I reside in rail vihar mdc 4 panchkula. I has many times that some of major channels like star plus, colors dont work. If we ask the operator about the same they say u need to change the wire. But once we complained online and it started working smoothly after that. Now also some channels are not working since last week. Kindly enquire into it....

Payment is being made but some channels are not available .some are completely blurred n some stops n what not else...n it is unknown wheather it is a problem from centre or in oir set box ...we rely fastway n want our request to be met immediately......

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have been customer of Fastway Transmission service from last 5 years.
I have been facing signal issue from last 7 days and I raise a complaint ticket 2275345 on dated 9th November 2015 but till date there is no responce from the Service Provider.
Besides, many call they are not bothered at all to resolve the said issue.
