    Set up box is not working 'waiting for ca table' message shown

    From Last 6-7 Day My new Installed Set up box is not working properly there is only message shown "Waiting for CA Table" and My Cable operator citi home cable is not picking my Phone[protected] citi home office number).after all this i put My Complaint with Fast way Cable and my Complaint is laying with them from last 4 days and they don't have any reply for the same,the moment I called them they said within 1 hour my complaint...

    I am facing problem with Fastway Network for the past 5 Days i am not able to see complete Channels only 4-5 Channels are coming ,when contacted [protected] i was told MY CABLE OPERATOR NOT SUBMITTED FORM (WHRS MY FAULT????I GAVE ALL DETAILS TO THAT LOCAL CABLE OPERATOR in DEC 2011) they took all my details & said problem will be sorted in 4-6 Hrs but didn't worked for two days then i again called and the Lady took my details & assured service will resume in few hrs.TILL TIME PROBLEM PERSISTING.

    BELIEVE ME THEY ARE VERY POOR IN SERVICING !!!

    I am a resident of 17c aman park ferozepur road ludhiana. My settop box not working till dated 19/10/2012 uptill dated 21/10/2012( i.e upto 3.00 p.m). I have lodged 2 no complaints on mobile no [protected] the complaint no are[protected] dated 20/10/2012 and complaint no[protected] dated 21/10/2012. I gave them stb no. [protected] and v.c no [protected], but in vain. Please enquire into it, why my settop box not activated till date. Action should be taken on the defaulter employees.

    I am Gursev Singh, resident of 178-A, Model Gram, Ludhiana (Phone no, [protected]) & hereby submit that I am a subscriber of Fastway Cable Net work having I/d. no.040143 from the day, it started. My complaint is that my Cable Operator, Mr Sonu, used to charge excess amount over the fixed subscription by the Company, after the difference of 2-3 months. On refusing to pay so, he behaves rudely & disconnect the Cable connection forcly. Firstly, he was charging Rs.150'/- p.m., then Rs.200/- p.m., & uptil December, 2012, he was charging Rs.200/- p.m.; In January, 2013, he charged Rs.230/- saying that is fixed by the Company; and from February, 2013, he was demanding Rs.230/- + 12.36% as service tax i.e. Rs.260/ p.m. When he was asked to explain he had no reply and when refused to pay the demanded extra amount, he misbehaved & disconnected the cable connection saying 'Jao jithon marzi lagwa lau'. Now, since 21.5.2013, my Cable connection is disconnected without any proper reason.. I don't understand what is my fault...only that I am a regular subscriber of Fastway Cable Network. I had made a complaint at[protected] on the same day, but no satisfactory response has been given. I have also made a complaint through Akosha.com but to no use. It is, therefore, requested to look into the matter immediately and instruct the Cable Operator to charge the monthly subscription as prescribed by the company & being advertised on the screen. Or, direct service by the Company may please be provided to me, solving my problem. Hoping to hear the best from your side. Thanks.

    I am resident of 918 punjab mata nagar, street no 16/3 pakhowal road Ludhiana ([protected]) and am the cable user from last couple of years.recently i had problem with my set top box on 13/7/13.the complaint was lodged with[protected] with complaint no[protected] with the assurance i got from the executive that the problem will be solved within 4 to 6 hrs, simultaneously complaint was also lodged to local cable operator but of no use.several remainders were also given but of no use.finally i got the STB on 17/07/13.It was installed by me only as the local cable operator refused to install it.After installing it in morning time it shows error in network connection.Again complaint was lodged with complaint no[protected] but still the problem remains the same.I hope the best can be done from your end.Please let me know why we are paying service charges as there seems to be no service.

    I have same problems as pointed out by most of the users above.Their services are horribly poor I won't recommend these services to any body who so ever is attending to or planing to prescribe these services.

