109 Error

I have getting error 109 from last 3 weeks.

operator starts some time in middle of this complaint but its working only of maximum half an hour. i don't what i have to do for this. even i called customer care many time. Last customer care told me that you have a call in next 10-15 mins from my senior. and I am waiting it. but i haven't any from from there.

Please take a meaningful action against it.

Our main head operator of our town is vesy idiot talk very less manners and he said that he want 290 rupees per month but its monthely cost is 270 this is an unffair activity We don't want an unwanted

      After this complaint cable work only 3-4 days and now this prblm again form 5 days by error 104- signal not found


      Dear sir/madam
      I want to bring in your kind notice that my cable tv is not working since last 15 days. I have filed many complaints in your cable operator office having contact no.[protected], but i have found no solution yet. One of my complaint no. Is 3365186. Cable operator also ignored several of my complaints usually 10 in day. And not attend the phone. This is not first time prblm. This is the regular problem. Not proper sollution by our cable opeartor. When we are calling the cable operator he not attend the phone and he whenever he attended the phone he has many excuses. Nad promissed the next time not any complaint
      Please provide me with the prompt solution for the same. Otherwise i have to discontinue the services from your company. I am expecting positive and prompt solution from your side.

          Im consumer of Fast way Cable transmission Private Limited.
          मैंने 2 साल पहले fast way ka new set top box connection लिया था। हमारे घर में यह second set top box connection है।
          लोकिन मुझसे charge Rs. 270 ही लिया जा रहा है
          इस लिये मैं set top box हमेशा के लिये disconnect करवाना चाहता हू।
          जब मैंने new set top box लगवाया था तब भी over charge लिय गया था।
          अब मुझे set top box का 50% less करने refund किया जा रहा है।
          क्या ऐसा ही होता है
          Please मुझे इसकी पुरी जानकारी दी जाये।

            Hello there i have fast way cable more than ten years but somehow zee was disconnected their chanel according to payment. Last week i ask fast way to activate my few chanel of zee tv. Just because of this my cable operator kaka cable get hyper that why we called to customers care for that. Since last friday he discount my cable for that he didn't receive money from us but we paid him advance every month sir or mam what is our fault if he doesn't given anybody recipet we don't know cable operator we only know fast way cable. This kind of operator will do anything they want. Please help us as soon as possible and change your cable operator or try to get direct payment from consumers. If consumers satisfaction then company will be top of state other everyone know. Just because of this kind of employees day by day company gets very bad reputation.

              I have fastway connection from past 2 years. My box was faulty 1.5 months ago.

              I have contacted customer care several time under compliant number 3089153, instead of providing any resolution they told me to contact local operator. I contacted local operator (at [protected] and [protected]), they told me now i have to again pay (600 rs) for setup box and they will give me old repaired box. Then i again contacted customer care ([protected]), they told me you need not to pay for any setup box again and told me to contact again local operator. i called local operator again, then he said bluntly that we do like wise if you want to you can other wise get it from somewhere else. He also added if somebody (customer care) is saying you that you need to to pay for setup box then go and get it change from them (customer care).

              Above issue is still pending at Fastway end, could you please get it resolved ASAP.
              1) please get my setup box replaced
              2) Want refund my 1.5 months monthly rent as i was not availing service due to faulty setup box.

                Dear sir,

                It is for your kind information that i am facing problem with disconnection & getting refund of setup box by your cable operator som cable, pratap nagar. Ludhiana.

                I am your existing customer holding white setup box mac add.18550f439ca8, from a long time.

                Now i am facing sony tv not running in evening from last one and half month. And noted complaint for the same many times to the cable operated and fastway customer care no. [protected] both. But yet not resolved. From last 15 days many channels like zee, &tc, &picture, zee news etc are not running and found that now it's additional chargeable.

                Finally i decided to discontinue your services and requested for disconnection on 18th may 2016.

                No one nither visited nor disconnected yet.
                Today i myself visited som cable office with setup box &accessories.

                I am paying advance to som cable every month. Already paid bill in advance on 18th may 2016.
                Now mr. Son in som cable is charging for bill for the month of june 2016. Even after talking with fastway executive he is demanding for bill month of june 2016.

                Kindly look into the matter seriously. And process to disconnect my cable connection with immediate effect and pay full refund against setup box at the earliest.

