I had called him many in day but he not pick up my phone. He say y r not complaint in customers number [protected].he stop us cable connection. Pl help us for this problem thanks

    Hi,

    I am using Fastway cable from several years.Two years back, we shifted to Mohali and this area comes under Mohali Satellite Comm, Phase 3B2 Mohali.

    We are having issues with this cable operator from the very begining. All the issues started when he started overcharging and on refusing to pay overcharge, he disconnected our set top boxes. After many days and complaining multiple times, when we approached to their Nodal Officer, Vivek Manchanda, our complaints got resolved.

    Now even after two years and asking cable operator several times, my both set top boxes are not registered on my name. We also deny to pay overcharge and as a result he always try to harass us in some way. Now My gold pack has been changed to Silver pack withour any intimation and even customer care executive Preeti denied to register the complaint against this cable operator.

    We are fedup from pathetic Service and Harassment from cable operator Mohali Satelite Comm and customer care is not doing any thing to help us.

      I am complaining since last ten days about the local cable operator, which have taken my set top box ten days ago for repair, but now they are refusing to give it back, and also they are not ready to return the security money i have deposited with them at the time of new connection. And the local cable operator does not respond properly and is harassing us.

      kindly do the needful on urgent basis or i will have to take legal action.

        This is to inform you that we feel very bad experience from your service provider cell no [protected].Today i have loged complaint for error 104 to your CC number i got call from local agent even he did not have etiquette how to talk with customer used loose words & asking to disconnect the service if you again log direct complaint to CC number.These type of service agent ruined your service & brand image. Competition is very high in market lot of option available i hope you will take action agents him in regard of how to communicate with valuable customers..

          Sir i live in phase 3b2 Mohali and the operator here is very very bad he never comes when called to resolve -problems also he charges more then the pack he is providing and recently he turned off our service without any reason and when i called him regarding this he asked me to return set top box of some tenant who left the 1st floor 1 month ago, the tenant took the connection on his own behalf with his own id proof and gave double the security as he was a tenant also no extra benefits was given to me as we were using different connections and now when the tenant left the area he is asking to return the box or he will not start my service it is like black mailing without any reason please cancel his license or change the operator and resolve my issue as soon as possible..

            I have got three set top boxes at my place in aggar nagar, ludhana. Since last 6 months, at any given time at least one or two of them do not work. I am so frustrated with their service but just an addict to the movie channels thats why didnt change as yet. The people incharge in our area dont take any responsibility. If we call them twice, after that they dont pick up calls or switch off their phones. When you lodge a complaint on toll free no., they say it'll get recitifed in 8 hours but if no follow up is done, they will not repair it for 8 days and put complaint status resovled on their own. Such pathetic customer service is not acceptable at all. If fastway cant handle the business, they should sell it to somebody else or at least quit donig it, rather then harassing users such badly. Mostly all the time many of their HD channels donot work properly. They donot have sufficient and efficient staff to take care of the jobs required. The attitude of the people is pathetic. They dont give a damn about customer satisfaction. I have to pay for full month but whereas, their cable only works 10-15 days. It is so disturbing that it leads to agitation in family life because when people who come back from 10-12 hours of work and want to watch TV and relax, but the TV doesnot work only. I wish there was some way to teach them a lesson or at least get some better service from them.

              We have subscribed fastway cable service on (27-Jan-2015) and our STB(Set top box) Number is FCBFFGKKG. We are giving payment every month but that is useless because our cable runs only 15 days out of 30 days and we got irritate now.

              we made many calls to cable operator but he is not giving attention.so we request you to take some serious action on this because this is the 3rd time we are writing this email to Fastway transmission.