      Dear Sir,

      I m the consumer of fastway digital tv set of box. I have complaint at no. [protected] on 2/10/2012 at 10pm regarding non working of connection and my complaint no.[protected] Mr. Kulwinder Sing told me at 8.40pm today) again i call the company number attended by Mr. Lillat and told me the complaint no.[protected] on today.
      Today on 3/10/2012 he has again registered my complaint vied no.[protected] and another complaint no.[protected].
      Sir as they are promised me the complaint has been attended with in 4 or 6 hrs.I regret to inform you till today my complaint is not attended above app. 23 hr and my connection not working. The person who are book the complaint are not given the satisfactory ans the are just cheating the consumer.

        we are using fastway cable with name mr.Ajmer singh , we are using setup box since last 2 years ,it started giving no signal on contacting the cable operator they asked us to deposit this box owned by siti cable and our cable operator asked us to again deposit the security amount as due to some upgradation by fastway old STB needs to be replaced ,tell us how many times we have to deposit the security amount having no fault at our end . I had given so many complaints to our cable operator and fastway customer care at [protected] . but half month has been passed but they are not doing anything , they have noted my compliant so many times and told me that in 4 hrs setup box will start up but yet not working ,please do take some action on this problem

          A compliant was lodged to you for noy non screening of NDTV image NDTV HINDI /ENGLISH NEWS CHANNELS AND NDTV KING FISHER BY fast way cable in Punjab now stopped screening of HEAD LINES TODAY, I would like to request you to please look into the matter and get the channels screened, please note that the quality of service is not good, i.e. most of the times singles are so weak that T.V. screen remains blank, so many times complained aboout the quality of picture and non screening of channels to them at phone no 92170 92170, regret nom step taken to improve the quality as we as restoration of chanells
          How much time it will take that Fast way Cable telecast all the Chanel, further there service is very bad, signles are so eek, and even now at 17.00 t.v. screen is blank for the last 15 minutes

            this is a very shameful for fast way cables that they are using fast word in their cable name bt the service is damm poor and slow. i put a request on 10/08/2012 for a cable connection with box but, from last 20 days i had wasted my time and call money while calling the customer care([protected]) and waiting for the positive response but till today i had no cable connection in my house. I want to advise FASTEWAY CABLES either dont make any commitmnet of 24 hours OR focus on what u say.
            I must say that FAST WAY CABLES IS ACTUALY A SLOW WAY CABLES.

              Dear Concerned

              I am using Fastway Setup Box (CISCO) from last 3 months in sector 32, Ludhiana.
              I have observed that for most of the time either there is no signal or Initializing prompt on screen. On complaing to local service provider and Fastway Helpline ([protected]), they always confirm that it will be done in next 4-6 hours.
              Every now and then it happens and there is no one taking our concern on serious note.
              I have spent 1500 on Setup box and wire for installation but it is all good for nothing.

              Would request to intervene and do the needful.

              We are engaged on your set-top box does not work properly, which I have complained many times, but we have not get any response from your side. My complaint is that the set-top box Chennal No.: - 10, 104, 105, 107, 110, 116, 130, 131, 204, 253, 353, 409, 509, 556, 652, 860, 864, 867. These chennal are always displayed that Signal not Found. Cennl do not hear at number 354. set-top box number is BCC8106FDFCD . We are found on your complaint number[protected] on[protected]. Our Cable Oprator 's name Chadha Cable network . They do not just pick the phone. Only comes once a month to collect payments. Please Note it.

                  Hi,

                  My name is deepshikha. I am from Mohali #522, Phase-2, 1st floor. Its been 2 months that i am using the fast way cable connection. Not even a single day has passed that i didn't go through any trouble. Recently from past 1 week i am calling the customer care number([protected]) continuously that i am not able to view the channels, the picture gets freeze after every second. They give me the same answer every time that we will resolve the issue within 6 hours of time but nothing is done.
                  Can anyone help me about it? I can understand that digitization is compulsory now but with such a poor service i feel that using that old cable connection was a better deal. I have spent money but i am not getting the service.
                  I have asked from different people using this service they faced the similar kind of issues. Even they are not that happy with the service. Is this the another way taken out to harass the customers?
                  Is there a way i can get rid of this problem of mine without spending more money?

                    It has been more than a month now, We had this installation of set top box on 14th May, 2012, and since then, the cable quality is disgusting. I have made repeated complaints to FastWay and every time I am assured that the issue will be resolved in the next 4-6 hours. Today is 17th June and the issue is no where to be addressed.