                Please do the needful & oblige.

                  My nephew himesh goyal (Mobile no.[protected] r/o g/6/15 st. No. 11 bal singh nagar ludhiana has got installed fastway cable connection by paying rs. 1560/- to verma cable operator, bal singh nagar, ludhiana (Mobile no.[protected] a month ago. But on[protected], the set top box has burnt as himesh goyal had made complaint through call to telephone no.[protected] in this regard. The cable operator took away burnt set top box but he is not installed new set top box till date. When himesh goyal asked to cable operator to install set top box again then he asked and rudely speaking that you will firstly move complaints on telephone no.[protected] and the cable operator has flately refused to install fresh set top box. This is deficiency in service and it is unfair trade practice. Your company has failed to provide above mentioned service in working condition. Please take legal action

                    Some of the channels like zee tv zee cinema zee classic zee cafe zee studio zee news are not running as your company is saying that according to TRAI regulation rates have increased but they did not tell me what were the rates before should not that amount be reduced from my monthly bill because as per TRAI regulation firstly you must give 15 days notice before stoping telecast of particular channel i didnt recieve any secondly if particular channels become unavailable the the cable operator must provide alternative channels as per trai website
                    Even company customer care no [protected] is not working since 15 days and they are not in mood to lessen the amount or resume telecast

                            I reside in rail vihar mdc 4 panchkula. I has many times that some of major channels like star plus, colors dont work. If we ask the operator about the same they say u need to change the wire. But once we complained online and it started working smoothly after that. Now also some channels are not working since last week. Kindly enquire into it.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am Ajay Chauhan residing at Shimla. I called at fast way office Shimla reharding new connection on[protected] and I am taking followup regarding that on daily basis. I was informed from office that the employee who covers (Chalaunti) the area is not reachable and I also took his number and called him many times. After so many reminders today Mr. Brijmohan came here and said that he was on leave and this area didnot comes under him. I informed the same to office and said that I'll complaint regarding it. Then Mr. Brijmohan took his belongings and went from here saying "aap complaint kar lo connection mein nahi lagunga". I am also having another connection of fastway at my home and I am taking this connection for my dialysis center. Everday I am calling at your office, and fast way employee behaving in that manner. Sir kindly took appropriate action regarding that and also teach such employees how to behave with customers..Hoping for positive result.

                              Fastway — cable not working from four days??

                              I have lodged complaint four times but i haven't get appropriate answer they say it will work, it will work and disconnect the phone. Very poor service . No respect for the customers.

                              do you guys have any idea ... saturday is the only day on which new movies are shown . but my fastway is usually not working on saturday !!! i m very disappointed ... want a quick solution !! its a matter of death and life ..

The channels are not working since long back as shown “104 signal not found”. This is deficiency in service and it is unfair trade practice. Please take legal action

                                    I am resident of #1763 sector 32-A chandigarh road ludhiana, remote of set of box is not working since last month we have lodged several complaints but is not yet provided to us, we have asked our area operator for this he is charging 200 ruppees against 100 which is the cost of the remote when i talked about this to him he brazenly said we do like wise if you want to you can other wise get it from somewhere else, i want a strict action against him.

                                      I have fastway connection from 5 years. My box was faulty 3 months ago . I visited the office, the executive gave there box which worked for a week after that was again faulty, then again my father visited office and they gave another box. Surprisingly i came home and installed box and it did not work, next day i went to office again and they said they forgot to upgrade the audio software, after waiting there for 1 hour they gave me another used box which was looking quite worn out and it is now giving problem again..In between 1 month ago they disconnected my other connection and then i again have to visit office as i have twin connections, they said by mistake sub connection was removed from my account surprisingly i was using twin connection from last 2 years, It seems everything is falling from FASTWAY and their services are deteriorating day by day. AND Last from last week the box is again faulty and it takes 15 minutes to start off and gets hanged in between changing channels. Now i am fed uo with visiting fastway office at chotti baradari and has complained to local guy, he says you have to visit office as they dont have buffer of set top boxes. And i am not looking forward to going to office, instead i will change the operator and get TATA Sky installed as their service is very good. If you can intervene and get the problem sorted out i would be thankful to you, My addres is Parkash Kaur, House no 1191, Phase -2, Patiala, Punjab
