Hi i filed a complaint yesterday aftertoon regarding some channels not working. My complaint no is 13102017w844079-1. I got a message that my problem will be solved by mr. Ashwani malhotra ([protected]). After 2 hrs i got the message that your problem is solved. But no one visited our home and problem is still appearing. Then i called mr. Ashwani malhotra. But with the way he is talking it appeared that i am his servant not customer. His words were "mai tere peyo da naukar ni ki ghar aake theek kra tera set up box". I was too shocked that how the operator of such a big company can talk like this. We are not fastway servants we are customers we pay our monthly rent in time. Why he was talking to me like this? I request you to strictly take action against him because not all customers can mail to you regarding this. His behavior should change towards customer.. Please resolve this complaint soon and tell him to talk in sensible manner. U can contact me regarding this. My phone no is -[protected]. I also hve call recording saved if you need it i can send u. You should also know the manner your operaters are working.. Thanks nd waiting for ur reply soon

Cartoon network and pogo come after 190 days and still it is showing 109 error code. I have complaint for about more than20 times but it is not resolving. Sir please not ignore it. We are suffering from it very badly.

    I got this fastway cable connection from a local cable operator name satbir contact [protected] address : 2231/46a thakur dawara road manimajra chandigarh 160101.
    At the time of connection. He takes a security deposit of 1000 rupees for the set top box and said the amount will be refunded when i give up the connection.
    I am leaving chandigarh and now i want to give up the connection. He said that the refund will be 500 only. Because the set top box is old now. I took connection nearly five months ago.
    I told "you gave me the old set top box already". But he didn't listen.
    This is a clear case of fraud.

    Kindly look into the matter thank you.
    I am requesting for a complete refund.

      I applied for a new connection and the same day I came to know about the fake statements of Net+ Team. Immediately I requested for stopping the application but their field man (Mr. Pushpinder Singh-[protected]) applied for my account creation just to fulfill his targets. Verification was failed by me for my connection and no line or any equipment was setup since then. Now from last 6 days, I am asking for my documents and installation charges to be given back, but no one is doing anything. I have reached to the Helpline (Ticket Number:[protected] and[protected], but both these tickets are resolved and closed from their end without any resolution. I had a talk with Mr. Suchain Brar, Operational Head, Patiala ([protected]) along with other officials (Mr. Mohinder - [protected]) in the main office in Patiala but they say your documents will reach by the end of the day which never comes. I am hearing this all from last 4 days continuously. Helpline told me my connection was applied by Asian Cable(Incharge Mr. Gurcharan Saini-[protected]) of Ludhiana. I am very surprised I applied in Patiala, how it is showing ludhiana reference. Mr. Gurcharan Saini also conveyed Mr. Pushpinder Singh to hand the documents to me but he is not doing the same. How much time it will take to pick the documents and give me being in the same and infact small city. Mr. Pushpinder is a big lier and is befooling the management and the customer to fulfill his targets. I am very surprised no one in this whole Net+ has hold being a small team. No field person listens to even the managers here and these people harass the customers. No one keeps check on them.

      Please suggest me any measures to get back my documents and installation charges on +91-[protected]. Thanks!

          This is highly shameful that fastest cannot install a secondary connection at my house no 315 gh 99 sector 20 panchkula. I have been calling my cable operator at mobile no [protected] for the last 15 days today. Will anybody at higher level look into the matter. I would like to complain about this on a very higher level as the local operators take it so easily. Screen shots of the call details can be shared if desired. Hope to hear asap. I will take this matter to next level if not listened by tomorrow. Hope to receive a call asap.

            Hello i just want to tell that i m facing problem with fastway cable. Cable is not coming properly and the cable operator come every month and get his bill of cable.
            Every time i tell him to do something he never solve my problem so that there is no issue with the cable. Even i have mailed to the customer care of fastway but still they are not able to solve my problem. There infrastructure is not proper and when we call the local cable operator he argues with us.

              Shimla fastway cable signal is much poor then bager. Every month increase cable charge. And half of tha month no signal atall. When you tried to call them they never picup and they don't have any solution. Its weaste of money. Dont weaste your time and get set lite connection. When am calling to customers service they tell me call tha your operator but they never picup call every month come and get money like same less people and not provide good quality last 2 month they increase there price in2 time but tha quality of products is 0 don't want this and in future i want to get a dish tv or videocon because they are much much better than this and price are very low prices. Please don't get any cable connection.

                Greetings for the day!

                I want to bring your kind attention that my name is satish mittal, patiala -147002 (Punjab) i am having fastway cable tv services at my residence via stb mac no.[protected]e-74-1a (White cisco box) from cable operator of the area supplied by dealer/franchiser mr. Bobby for many years. My cable connection is not working properly since 9 june, 2017. Channels are getting freeze and many channels displaying '104' not signals messages. I have repeatedly lodged the concern to the complaint centre. Complaint no 09062017w083928 assigned to me. It’s my worst experience with customer care services of fastway, every time they assured me to resolve the issue within 4 hours but all in vain. It is even not resolved after 35 days.