                Sir, Maine fastway set up box lgwaya hai but fastway ko lekar mera experience bahut hi kharaab rha hai. main iski service se bahut fed up ho chuki hun, har dusre din mera tv band ho jata hai aur no signal ki problem dikha deta hai. local operator se bhi baat hi wo bhi koi solution nahi nikal rhe hain, aap please mera set up box lekar paise vaapis dila dijiye. aur paise bhi nahi vaapis krna chahte hain to please aap set up box hi utha lijiye, maine local cable operator se is baare mein baat ki to wo bahut hi rudely bole hi set up box utha lenge, local cable operator ne problem to solve ki nahi uper se rudely behave kiya k set up box utha lenge, mere liye to fastway cable ka experience bahut bahut kharaab rha hai aur ydi koi bhi fastway set up box lgwana chahega to main yahi advice krungi k dish tv lgwa le bt fastway ka cable nahi. mera tv kal se phir band ho gya hai hr dusre din yahi problem aati hai maine phle bhi bahut baar complaint ki hai bt local operator koi permanent solution to nikalte nahi uper se rudely behave krte hain, sir hum kaun sa free mein service le rhe hain, paise bhi to pay krte hain, new year pr kai programe dekhne hote hain bt tv hi band aa rha hai, sir please aap set up box uthwa lijiye ya to meri problem ka koi permanent solution nikaliye, hmare local operator to please bol dijiye, agar aisa nahi ho skta to main aaj ji set up box local cable operator ko dekar aaungi aur dish tv lgwa lungi

But suddenly cable connection is lost and error is shown 109. I contacted with customers care but they not give any satisfied answer. TODAY just 3/11/2016 I had just paid fee .but now why cable connection lost after 20 days

                          I registered complaint on Aug28 against monthly overpriced charges.

                          I am having one gold pack and additional silver that amounts to Rs435 as per the company but the cable operator has been taking Rs540 amount from more than a year.

                          I have shared receipts of the monthly payments, discussed the issues on call/mails, have a mail chain going on from aug28, fastway representatives agreed that I am being overcharged, they have given me on the mail that overcharged prices will be refunded.

                          Inspite of all this, the cable operator is saying that I am taking connection from him, and not fastway company, I will have to give him charges else he will disconnect my cable. He is still asking for Rs540 from me.

                          I have been calling fastway customer care from 2months, still they are not able to take care of the issue. I have been listening from almost 2months now that I will get refund amount, and will have to pay right price of Rs435 only from now but cable operator is asking for Rs540 again.

                          Such a bad experience where I am paying overpriced charges, and facing mentally emotioanlly torcher in addition.

                                I switched to this service from a DTH service just to get more channels and im satisfied with the range of channels on fastway...but from past few months its gone horrible ...THE "104-SIGNAL NOT FOUND" IS COMING ALL THE TIME when i switch on tv. The cable broadcasts only for a few hours (4-5 hrs) a day. I contacted customer service many times to resolve the problem but all they do is assuring me that they will resolve it in few hours and send me a message with complaint number and then nothing happens ...first time i complained about it was 3 months ago but the problem still continues...my last words are "WORST EXPERIENCE WITH FASTWAY"

                                      I am resident of house no.656, sector 43-a, chandigarh. I have put in a request at customer care no. [protected] regarding new connection of set top box and installation of the same around 15 days back. Some shailender, an installation executive called me from his mobile no. [protected] on 26 july 2016 regarding the same. He took an appointment from me for 27 july 2016 (5.30 p. M.) for installing the set top box connection at my residence. On 27 july 2016, he didnot turn up. I called him up to know the reason of not coming, also when will he install the connection. He didnot pick up the phone. I waited for him on 28 july, 29 july, 30 july, 1 august, 2 august, but in vein.. Then i again called him up on 3 august 2016 at 8.40 p. M. To which he responded that he will come tomorow... I then on 5 august 2016 rang again customer care no. [protected] and told them about my grievance. They assured me that my complaint will be resolved within next 48 hours. I fail to understand what they meant by 48 hours as now more than 96 hours have passed and the matter has not been resolved yet. I again called some executive at mobile no.[protected], but instead of resolving my complaint, he was very harsh and rude and denied being a part of fastway co.
                                      Today.. Its 10 august 2016 and still the installation has not been done. Sir i am surprised that such a reputed company has not even bothered to check whether the complaint has been addressed to or not. This does not behove of a company of such a high repute. Sir, m running from pillar to post to get the new connection. If these are the state of affairs for getting new connection, then what about the future repair and other matters... I will now think twice before going ahead with the connection..