                    The Fastway support staff never ever gets back to me asking if the issue has been resolved. They took the phone number of my cable operators too, but the kind of response I get is, " The cable operator has been contacted and he says that the problem will be solved as soon as possible." And this "as soon as possible" has not arrived in one month.

                    I feel that I have been cheated by Fastway in connivance with my Cable Operator. This is disgusting.

                    I am from 486, Sector 10, Panchkula. And the connection is in the name of Rajneesh Malviya.

                      hello Sir. I am from Faridkot and i am using set up box of Fast Way company. I complainted the fastway dealer several times but no action had been taken. They took away my set up box as per my complaint and promised me to settle in 3-4 working days but from last three months, nothing is solved.                         I am having Airtel DTH service since 2007-08. I repeatedly requested to the local Cable operator (ASEES CABLE) to provide Fastway Cable since Feb,2102. But I didn't any response. Then I placed this request at[protected]at FASTWAY CABLE Network) on 13/05/2012 vide request No.[protected]. But I did not get any reply from FASTWAY NETWORK. Then I approached another Local Cable Operator Mr.Sethi and requested for the same. He provided me the said connection of Fastway Cable Network. But now the ASEES CABLE OPERATOR is harassing us saying that previously I was his customer, so I have no right to take the connection from any one else. Now I am very fed-up with all these disputes.Even all residents in this locality are facing problem of poor service by Local Cable Operators. So please tell me where should I lodge this complaint. Whether I have any right to get the connection of FASTWAY CABLE or it is their board game/monopoly.

                          sir,
                          we are using fastway cable with name mr.Dial Singh , we are using setup box since last 2 years ,it was damaged and our cable operator repaired it and given us back but after that it is not working and giving message "no service available " . I had given so many complaints to our cable operator and fastway customer care at [protected] . but one month has been passed but they are not doing anything , they have noted my complaint yesterday again and told me that in 24 hrs setup box will start up but yet not working ,my complaint no. is[protected] .please do take some action on this problem .

                          I AM FROM BATHINDA I ASKED NEW CONNECTION/SETTOP BOX LAST THREE DAYS VIDE REQUEST NO.[protected]. TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SET TOP BOX OR NOT CONNECTED I ALSO CONNECT ON YOUR MOB NO. [protected] BUT NOT RECEIVED SUITABLE REPLY FROM YOUR MARKETING REP. YOUR SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
                          Dear Sir/ Madam

                          This refers to my order no.[protected] dated[protected]. I had applied for Fastway new connection
                          but i am very sorry to say that i didn't get the connection till date. Daily i am in touch with your Help Line people
                          and daily they assure me that set up box will be fixed at my residence but they didn't take any action.Rather i had talked to Senior persons also at customer care[protected] but all in vain. I had asked my local cable operator to set the set Up box but he too didn't take care of it. Today i had make a call to Jalandhar office also but they told me clearly told to talk to cable operator. All these things harrased me a lot. If i will have to
                          talk to my local cable operator than what is the fun of having your corporate office or having a Help Line. It means
                          this is all in the descretion of cable operator and we are on his mercy. Kindly clear me the situation otherwise i will
                          go with the Tata Sky. Also to inform your goodself that i will wait for you till 2.00 P.M. today and after that i will go with Tata Sky. After 2.00 P.M please cancel my order.

                          I am Very sorry to say that Your services are very poor and nobody is responsible about customer.

                          fastway cable is the worst dth service who has poor technical staff who are not able to rectify a single or simple problem that occurs in the transmission. even the staff sitting to attend customer's call seems to be illiterate. they don't even know how to handle the complaints, can't talk in any lingo properly. even after many complaints regarding non transmission, nothing has been done so far. they only know to give me my complaint no. and do nothing to solve the problem . poor service, poor staff, moreover, the local cable opperater is good for nothing .can't say how long fastway can move its business this way.

                          3-we are paying regularly on time still not receiving service
                          4- Rs 80 /-to 100/- we are paying for calling him

                          indeed we are at the mercy of local cable opertors. trai should make applicable its rules wherever cable connection has been given, and not wait for till dec 2004for the applicablity of rules.

