I HAVE COMPLAINT ON [protected] AND SHE GIVEN ME COMPLAINT NO 533379 AND TOLD ME That remote was given me within 4-6 working hours but there is no remote was there after 2 days i was again called on [protected] and also she told me that remote will be delivered in 4 working hours but again there is no remote i was totally fed up with Ur service's .Thanks & regards Rashpal .

cable disconnect from 9 hour up to present time

I am fromVillage Sarhala rahuan, Dist: Nawanshahar. In our village cable disconnect from 10 am today(1nov2014) up to present time and the cable operator does not fix the problem.please do something to resolve that problem. Thank you,

    Hi, I am the resident of House No.729, Mohalla Dehra Sahib, Manimajra, Chandigarh. We are using Fastway cable for 3 TV sets. I requested our cable operator to change the plan from GOLD to Silver but he rejected for the same. Moreover every month they are charging wrong amount from us. I requested many times for the correct bill but they rejected for it & threatened to cut all the connections. Please help to resolve the issue.

      My local service provider, MD Cables insists on overcharging every month. During current month when I objected his employee refused to get cable subscription as per rates depicted by you on your site. I am satisfied with transmission but I fear he would disconnect my service. Please advise him appropriately or suggest alternative local service provider.       Cable not working satisfactorily from last 15 days

      I had raised my complaint several times at fsstway complaint no [protected] with complaint nos 2945813, 2963631 but nobody responds to it.
      It is very annoying when no response is received.
      Plz do the needful to rectify my cable fault and take action against the cable operators who are behaving as deaf and dumb in solving cable complaints.

        I Pritpal Singh . (Address: Village Tibba Distt.Sangrur Tehsil:Dhuri Punjab.I am here to complaint about undesirable behaviour of our area Cable operater.We have inserted fastway cable box around 21/07/2014 . Cable operator has signed the forum included the photo proofs, we choosed gold pack.He also taken the money at that current time that was 230.What till today 17/08/2014 The no.of working channels are around 40 to 50.I am regularly asking the cable operator about this problem what he is saying that the forum our still have to send to the head office.He promissed us that all the channels will work in 4 to 5 days .What we are sorry to say that the channels are not working today. . I also phoned on complaint no.many times .What the problem has been solved . I am very thankful to u i[censored] would like to solve my problem Otherwise I have to choose any another method. THANKS.

          Very poor service of Fastway cable in Mohali. Such a bad experience. Very poor service is provided by Fastway cable operator in phase 1 Mohali. I have 3 Fastway connections on my name Ranjit Singh # Kothi no 2, phase 1, Mohali since from last one year. All these 3 connections stops working from last 6 days and i am repeatedly lodging complaints to the Fastway cable operator from same day on mobile number [protected] (Local service provider) but he always gives false assurance. In the last on 10/08/14 i Launch complaint on Fastway customer care number [protected] and i was shocked that out of three only one connection is working on my name that too with wrong address and all are not working due to non payment though i had paid Rs550/- in advance on 02/08/14. Moreover when Fastway customer care executive talk to Local service provider on mobile number [protected] through conference from my phone then he agrees regarding this and agrees to send mail for activation but till date connections are barred due to non payment. Such a bad experience with your service.             Complaint against local cable operator & Fastway complaint centre

            I am facing problem from fastway channel again & again.

            I also called my local cable operator but he is not responding.

            Recently i had registered my complaint regarding non-working of my cable.My complaint no is 495832 yesterday. Attendant assured me your problem will be sorted out within 6 hours. Today i called again, but problem is same.They are giving time again. I told to attendant that...

