resolve this problem. Either they activate set top box or refund my full money.

                              Sir, we've selected our selection of channels on Fastway's website, which they themselves confirmed it. But the channels have not been activated yet. The Customer care tells us to contact the Local guy and the local guy tells to contact the customer care. Pls resolve.

                                Dear sir
                                I had bought at set top box last year. From last two i had ask my operator for 130 rs trai pack. But he refused regularly. When i ask him for refund of security amount he again refused me and misbehave with me. After that i go to the fastway office ludhiana. After one hour they had given me any solution then i mail to trai & fastway but there is no revert till now. Screenshot attached of email to fastway please help

                                  I have a fastway connection in my house and its being 1 month since cable is not working, i have been regularly calling to their customer care number they have registered my complaint but no one visited till now to rectify the problem. I have spoken to aarti who works in escalation department of fastway, she assured that it will be rectified in 1 day. Already 3 days have been passed and no one came to rectify the problem. Every time i have to face the problem and chase them for many days to get it rectified. They take the full amount but their service is pathetic when there cable is not working since 1 month y should we pay the bill of non working cable. I have requested even to disconnect the connection but no 1 hear the same. Such a pathetic company it is. They now even don't register my complaint.
                                  FastWay Transmission customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