                As per trai guidelines-"in case consumer is not satisfied with the redressal of his complaints through complaint centre, he can approach the nodal officer of the operator."

                I have also approached to the nodal office’s mobile no.[protected] on dated[protected] and[protected], his team members assured me to resolve the problem but no fruitful results appeared. This cause a lot of inconvenience for me and it is totally unreasonable practice.

                I am using two cable connection at my home and paying rs.500/- per month in advance. Due to deficiency in service, i am unable to use the service for a month, therefore one month charges must be waived off.

                I request to trai to please intervene into the matter and provide qos to consumers.

                  Me and my brother live at first floor and ground floor respectively..he is getting a speed of 7mbps and I am getting roughly 1 mbps for the same plan that is for 499..I called the customer care and told them about this issue..they don't understand and keep cramming that sir please upgrade your plan, pay 200 more you will get this and that..poorest service..

                    I have been complaining in regards to my box from Fastway which is not working since 36 hrs from now, they have issued complaint number on 23 june and I received message at 1.50 pm as CRN- CR - [protected], your complaint number 23062017W182558 will be resolved in 4-8 working hours by m/s Simrandeep singh ph no [protected]. this phone [protected] is of cable operator of my area which is switched off and repeatedly calling till 11 pm in night was switched off. There is no solution to issue and if called on phone after 2 to 3 repeated attempts on[protected], they say that your attempts to reach have lapsed, call later, what a pathetic cx care.
                    They claim to be good issue resolvers and you to enroll for internet connection, "cable ki bhai issue to resolve kar nahi sakte, internet ki sewa kya doge "
                    Even your monthly payment collector cable operator is sending msgs of payment vide SMS and not issuing receipts... why?
                    We pay for entertainment and not for NO SERVICE.

                    Kindly resolve the issue to avoid lawful circumstances.

                      Fastway and there franchisee deactivated our set top box we are complaint then they told us ur box is not working its replacing by new set top box price, but our box is ok only deactivated by fastway and there franchisee its fraud and blackmailing, also these all set top box provide us fully third c;lass chinees as साँप को दूध पिलाना working policy we observe fastway growth on fraudant.....

                        My issue is that some of the channels are not viewing like dd1, dd rajyasabha, ndtv etc..

                          There had been signal problems for which I registered the complaint but nobody from the company came to address and resolve the issues. The signal disappeared totally in Jan and Feb and following three months we had been calling the operator who assured to resolve the issue but it never happened. the operator always misbehave.

                              Last week he starts tge cable and collect fee for same after a fay of collection he switched off the canle whole village is fed up from last 3 month from local operator

                                Sir plz my demand solved but ur very very slow my demand 2 year old but not solved fast by you really I call to Cc but Cc reply not confirmed me any update only my demand is forward but fastway not satisfied for customers I call last 4 days fastway toll free Cc no but Cc reply me w8 for call back but today I w8 4 days not call back from seniors I again call to Cc but cut the call from Fastway Cc not response for me from Fw Cc I now very angry fastway I request I extra pay per month but few my favorite HD channels started but fastway not started many few HD channels names miniplex Hd, cineplex HD, dsport HD, news x HD, Fastway local Punjabi movies HD channel, fastway more local HD for Punjabi music channels, insight HD, itv choice HD, but not solved till date I request I pay per month 500 but solved my problem urgently fastway plz plz plz reply me i think problem freq but sir any SD freq used for HD but already very free space free for mpeg 4 HD channels

                                  I already paid payment 430 from my current account but till 8 may 2017 connection not start again... After the many calls the persons used abuse language
                                  And asked me the payment not received
                                  I send my bank statement also but no response

                                    We have your set top boxes in our hotel and home, we have around 24 connection boxes in our hotel (The clarion fatehabad) and 6 connections at our home and we have been getting regular request of nick jr channel no. 389 for english language bt from past 1 month it is coming in hindi... That was the only english cartoon channel which was available to us and we are not at all satisfied because it's the matter of our child's development... Rest on all the other (Airtel, tata sky and many other) on all these set top boxes this channel is coming in english... Please if you could change the language back to english or otherwise we have to change around 30 connections... Because it's our personal and professional requirement... Looking forward to the positive response...

My issue is my operator bedi cable network is very careless operator. He could'nt inform to any quiries and notice to blocked my box. I am president of our society and gurudwara sahib i feel guilty. My set top box stopped working and took it to fastway center where they repaired it.Back home it was not working, so I called the center to find that they didn't want to entertain the complaint.My set top box is not working since 24 March, 2017.IHave paid Rs. 250 for the same.No heed has been paid to my complaint. Fastway is in a sorry state of affairs as this goes on. Hope some action will be taken in regard.
                                        Box vc no. [protected].
                                        FastWay Transmission customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        No signal found on fastway cable continues from 4-5 days... i has call to fastway office but not respond. .. my address is house number 991, first floor, 991 housing board colony dhanas chandigarh.. . please help immediately.. 😣