            dear sir, madam,
            i place a request before 10 days on [protected] for a new (second connection at my home) connection, but nobody til date i have no connection, operater say me they have no STB, but i told them that i have a STB, but no reaction from them. now i am thinking about TATA SKY...
            but i want Fastway STB

                my name is nasib singh from village samana kalan teh chamkaur sahib district ropar... i requested a fastway connection a nearly month ago.. i also contact many times our cable operator .. whenever i talk to customer care they said your connection is done.. i asked them to make my call forward to seniors.. they disconnect the call or used to say our seniors are busy we will call you back but till this date neither i got the call nor the connection.. now come to cable operators.. i call him many times.. he used to come to village many times but never come to home to give connection.. one day i ask him in village what are you doing.. he use abuse language and said do what you want and go whereever you want.., m not going to give connection.. now talking to extra charges ... i recently read in ajit newspaper dated 12 july page number 3, , the add given by fastway, , in add it is advertise that in villages where panchayats system are there.. the price of connection is600 and installation chares are 50 rs.. but in our village rs1250 are charged to peoples who got connection... there is no system of connection, , charges, , , no one is there to listen.. m fed of calling opeartors and costumer care... is there any solution of all this..

                  Hi Guys I am having following Error - 109 I am suffering from this error from more than 22 days and Service of fastway is very bad. Even I have complaint them 16 times in 22 days every day i ask them But No Officer has come to check our problem . This is example of really bad service of fastway. They have even taken the money from us in advance for this month but Setup box not working from 22 days . Service of fastway is really bad . Every time I call on complaint numbers they ask me to note down VC number complaint number (461544) but no one come. What is this service why they call themselves BEST ---they are WORSE ...They have taken the payment for this month in advance if they are unable to provide us service then they must have to return the money back .                     Hi,
                    We are residents of Mohali, Phase 5.. My father today called up the area cable operator at [protected] at 0931 today ie 4th August. My father simply asked him that our cable is not working and once this he just started shouting and said that your cable is not working any time and we shall place a person permanently at your residence.
                    Just tto let you know that the cable operator has left all the cables opened and has not been tied up with electri tape. It's a service industry and the operators should behave and have sense, when talking to a 70 year old person.
                    We would like to hear from you on the action taken.

                    I do agree with you, I don't know why some guys behave like a villain of bollywood movies. I have called this operator([protected]) almost more then 100 time but he does not even bother to pickup my phone.

                          sir/madam, I am a resident of ludhiana. We submit money on time always but our operator doesnt pay that to company as message appears regularly.you tell me whats our falt in this.Because of his mistake we cannot enjoy tv.Whats the benefit of giving money on time.Now no cable is coming from past 10 hours.why r u punishing the customer for this .you should rather pressurise or change the cable operator.our operators name is lovely nahar and we r resident of gurunanak pura, ludhiana. Kindly restart the cable service as soon as possible as these things will lead to bad reputation of your company.

                            I am a fastway cable customer with mac no bcc8106ed0a3 s/n fcbbbrgmp. Our cable operator mr baldev sethi is charging excess money than prescribed by fastway. He is charging us rs.250 for the silver pack which costs rs.200.Now whwn we asked him about this then he is telling us that he needs some extra money in his pocket as we.When we want to change from silver to gold pack he still wants an extra share as he will charge rs.300 instead of 260 or we should return him the set top box .I request u to kindly look into the matter at the earliest

                              Hello Sir/Madam I had bought a STB, 10 days ago whose mac no. is 08803924 and S/N is FCBFDWCDN with Gold Pack. During first 8 days, gold pack is in working condition. But from last 2 days isn't. Instead of gold pack, now silver pack got installed. I request u that please sir, do updation because i had paid money of gold pack. I will be very thankfull to u for this kindness.

                                  M/s. Angad Cable Net work, East Mohan Nagar, Amritsar are providing the cable services at my residence A-231, New Partap Nagar, Amritsar. The Cable Digital Set Top Box S/N FCBDSWWCH is not functioning since last Thursday. During complaint at[protected], it has been informed that the box has been barred due to non payment, whereas the payment to the above Cable Operator is being made in time i.e. Ist day of every month.                                     My cable is routinely not working from past one week, and when i tried to complaint it to my cable operator his phone was switched off, and no body picked up call on landline. for me the cable is worthless, i request you to do something and a strict action should be taken against Three star cable network (Fastway cable).
