I have fastway connection from 5 years. My box was faulty 3 months ago . I visited the office, the executive gave there box which worked for a week after that was again faulty, then again my father visited office and they gave another box. Surprisingly i came home and installed box and it did not work, next day i went to office again and they said they forgot to upgrade the audio software, after waiting there for 1 hour they gave me another used box which was looking quite worn out and it is now giving problem again..In between 1 month ago they disconnected my other connection and then i again have to visit office as i have twin connections, they said by mistake sub connection was removed from my account surprisingly i was using twin connection from last 2 years, It seems everything is falling from FASTWAY and their services are deteriorating day by day. AND Last from last week the box is again faulty and it takes 15 minutes to start off and gets hanged in between changing channels. Now i am fed uo with visiting fastway office at chotti baradari and has complained to local guy, he says you have to visit office as they dont have buffer of set top boxes. And i am not looking forward to going to office, instead i will change the operator and get TATA Sky installed as their service is very good.     I am a uswr of fastway set top box, but past few days my set top box is not working nd the reason the fastway operator are giving is thT i have not done the payment . i have the proof that the payment was done nd received by their local operator . despite contacting thwm for past 6 days they juct give me a diff complaint no. Each day nd i have not got any response. Plz help

      Payment is being made but some channels are not available .some are completely blurred n some stops n what not else...n it is unknown wheather it is a problem from centre or in oir set box ...we rely fastway n want our request to be met immediately...

        I have been customer of Fastway Transmission service from last 5 years.
        I have been facing signal issue from last 7 days and I raise a complaint ticket 2275345 on dated 9th November 2015 but till date there is no responce from the Service Provider.
        Besides, many call they are not bothered at all to resolve the said issue.

          Fastway Transmission Pvt. ltd. most worst cable notwork in Punjab. As per some people this is owned by Badal family but I am not sure. They are not proving service which they have to. Customer service is worst totally pathetic. My cable connection is not working from last 15 days. Daily I am calling and sending email to fix this but they are not able to fix this. Local cable operator collection money a month back but TV is showing Non - Payment message. I would like to request people to disconnect Fastway cable and switch to any DTH.             Is not working . I complained to the oprater his men taken away my box last week neither they hv repaired it nor replaced it . so many time I phoned them but no result of it just laughing and making fun of every thing
            Is this a new slavery for us here . it is jungle Raj . No body listen no body cara where v should go ???

              No customer service provided since last one week, complaint also registered with them and the complaint number is 2174542. Customer care also disconnecting the call and operator not picking up the calls. Since, one week no resolution to complaint # 2174542. Customer care people are also misbehaving on calls. Please address the issue ASAP.

                  Respected Sir, myself inderpreet singh I am using fastway cable operater.my cable operator takes monthly rent of 300.which is actually 265 and he not paying bill to anyone in the town.i went to local police they said to me.to cut the connection..i am sending the cards he use to collect money..please take a serious action because its the theft of income tax and damage to my country.

                    I am residing in Sector 45 B Chandigarh. Our cable operator M/S Kumar Cables Chandigarh has charged Rs 680/-p.m. for the months of August and Sept 2015 for Gold pack with 2 add ons against 635/- as per company rates displayed on TV. Now for Oct 2015 they demand Rs 750/- p.m. without assigning any reason. I have also complained in the month of August 2015 for overcharging, for which no reply has been given by the company. This leads to believe that the company is not bothered to its customers and they have openely allowed to its operators to harrass its customers.
                    I request you to kindly settle the issue and send me the correct amount to be paid to the operator and istruct M/S Kumar cables Chandigarh to charge as per company policy.

My complant is regarding non submission of monthly instalment for the month of march, may and sep i did a complant last month dated 08.08.2015 for not running the channels propraly. the mandeep cable operator was come to me n resolve the complant but in this month operator cut my connection when i ask him the reason they ans me that your last year instalment is still pending. Now my question is that if i was not paid the instalment regularly last year then why you was not disconnect my cable connection last year at the time of non submission of instalment i was calling customer care so many times from last month they was not guide me properly they always telling me go to the cable operator and resolve the problem.                               I am a fastway calbe user from mohali sector 67 from the last 3 months our cable operatof is harassing us we r not receiving clear picture.. when we call our operator either he will not pick or he will give anonmous reasons.. but he never forget to come at our house on day 1 of every month for payment.. please do something this harrassment has reached iTs peak we are not able to watch tv since 3 months..

                                  I am using the fastway connection from last 4 years. On dtd.14-07-15 my STB has stop working, not getting power ON. I have call my operator (Vij Cable-[protected]) for the problem. Then operator has come and take my STB with him. After so many calls, yesterday they have return me other box and charge rs.200/-. But That unit is also not getting power ON. Now operator is saying that your adaptor is faulty and asking rs.150/ for adaptort replacement. If adaptor is faulty then why they replace the STB . And if both the units are faulty then why they don't report at the same and replace the both units at same time. Now connection is not working from 14-07-15 to till date... I don't understand what kind of service they are providing...

                                    its been 2 days, there is no cable connection .I have called the cable operator a lot of times but he won't pickup.I complained to him yesterday but I have got no response yet and we can't watch our programs.when I just called him he said that he can't do anything and gave me another no. to call.but that no is switched off!! I live in new military station. here, in every month out of 31 days, there is no cable connection for 10 days. But when it comes to paying they come on the 1st day of the month for taking the money.If they showed this quickness in solving the issue there should not have been any problem.the worst part is that they just don't pickup our phones !
