Fastway and there franchisee deactivated our set top box we are complaint then they told us ur box is not working its replacing by new set top box price, but our box is ok only deactivated by fastway and there franchisee its fraud and blackmailing, also these all set top box provide us fully third c;lass chinees as साँप को दूध पिलाना working policy we observe fastway growth on fraudant.....

I already submit a complaint at your complaint no. On 4june 2017 & 8june 2017 but i got no response from there.. They told that you have to contact local distributer.. But i got null response there too.

My issue is that some of the channels are not viewing like dd1, dd rajyasabha, ndtv etc..

I have faced this issue from around a month. Please resolved my complaint asap.

There had been signal problems for which I registered the complaint but nobody from the company came to address and resolve the issues. The signal disappeared totally in Jan and Feb and following three months we had been calling the operator who assured to resolve the issue but it never happened. the operator always misbehave.

I am suffering from above said problem from last 2 months. Have called lot of time to my operator at st no 2 sant nagar haibowal kalan, back side sangam palace, ludhiana

My name is ajay rana... I live in military satation kapurthala... My complaint is about your fastway cable service. Your cable service is not working for 20 day... 01 may 2017 to present day.. And i will try contact your cable opretor but no his call not respondin from his side... And i will doing 3 complaint in your customer care services. ([protected]).

I already paid payment 430 from my current account but till 8 may 2017 connection not start again... After the many calls the persons used abuse language
And asked me the payment not received
I send my bank statement also but no response
The customer care[protected] never response some one also call me from[protected] but when i call this no. Nobody attend with positive response
If i asked disconnect then nobody comes

We have your set top boxes in our hotel and home, we have around 24 connection boxes in our hotel (The clarion fatehabad) and 6 connections at our home and we have been getting regular request of nick jr channel no. 389 for english language bt from past 1 month it is coming in hindi... That was the only english cartoon channel which was available to us and we are not at all satisfied because it's the matter of our child's development... Rest on all the other (Airtel, tata sky and many other) on all these set top boxes this channel is coming in english... Please if you could change the language back to english or otherwise we have to change around 30 connections... Because it's our personal and professional requirement... Looking forward to the positive response...

My issue is my operator bedi cable network is very careless operator. He could'nt inform to any quiries and notice to blocked my box. I am president of our society and gurudwara sahib i feel guilty. I clear all my dues but operator blocked my box for monthly rental but month is running. Please help me and contact to my operator for to get right information please punished bedi cable operator this operator is very carelesss and gangster. Please do to action for operator.

I am Pritpal singh living in Patiala. My set top box stopped working and took it to fastway center where they repaired it.Back home it was not working, so I called the center to find that they didn't want to entertain the complaint.My set top box is not working since 24 March, 2017.IHave paid Rs. 250 for the same.No heed has been paid to my complaint. Fastway is in a sorry state of affairs as this goes on. Hope some action will be taken in regard.

I am using Fastway cable from several years.Two years back, we shifted to Mohali and this area comes under Mohali Satellite Comm, Phase 3B2 Mohali.

We are having issues with this cable operator from the very begining. All the issues started when he started overcharging and on refusing to pay overcharge, he disconnected our set top boxes. After many days and complaining multiple times, when we approached to their Nodal Officer, Vivek Manchanda, our complaints got resolved.

Now even after two years and asking cable operator several times, my both set top boxes are not registered on my name. We also deny to pay overcharge and as a result he always try to harass us in some way. Now My gold pack has been changed to Silver pack withour any intimation and even customer care executive Preeti denied to register the complaint against this cable operator.

We are fedup from pathetic Service and Harassment from cable operator Mohali Satelite Comm and customer care is not doing any thing to help us.

Dear all,

I am complaining since last ten days about the local cable operator, which have taken my set top box ten days ago for repair, but now they are refusing to give it back, and also they are not ready to return the security money i have deposited with them at the time of new connection. And the local cable operator does not respond properly and is harassing us.

This is to inform you that we feel very bad experience from your service provider cell no [protected].Today i have loged complaint for error 104 to your CC number i got call from local agent even he did not have etiquette how to talk with customer used loose words & asking to disconnect the service if you again log direct complaint to CC number.These type of service agent ruined your service & brand image. Competition is very high in market lot of option available i hope you will take action agents him in regard of how to communicate with valuable customers..

Sir i live in phase 3b2 Mohali and the operator here is very very bad he never comes when called to resolve -problems also he charges more then the pack he is providing and recently he turned off our service without any reason and when i called him regarding this he asked me to return set top box of some tenant who left the 1st floor 1 month ago, the tenant took the connection on his own behalf with his own id proof and gave double the security as he was a tenant also no extra benefits was given to me as we were using different connections and now when the tenant left the area he is asking to return the box or he will not start my service it is like black mailing without any reason please cancel his license or change the operator and resolve my issue as soon as possible..

I have got three set top boxes at my place in aggar nagar, ludhana. Since last 6 months, at any given time at least one or two of them do not work. I am so frustrated with their service but just an addict to the movie channels thats why didnt change as yet. The people incharge in our area dont take any responsibility. If we call them twice, after that they dont pick up calls or switch off their phones. When you lodge a complaint on toll free no., they say it'll get recitifed in 8 hours but if no follow up is done, they will not repair it for 8 days and put complaint status resovled on their own. Such pathetic customer service is not acceptable at all. If fastway cant handle the business, they should sell it to somebody else or at least quit donig it, rather then harassing users such badly. Mostly all the time many of their HD channels donot work properly. They donot have sufficient and efficient staff to take care of the jobs required. The attitude of the people is pathetic. They dont give a damn about customer satisfaction. I have to pay for full month but whereas, their cable only works 10-15 days. It is so disturbing that it leads to agitation in family life because when people who come back from 10-12 hours of work and want to watch TV and relax, but the TV doesnot work only. I wish there was some way to teach them a lesson or at least get some better service from them.

We have subscribed fastway cable service on (27-Jan-2015) and our STB(Set top box) Number is FCBFFGKKG. We are giving payment every month but that is useless because our cable runs only 15 days out of 30 days and we got irritate now.

we made many calls to cable operator but he is not giving attention.so we request you to take some serious action on this because this is the 3rd time we are writing this email to Fastway transmission.