                          itshould appoint its inspectors in each state/districrt for proper service, otherwise they will become habtial.

                          i purchased four setupbox at saturday 28/06/2014 but its not working .i complainted to customer care and local operator daily two time but no body care of my complain .they gave me complain number 362281 and said that it will working with in 4 to 6 hours but now 4 days goes they didnot any response..please take urgent action on my complaint

                          I am facing problem from fastway channel again & again.

                          I also called my local cable operator but he is not responding.

                          Recently i had registered my complaint regarding non-working of my cable.My complaint no is 495832 yesterday. Attendant assured me your problem will be sorted out within 6 hours. Today i called again, but problem is same.They are giving time again. I told to attendant that i will file complaint in consumer court against this harassment. attendant Ms bharti told no problem.

                          This is inform to you that we are not getting any signal and getting error-104.We called so many times on ([protected]) number.Once he picked the phone at 7pm on 20th April and he told that the problem should be resolve within half an hour but the problem not resolved yet.We tried to reach him again either he did not pick the phone or busy.Why do you keep this type of person in a job who does not listen anything from customer?If you could not resolve the problem please do not come for payment.

                            set top box not working
                            My set top box is not working properly since a few days. Complaint was done at [protected] four days back and since then my life has become hell as everyday I receive a minimum of 5-6 calls at odd hours asking the same questions repeatedly such as my address, name of my local cable operator, VC no.of the box,with the promise of sending someone within an hour. But nobody has so far come to see and attend to the problem.
                            I am so badly harassed by unnecessary phone calls. Moreover they have stopped showing the analogue connection adding to our misery and forcing us to buy set top boxes for every TV set.
                            I wonder how will they manage so many boxes and related problems which shall be manifold as compared to what it is today.
                            CAN ANYBODY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS??????

                            There was free check camp at pune from 29.09.08 to 03.10.08,
                            i lodged my complaint.
                            two representatives came on 07.10.08 and told that set top box needs to be upgraded they also said that it will be done on 10.10.08.but nothing has been done
                            Yes,
                            No expert staff to attend the fault.
                            Useless prersons arrive to attend the complaint.

                              my fastway set top box stop working so i want to get new set top box but fastway set top box not available in market so i call fastway more then ten times but i dont get set top box

                              fastway cable network — neo prime channel missing from cable network.

                              sir actually its not a complaint its only a request . As neo prime which was previously neo cricket is official broadcast partner of euro cup 2012 so please add this channel to ur network as soon as possible . I will be very thankfull to u.

                                Me Ajit Kumar (House no.-SFC-1, friends colony, ramgarh, near Aarti spinning mills, chandigarh road, ludhiana) going to complaint here about FASTWAY SET UP BOX.I have purchase set up box on 24th of March 2012. After two or three days its stop working and shown no signal error(104).
                                i have complaint almost 100(hundred) times to fastway number [protected], but still they have not taken any step against it.My SET UP BOX is not working for last 40 or 42 days and i am very surpriesd that they have not taken any step to solve my problem.whenever i call to FASTWAY, their executive asked tht my problem will be solved on tomorrow, but i cant understand that how many tomorrow i have to wait .One more thing tht its very rude to talk in customer service provider team, because they dont know anything about service and their talking manners are very rude.Its very shame on FASTWAY, its very big netork but they are not loyale to customer.Finaly i have decided today to change my SET UP BOX after so long suffering.
                                SHAME ON FASTWAY AND THEIR TEAM.
                                I have asked so many times a simple question that, : My problem will be solve or not ?but very rude their answers which i cant say on here.

                                  Fastway Set Box having smart card No.[protected] in the name of B.M.Sood W-17/550 Ram Ganj Mandi Moga , is installed. Accidently Remote of this set Box has compleatly been damaged and I want to purchase new one from you. I have talked many times in this connection at [protected] CCS LDH .. But no proper response. I m told that this will be supplied by my local operator but total refusal is received . Operator LL Phone No. is [protected].

                                    sir my cable not running properly. I complaint twice in a day but i have faced the problem that there is no signal in the set top box and Tv. When i complaint to cable operator and your call center number [protected] then i receive the ans. that there is a power cut (light ni haigi).
