I m jaspal Singh s/o s.avatar singh h.no.763 w.no.18.near happy modal school moga . actually I had already payment done last month 11/10/2016.now toady is 3/11/2016 .fast way cable opreter today come from my home for cable fee.but unfortunately to I have not at home .so today not pay the cable fee . But suddenly cable connection is lost and error is shown 109. I contacted with customers care but they not give any satisfied...

I registered complaint on Aug28 against monthly overpriced charges.

I am having one gold pack and additional silver that amounts to Rs435 as per the company but the cable operator has been taking Rs540 amount from more than a year.

I have shared receipts of the monthly payments, discussed the issues on call/mails, have a mail chain going on from aug28, fastway representatives agreed that I am being overcharged,...

Company does not provide a system about customer 's satisfaction against emploies of customer care, service, a feedback must against
Employes try to time waste and does not understand the customer pay the amount of call also
Customer care no [protected] should be free, they have no record about when customer tells about his Costmer I'd number they says about no record...

After requesting many times, for new connection of fast way, Its being 25 days now there is no response till now .we have visited there office several times but still no one visited my house.we already have one connection at home REALLY FED UP OF BAD SERVICE... EXPECTING AN ACTIVE SOLUTION RIGHT AWAY.

Respected sir, plz noted my complaint against cable operator.he is very rude and not giving any receipt and bill.please take action immediately.he is not good and not giving good service.he is not good for fastway operator .I will change the set top box and handle the tata sky .i request you please change the operator otherwise I go to consumer court plaese take some action against cable operator....

I switched to this service from a DTH service just to get more channels and im satisfied with the range of channels on fastway...but from past few months its gone horrible ...THE "104-SIGNAL NOT FOUND" IS COMING ALL THE TIME when i switch on tv. We have called many times to cable operator and we have got zero response from cable operator. We are facing this issue from last month and we cannot tolerate this so long.

We request you to please take some serious action on it or get it run asap, because it's an serious issue and we cannot endure this for so long.

operator starts some time in middle of this complaint but its working only of maximum half an hour. i don't what i have to do for this. even i called customer care many time. Last customer care told me that you have a call in next 10-15 mins from my senior. and I am waiting...
